The increasing use of cloud-b.sed devices has reached the critical point of cybersecurity and unwanted network *** environments pose significant challenges in maintaining privacy and *** approaches,such as IDs,have been developed to tackle these ***,most conventional Intrusion Detection system(IDs)models struggle with unseen cyberattacks and complex high-dimensional *** fact,this paper introduces the idea of a novel distributed explainable and heterogeneous transformer-b.sed intrusion detection system,named INTRUMER,which offers balanced accuracy,reliability,and security in cloud settings bymultiplemodulesworking together within *** traffic captured from cloud devices is first passed to the TC&TM module in which the Falcon Optimization Algorithm optimizes the feature selection process,and Naie bayes algorithm performs the classification of *** selected features are classified further and are forwarded to the Heterogeneous Attention Transformer(HAT)*** this module,the contextual interactions of the network traffic are taken into account to classify them as normal or malicious *** classified results are further analyzed by the Explainable Prevention Module(XPM)to ensure trustworthiness by providing interpretable *** the explanations fromthe classifier,emergency alarms are transmitted to nearby IDsmodules,servers,and underlying cloud devices for the enhancement of preventive *** experiments on benchmark IDs datasets CICIDs 2017,Honeypots,and NsL-KDD were conducted to demonstrate the efficiency of the INTRUMER model in detecting network trafficwith high accuracy for different *** outperforms state-of-the-art approaches,obtaining better performance metrics:98.7%accuracy,97.5%precision,96.3%recall,and 97.8%*** results validate the rob.stness and effectiveness of INTRUMER in securing diverse cloud environments against sophisticated cyber threats.

Aiming to design stable nanocrystalline(NC)materials,so far,it has been proposed to construct nanostructure stability maps in terms of thermodynamic parameters,while kinetic stabilization has seldom been considered,despite the synergy of thermodynamics and ***,the thermodynamically stabilized NC materials may be easily subjected to grain growth at high temperatures due to the weakly kinetic *** from the thermo-kinetic synergy,a stabilization criterion is proposed as a function of intrinsic solute parameters(*** activation energy for bulk diffusion and the segregation enthalpy),intrinsic solvent parameters(*** intrinsic activation energy for Gb migration and the Gb energy)and processing parameters(*** grain size,the temperature and the solute concentration).Using first-principles calculations for a series of combinations between fifty-one substitutional alloying atoms as solute atoms and Fe atom as fixed solvent atom,it is shown that the thermal stability neither simply increases with increasing the segregation enthalpy as expected by thermodynamic stabilization,nor monotonically increases with increasing the activation energy for bulk diffusion as described by kinetic *** combination of thermodynamic and kinetic contributions,the current stabilization criterion evaluates quantitatively the thermal stability,thus permitting convenient comparisons among NC materials involved by various combinations of the solute atoms,the solvent atoms,or the processing *** of this thermo-kinetic stabilization criterion has been tested by current experiment results of Fe-Y alloy and previously published data of Fe-Ni,Fe-Cr,Fe-Zr and Fe-Ag alloys,etc.,which opens a new window for designing NC materials with sufficiently high thermal stability and sufficiently small grain size.

Zinc is a metal of particular importance for life[1].It is the most abundant transition metal in biological systems after iron and contributes both structural and catalytic roles to many cellular *** properties of Zn^(Ⅱ),unlike those of any other first-row transition metal ions,explain its biological *** to its filled d-shell orbitals,Zn^(Ⅱ) is redox-stable,has a ligand-field energy stabilization of zero and,consequently,no typical coordination number and *** metalloproteins exploit these features to carry a broad range of chemical reactions in mild *** metalloenzymes,unsaturated ZnII centres often act as redox-stable Lewis *** protein backbone provides a highly preorganized environment around the metal centre and accompanies the changes in coordination geometry occurring as substrate transformation proceeds,thereby modulating the metal reactivity.

A distinguished category of operational fluids, known as hybrid nanofluids,occupies a prominent role among various fluid types owing to its superior heat transfer properties. by employing a dovetail fin profile, this work investigates the thermal reaction of a dynamic fin system to a hybrid nanofluid with shape-b.sed properties, flowing uniformly at a velocity U. The analysis focuses on four distinct types of nanoparticles,i.e., Al2O3, Ag, carbon nanotube (CNT), and graphene. specifically, two of these particles exhibit a spherical shape, one possesses a cylindrical form, and the final type adopts a platelet morphology. The investigation delves into the pairing of these *** examination employs a combined approach to assess the constructional and thermal exchange characteristics of the hybrid nanofluid. The fin design, under the specified circumstances, gives rise to the derivation of a differential equation. The given equation is then transformed into a dimensionless form. Notably, the Hermite wavelet method is introduced for the first time to address the challenge posed by a moving fin submerged in a hybrid nanofluid with shape-dependent features. To validate the credibility of this research, the results obtained in this study are systematically compared with the numerical simulations. The examination discloses that the highest heat flux is achieved when combining nanoparticles with spherical and platelet shapes.

This work aimed to(i)understand conventional and pulse gas tungsten arc welding(GTAW)of AZ31b,and(ii)explore high frequency welding(100 Hz-1500 Hz).GTA welding with alternating current(AC)and direct current electrode positive(DCEP)polarities yielded crack-free partial penetration welds for6 mm thick AZ31b alloy *** under direct current electrode negative(DCEN)polarity with identical parameters as that for AC and DCEP resulted in full penetration welds that had ***-free full-penetration welds could be accomplished with pulse GTA welding using DCEN polarity at a pulse frequency of 1 Hz with a pulse duration ratio of 1:*** resultant DCEN P 1:1 weld metal had a microstructure finer than the conventional DCEN *** produced with pulse duration ratios of 1:2and 1:4 lacked penetration but had a much finer microstructures because of the lower heat *** arc constriction by the high frequency pulsing in the Activ Arc■-High frequency(AA-HF)mode welding was responsible for deeper *** produced under DCEN pulsing and AA-HF conditions had hardness higher than conventional DCEN,DCEP and AC GTA welds,attributed to the finer ***-HF GTA welding produced defect free deeper penetration welds with good microstructural features/mechanical properties and also gave an advantage of 50%enhanced productivity when welded at1500 Hz.

In the rapidly evolving landscape of television advertising,optimizing ad schedules to maximize viewer engagement and revenue has become *** methods often operate in silos,limiting the potential insights gained from broader data analysis due to concerns over privacy and data *** article introduces a novel approach that leverages Federated Learning(FL)to enhance TV ad schedule optimization,combining the strengths of local optimization techniques with the power of global Machine Learning(ML)models to uncover actionable insights without compromising data *** combines linear programming for initial ads scheduling optimization with ML—specifically,a K-Nearest Neighbors(KNN)model—for predicting ad spot *** into account the diversity and the difficulty of the ad-scheduling problem,we propose a prescriptivepredictive approach in which first the position of the ads is optimized(using Google’s OR-Tools CP-sAT)and then the scheduled position of all ads will be the result of the optimization ***,this output becomes the target of a predictive task that predicts the position of new entries b.sed on their characteristics ensuring the implementation of the scheduling at large scale(using KNN,Light Gradient boosting Machine and Random Forest).Furthermore,we explore the integration of FL to enhance predictive accuracy and strategic insight across different broadcasting networks while preserving data *** FL approach resulted in 8750 ads being precisely matched to their optimal category placements,showcasing an alignment with the intended diversity ***,there was a minimal deviation observed,with 1133 ads positioned within a one-category variance from their ideal placement in the original dataset.
