Friction stir welding （FSW） a.d sta.iona.y shoulder friction stir welding （SSFSW） were ca.ried out for the butt joining of dissimila. a.2024-T3 a.d a.7050-T7651 a.uminium a.loys with thicknesses of 2 mm. a.compa.ison between the two processes wa. performed by va.ying the welding speed while keeping the rota.iona. speed consta.t, Through the a.a.ysis of the force a.d torque produced during welding a.d a.simple a.a.ytica. model, it wa. possible to show tha. in SSFSW there is more effective coupling with the tool a.d the hea. produced is more efficiently distributed. This process decrea.es both the welding a.ea.a.d the diffusion a. the interfa.e of the two a.loys compa.ed with FSW. The minimum microha.dness occurred a. the a.va.cing side （a.） a. the interfa.e between the thermo-mecha.ica.ly a.fected zone （TMa.） a.d the stir zone （SZ） in both processes, a.though the decrea.e wa. more gra.ua. in SSFSW. This interfa.e is a.so where a.l specimens fa.led for both welding technologies. a. increa.e in tensile strength wa. mea.ured in SSFSW compa.ed with sta.da.d FSW. Furthermore, it wa. possible to esta.lish the mecha.ica. performa.ce of the ma.eria. in the fra.ture zone using digita. ima.e correla.ion.

The a.m of this pa.er is to describe a.d to reflect on the experience of the a.thors in setting up a.new model of lea.ning environment in ma.a.ement educa.ion in a.University in Bra.il, which wa. initia.ly ca.led Ma.a.ement Pra.tice La.ora.ory （MPL）. The MPL environment wa. conceived a. a.physica. a.d conceptua. spa.e where students could lea.n a.d pra.tice the principles a.d techniques of working in orga.iza.ions in its three levels opera.iona., ta.tica., a.d stra.egic. The founda.ions of the project come from socia. constructivist perspective on lea.ning, from experientia. lea.ning litera.ure a.d from resea.ches tha. ca.l for a.new epistemologica. ground in ma.a.ement lea.ning. In this pa.er, the a.thors will stress some cha.lenges a.d frustra.ions with the project since these could be helpful to those interested in simila. initia.ives. Purpose: The evolution of the socio-cognitive structure of the field of knowledge ma.a.ement(KM) during the period 1986–2015 is described. Design/methodology/a.proa.h: Records retrieved from Web of Science were submitted to a.thor co-cita.ion a.a.ysis(a.a. following a.longitudina. perspective a. of the following time slices: 1986–1996, 1997–2006, a.d 2007–2015. The top 10% of most cited first a.thors by sub-periods were ma.ped in bibliometric networks in order to interpret the communities formed a.d their ***: KM is a.homogeneous field a. indica.ed by networks results. Nine cla.sica. a.thors a.e identified since they a.e highly co-cited in ea.h sub-period, highlighting Ikujiro Nona.a.a. the most influentia. a.thors in the field. The most significa.t communities in KM a.e devoted to stra.egic ma.a.ement, KM founda.ions, orga.isa.iona. lea.ning a.d beha.iour, a.d orga.isa.iona. theories. Ma.or trends in the evolution of the intellectua. structure of KM evidence a.technologica. influence in 1986–1996, a.stra.egic influence in 1997–2006, a.d fina.ly a.sociologica. influence in 2007–*** limita.ions: Describing a.field from a.single da.a.a.e ca. offer bia.es in terms of output covera.e. Likewise, the conference proceedings a.d books were not used a.d the a.a.ysis wa. only ba.ed on first a.thors.
