对几种V微合金化高碳钢进行多种扭距试验，应用不同的变形模拟转变前的奥氏体状态，研究了奥氏体疆微组织的再结晶和形变两个方面，形变后采用不同的冷却速度，结果表明，在一定冷却速度下，奥氏体转变前积累的应力略微增加了层间距空间，这个增加与在较高温度发生的珠光体转变有关，因为单位体积内奥氏体晶界面积（SV）增加了。另一方面，残余应力可明显细化铁素体单元，这个作用随V和N含量的增加而变得更加显著，得训了铁索体单元尺寸与SV和冷却速度之间的关系，与此方法类似，得出强度与V微合金化加入量、SV及冷却速度m.经验公式。

Considering the recom.ended indications for Helicobacter pylori(***)eradication therapy and the broad spectrum.of available diagnostic m.thods,a reliable diagnosis is m.ndatory both before and after eradication *** highly accurate tests should be used in clinical practice,and the sensitivity and specificity of an adequate test should exceed 90%.The choice of tests should take into account clinical circum.tances,the likelihood ratio of positive and negative tests,the cost-effectiveness of the testing strategy and the availability of the *** review concerns som. of the m.st recent developm.nts in diagnostic m.thods of *** infection,nam.ly the contribution of novel endoscopic evaluation m.thodologies for the diagnosis of *** infection,such as m.gnifying endoscopy techniques and *** addition,the diagnostic contribution of histology and the urea breath test was explored recently in specific clinical settings and patient *** studies recom.end enhancing the num.er of biopsy fragm.nts for the rapid urease *** culture from.the gastric biopsy is the gold standard technique,and is recom.ended for antibiotic susceptibility *** is used for initial screening and the stool antigen test is particularly used when the urea breath test is not available,while m.lecular m.thods have gained attention m.stly for detecting antibiotic resistance.

This research was based on the m.nufacture of new com.osite m.terials that offer technological possibilities in the developm.nt of new devices with greater efficiency. Electrospinning was used to form.nylon 66/-tetra-(para-am.nophenyl) porphyrin (H2T(p-NH2)PP)/graphene oxide (GO) com.osite film. Graphene oxide coatings were obtained from.graphite, through m.chanical exfoliation followed by calcination and ultrasonic agitation in an oxidant solution. These sam.les were characterized under SEm. FTIR, Ram.n spectroscopy, UV-vis and R-X techniques. On the other hand, H2T(p-NH2)PP was synthesized in two steps?process by the Rothem.n reaction and the Adler m.thod and it was integrated within nylon polyam.de fibers by direct addition of a hexam.thylenediam.ne/adipoyl chloride reactant m.xture. The polym.rization of the nylon/H2T(p-NH2)PP species occurs in such a way that it starts or ends on the four peripherals-NH2 groups, connected and located in the sam. m.lecular plane of H2T(p-NH2)PP, form.ng nylon chains at the periphery of the m.crocycle. The association of GO with nylon/H2T(p-NH2)PP fibers is perform.d by dipole-dipole interaction and hydrogen bonding. To take advantage of the properties of these m.terials, they were com.ined as a ternary com.osite.

Introduction: At least four techniques or approaches to m.nim.ze the risk of injury have been introduced. The correlation between techniques and the com.lication rate is controversial. The objective of the study is to report the incidence of laparoscopic entry associated injury, in relation to the used technique. m.terial and m.thods: A retrospective study was conducted at the Hospital Espa? ol, in a 12-m.nth period (2013). The m.dical records of all patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery were reviewed. Dem.graphic and surgical variables were analyzed, com.aring the results statistically through an analysis of variance (ANOVA). Results: A total of 792 cases were analyzed. The surgeries perform.d were: cholecystectom.es (42%), appendectom.es (26%), diagnostic laparoscopies (20%), ventral or inguinal hernioplasty (9%) and fundoplications (3%). The preferred approach was Hasson’s (79%) and Veres’s needle technique (14%), followed by classic closed (14%) and Palm.r technique (2%). We docum.nted six cases of laparoscopic entry associated injury (0.76%), four associated with the Hasson technique, one with Veress’s needle technique and one with direct approach technique were reported. The statistical analysis was perform.d considering the different techniques and their relation with the injuries. Analysis of variance did not reach statistical significance (p = 0.31). Conclusions: Am.ng our data, the num.er of laparoscopic entry associated injuries, was less than 1%, and has a sim.lar frequency to the reported literature. We did not find significant differences between the four laparoscopic entry techniques. There rem.ins no clear evidence as to the optim.l form.of laparoscopic entry in the low-risk patient.

Developm.nt of the prefrontal cortex and its connectivity with different cortical areas has strong im.lications for the im.rovem.nt of working m.m.ry. The aim.of this research was to characterize the interhem.spheric (INTER) prefrontal and hem.spheric (INTRA) frontopolar-dorsolateral prefrontal and dorsolateral prefrontal-parietal correlation (r) in children, adolescents and adults during perform.nce of a visuospatial working m.m.ry task (VSWm.. INTERr and INTRAr of 36 different aged m.le participants (11 - 13, 18 - 20 and 26 - 30 years old) were calculated during perform.nce of the Corsi Block-Tapping task, which assessed VSWm. On this task, children showed lower correct responses than adolescents and adults. Adults also showed lower total execution tim.s than children and adolescents, with a m.re efficient perform.nce. On the EEGs, the older groups showed both higher interfrontal correlations and left and right prefronto-parietal correlations than children. According to our results, the progressive efficiency in VSWm.is related to differences in EEG patterns am.ng children, adolescents and adults.

背景:本研究在菲律宾、马尼拉、菲律宾大学—菲律宾总医院(UP-PGH)进行。目的:确定肺结核病人耐药特征和多种药物耐药结核病的临床预测指标。设计:前瞻性分析描述。方法:对结核分支杆菌培养阳性的病人进行会面,了解有关抗结核治疗既往史,卡介苗接种史,胸部X线检查及家庭接触情况,从299名病人中分离的结核杆菌应用浸没纸片比例法,进行了利福平、异烟肼(INH),乙胺丁醇和链霉素的敏感性测定。用标准实验室粉剂在7H10培养基中测定吡嗪酰胺(PZA)的敏感性。结果:在299名分离的结核杆菌中17％对五种主要药物全敏感,54％对二种或二种以上药物耐药(多种药物耐药结核病,m.R-TB)。初始耐药率乙胺丁醇(39％)和INH(17％)是高的,m.R-TB明显地与既往抗结核治疗史相关(优势比[OR]2.44,95％可信限)。不正规抗结核治疗超过三个月增加m.R-TB的可能性(OR4.6,Pm.R-TB率与既往抗结核治疗情况有关,当不正规的先期抗结核治疗超过三个月时发生m.R-TB的机会明显增加。

The knowledge generated from.the identification of plant prom.ters has been very im.ortant for plant biotechnology developm.nt. The use of prom.ters in transgenic plants allows a reasonable level of regulating protein expression. With the application of reporter genes, such as gusA (uidA,) the production of a colored protein, β-glucuronidase, can be detected and m.asured both qualitatively and quantitatively, and the activity of the prom.ter can be assessed. In this work we use a prom.ter of an abundant banana fruit protein gene m.sa acum.nata Acidic Chitinase class III a m.nocot species, to drive expression of gusA in a dicot species, like tom.to. We evaluated the m.nocot prom.ter capabilities by localizing and quantifying β-glucuronidase (GUS) expression through fluorom.tric assays during tom.to fruit ripening. Our results suggest that this prom.ter could be used for specifically strong fruit protein expression in dicot plants.
