本文将现有文献中轻度咳嗽的直接数值模拟(DNS)结果与k-ϵ模型的可压缩非定常雷诺平均N-S(URANS)方程得到的结果进行了比较.两种情况均采用单向耦合假设,将分散相模拟为球形拉格朗日粒子.URANS模型能够再现轻粒子(粒径小于64µm)的上升趋势,这归因于咳嗽所产生浮力的阻力作用.通过分析DNS和URANS的模拟结果发现,在重力作用下,大于64µm的粒子倾向于描述抛物线轨迹.网格独立性分析允许随着流动的发展,确定网格分辨率的增加对粒子云统计数据的影响.结果表明,k-ϵ模型过度预测了直径小于64µm颗粒的水平位移而对于大于64µm颗粒的预测则相反.

The vertebrate fossil record from the Balearic Islands(western Mediterranean)has improved considerably over the pa.t decade,especially in Mallorca and *** Menorca,the Pliocene terrestrial fauna was updated by the discovery and description of the large-sized leporid Nuralagus,several reptiles and an *** Mal-lorca,pa.eontological exploration yielded 2 deposits with a Late Miocene/Early Pliocene chronology,Calóden Rafelino(CdR)and Na Burguesa-1(NB-1).So far,4 new mammalian taxa and 2 new reptiles have been iden-tified for the CdR deposit,whereas the faunal assemblage from the recently discovered deposit(Apr 2012)of NB-1 is currently composed of,at least,6 terrestrial mammals,8 reptiles and an *** faunal composi-tion and some primitive characteristics of the obtained taxa suggest that the chronology of this deposit is slight-ly earlier than the *** terrestrial vertebrates recorded in these 2 Mallorcan deposits are changing the view of the pa.eofaunal assemblage previously known for the Plio-Pleistocene of the *** charac-teristics displayed by some of the taxa suggest that these faunas would be at the beginning of an isolated *** this pa.er we present a preliminary report on the fossils recovered from the NB-1 deposit,as well as some unpublished data from CdR,and we analyze the whole fauna from both Mallorcan deposits,focusing on taxonomical and pa.eobiogeographical aspects.

Production of’renewable Methane’has attracted renewed research interest as a fundamental probe reaction and process for CO_(2)utilization through potential use in Cl fuel production and even for future spa.e exploration ***_(2)methanation is a structure sensitive reaction on Ni/CeO_(2)*** precisely elucidate the size effect of the Ni metal center on the CO_(2)methanation performance,we prepa.ed2%Ni/CeO_(2)catalysts with pre-synthesized uniform Ni pa.ticles(2,4 and 8 nm)on a high surface area CeO_(2)*** electron microscopy(TEM)and ambient pressure X-ray photo spectroscopy(AP-XPS)characterization have confirmed that the catalyst structure and chemical state was uniform and stable under reaction *** 8 nm sized catalyst showed superior methanation selectivity over the 4 and 2 nm counterpa.ts,and the methanation activity in term of TOF is 10 times and 70 times higher than for the 4 and 2 nm counterpa.ts,*** DRIFTS studies revealed that the larger Ni(8 nm pa.ticles)over CeO_(2)efficiently facilitated the hydrogenation of the surface formate intermediates,which is proposed as the rate determining step accounting for the excellent CO_(2)methanation performance.
