Due to the fading characteristics of wireless channels and the burstiness of data traffic,how to deal with congestion in Ad-hoc networks with effective algorithms is still open and *** this paper,we focus on enabling congestion control to minimize network transmission delays through flexible power *** effectively solve the congestion problem,we propose a distributed cross-layer scheduling algorithm,which is empowered by graph-based multi-agent deep reinforcement *** transmit power is adaptively adjusted in real-time by our algorithm based only on local information(i.e.,channel state information and queue length)and local communication(i.e.,information exchanged with neighbors).Moreover,the training complexity of the algorithm is low due to the regional cooperation based on the graph attention *** the evaluation,we show that our algorithm can reduce the transmission delay of data flow under severe signal interference and drastically changing channel states,and demonstrate the adaptability and stability in different *** method is general and can be extended to various types of topologies.

This paper proposes a Reinforcement learning(RL)algorithm to find an optimal scheduling policy to minimize the delay for a given energy constraint in communication system where the environments such as traffic arrival rates are not known in advance and can change over *** this purpose,this problem is formulated as an infinite-horizon Constrained Markov Decision Process(CMDP).To handle the constrained optimization problem,we first adopt the Lagrangian relaxation technique to solve ***,we propose a variant of Q-learning,Q-greedyUCB that combinesε-greedy and Upper Confidence Bound(UCB)algorithms to solve this constrained MDP *** mathematically prove that the Q-greedyUCB algorithm converges to an optimal *** results also show that Q-greedyUCB finds an optimal scheduling strategy,and is more efficient than Q-learning withε-greedy,R-learning and the Averagepayoff RL(ARL)algorithm in terms of the cumulative *** also show that our algorithm can learn and adapt to the changes of the environment,so as to obtain an optimal scheduling strategy under a given power constraint for the new environment.

Distribution characteristics of inclusions along with the surface sliver defect on the exposed panel of automobile:A quantitative electrolysis method

The specific distribution characteristics of inclusions along with the sliver defect were analyzed in detail to explain the formation mechanism of the sliver defect on the automobile exposed panel surface.A quantitative electrolysis method was used to compare and evaluate the three-dimensional morphology,size,composition,quantity,and distribution of inclusions in the defect and non-defect zone of automobile exposed *** Al2O3 inclusions were observed to be aggregated or chain-like shape along with the sliver defect of about 3–10μ*** aggregation sections of the Al2O3 inclusions are distributed discretely along the rolling direction,with a spacing of 3–7 mm,a length of 6–7 mm,and a width of about 3 *** inclusion area part is 0.04%–0.16%with an average value of 0.08%,the inclusion number density is 40 mm−2 and the inclusion average spacing is 25.13μ*** inclusion spacing is approximately 40–160μm,with an average value of 68.76μm in chain-like inclusion *** average area fraction and number density of inclusions in the non-defect region were reduced to about 0.002%and 1–2 mm^−2,respectively,with the inclusion spacing of 400μm and the size of Al2O3 being 1–3μm.

Controlled stability of proteins is a highly efficient mechanism to direct diverse processes in living cells. A key regulatory system for protein stability is given by the ubiquitin proteasome pathway, which uses E3 ligases to mark specific proteins for degradation. In this work, MYB56 is identified as a novel target of a CULLIN3 （CUL3）-based E3 ligase. Its stability depends on the presence of MATH-BTB/POZ （BPM） proteins, which function as substrate adaptors to the E3 ligase. Genetic studies have indicated that MYB56 is a negative regulator of flowering, while BPMs positively affect this developmental program. The interaction between BPMs and MYB56 occurs at the promoter of FLOWERING LOCUS T （FT）, a key regulator in initiating flowering in Arabidopsis, and results in instability of MYB56. Overall the work establishes MYB transcription factors as substrates of BPM proteins, and provides novel information on components that participate in controlling flowering time in plants.

Cre/loxP technology has been widely used to study cell type-specific functions of genes. Proper interpretation of such data critically depends on a clear understanding of the tissue specificity of Cre expression. The Dmpl- Cre mouse, expressing Cre from a 14-kb DNA fragment of the mouse Dmpl gene, has become a common tool for studying gene function in osteocytes, but the presumed cell specificity is yet to be fully established. By using the Ai9 reporter line that expresses a red fluorescent protein upon Cre recombination, we find that in 2-month-old mice, Dmpl-Cre targets not only osteocytes within the bone matrix but also osteoblasts on the bone surface and preosteoblasts at the metaphyseal chondro-osseous junction. In the bone marrow, Cre activity is evident in certain stromal cells adjacent to the blood vessels, but not in adipocytes. Outside the skeleton, Dmpl-Cre marks not only the skeletal muscle fibers, certain cells in the cerebellum and the hindbrain but also gastric and intestinal mesenchymal cells that express Pdgfra. Confirming the utility of Dmpl-Cre in the gastrointestinal mesenchyme, deletion of Bmprla with Dmpl-Cre causes numerous large polyps along the gastrointestinal tract, consistent with prior work involving inhibition of BMP signaling. Thus, caution needs to be exercised when using Dmpl-Cre because it targets not only the osteoblast lineage at an earlier stage than previously appreciated, but also a number of non-skeletal cell types.

Bone morphogenetic proteins （Bmp） are well-known to induce bone formation following chondrogenesis, but the direct role of Bmp signaling in the osteoblast lineage is not completely understood. We have recently shown that deletion of the receptor Bmprla in the osteoblast lineage with Dmpl-Cre reduces osteoblast activity in general but stimulates proliferation of preosteoblasts specifically in the cancellous bone region, resulting in diminished periosteal bone growth juxtaposed with excessive cancellous bone formation. Because expression of sclerostin （SOST）, a secreted Wnt antagonist, is notably reduced in the Bmprla- deficient osteocytes, we have genetically tested the hypothesis that increased Wnt signaling might mediate the increase in cancellous bone formation in response to Bmprla deletion. Forced expression of human SOST from a Dmpl promoter fragment partially rescues preosteoblast hyperproliferation and cancellous bone overgrowth in the Bmprla mutant mice, demonstrating functional interaction between Bmp and Wnt signaling in the cancellous bone compat^a-tent. To test whether increased Wnt signaling can compensate for the defect in periosteal growth caused by Bmprla deletion, we have generated compound mutants harboring a hyperactive mutation （A214V） in the Wnt receptor Lrp5. However, the mutant Lrp5 does not restore periosteal bone growth in the Bmprla-deficient mice. Thus, Bmp signaling restricts cancellous bone accrual partly through induction of SOST that limits preosteoblast proliferation, but promotes periosteal bone growth apparently independently of Wnt activation.

Longitudinal Structural Equation Modeling of Internet Game and Aggression in Children

This study aimed to identify the effects of Internet game on levels of aggression in children in the context of individual, familial, and social environments. The subjects were 2844 fourth graders participated in the Korean Youth Panel Survey between 2004 and 2008. Internet game use, the levels of aggression, self-esteem, self-control, stress, depression, attachment to parents, parental control, attachment to teachers, and attachment to peers were measured by 5-point Likert scales. The result showed that gender was the most effective factor influencing the initial level of, the rate of changes, an increase or decrease in the rate of changes in Internet game use and levels of aggression. Boys showed higher levels of Internet game use and aggression than girls. Children with higher self-esteem, self-control and lower stress and depression showed lower levels of Internet game use and aggression. The levels of Internet game use at fourth grade was positively correlated with later increase in the levels of aggression. Also, the faster increase in Internet game use caused faster increase in the levels of aggression later. Based on the results, preventive measures such as limiting the opportunities to access Internet games might be worth to decrease the aggressive behaviors among children.

Efficacy of Alternative Service Quality Measures to Predict Satisfaction and Future Intention

Purpose:This research focuses on comparing various service quality measures including disconfirmation measures(performance-minus-importance and performance-minus-expectation),performance-only measure,and importance-weighted measures(importance-weighted performance-only and importance-weighted disconfirmation)in a festival *** also explores the relationship between the constructs of service quality and other variables including visitors’perceptions of overall service quality,overall satisfaction,and future ***,convergent validity,discriminant validity,and predictive validity of five service quality measures are tested and *** result shows that the importance-weighted performance-only measure exhibits the highest reliability and validity.
