Afuzzy extractor can extract an almost uniformrandom string from a noisy source with enough entropy such as biometric *** reproduce an identical key from repeated readings of biometric data,the fuzzy extractor generates a helper data and a random string from biometric data and uses the helper data to reproduce the random string from the second *** 2013,Fuller et *** a computational fuzzy extractor based on the learning with errors *** construction,however,can tolerate a sub-linear fraction of errors and has an inefficient decoding algorithm,which causes the reproducing time to increase *** 2016,Canetti et *** a fuzzy extractor with inputs from low-entropy distributions based on a strong primitive,which is called digital ***,their construction necessitates an excessive amount of storage space for the helper data,which is stored in authentication *** on these observations,we propose a new efficient computational fuzzy extractorwith small size of helper *** scheme supports reusability and robustness,which are security notions that must be satisfied in order to use a fuzzy extractor as a secure authentication method in real ***,it conceals no information about the biometric data and thanks to the new decoding algorithm can tolerate linear *** on the non-uniform learning with errors problem,we present a formal security proof for the proposed fuzzy ***,we analyze the performance of our fuzzy extractor scheme and provide parameter sets that meet the security *** a result of our implementation and analysis,we show that our scheme outperforms previous fuzzy extractor schemes in terms of the efficiency of the generation and reproduction algorithms,as well as the size of helper data.

Endemic plants are important for understanding phylogenetic relationships,biogeographical history,and genetic variation because of their restricted distribution and their role in conserving ***,we investigated the phylogenetic relationships of the korean endemic Fraxinus chiisanensis by reconstructing the molecular phylogeny of Fraxinus based on two nuclear DNA(nrITS and phantastica)and two chloroplast DNA(psbA-trnH and rp132-trnL)*** our fossil-calibrated phylogenetic framework,we also inferred the biogeographical history of *** provide a scientific basis for the conservation of ***,we determined the levels of genetic diversity and genetic differentiation in this *** information from nuclear and chloroplast DNA sequence data,our molecular phylogenetic analyses identified *** as a genetically distinct unit from its sister group,Fraxinus platypoda from *** molecular dating analyses using nuclear and chloroplast DNA data sets show *** diverged from its sister *** in the Early or Middle Miocene and differentiated in the Late Miocene on the korean *** results suggest that the divergence of *** was associated with the submergence of the East China Sea land bridge and enhanced monsoons in East *** compared to ***,*** exhibits low genetic diversity within populations and high genetic differentiation among *** results help us to understand the evolutionary history of *** and to develop a conservation strategy for this species.

Human nonverbal communication tools are very ambiguous and difficult to transfer to machines or artificial intelligence(AI).If the AI understands the mental state behind a user’s decision,it can learn more appropriate decisions even in unclear *** introduce the Brain-AI Closed-Loop System(BACLoS),a wireless interaction platform that enables human brain wave analysis and transfers results to AI to verify and enhance AI *** developed a wireless earbud-like electroencephalography(EEG)measurement device,combined with tattoo-like electrodes and connectors,which enables continuous recording of high-quality EEG signals,especially the error-related potential(ErrP).The sensor measures the ErrP signals,which reflects the human cognitive consequences of an unpredicted machine *** AI corrects or reinforces decisions depending on the presence or absence of the ErrP signals,which is determined by deep learning classification of the received EEG *** demonstrate the BACLoS for AIbased machines,including autonomous driving vehicles,maze solvers,and assistant interfaces.

We report the fabrication process of piezoelectric cellulose paper and the enhancement method of its piezoelectric property. Stretching method with different wet-drawing ratios was introduced to increase the piezoelectric property of cellulose paper during regeneration *** is observed that the Young's modulus and the piezoelectric charge constants are very dependent on the drawing ratio and the direction of nanofibrils of piezoelectric *** the enhanced piezoelectric property,we prove that the flexible regenerated piezoelectric cellulose can be applied to the potential acoustic applications such as thin piezoelectric paper speaker.

BACKGROUND Untreated neonatal cholestasis can progress to liver cirrhosis and end stage liver disease in infancy due to prolonged hepatocyte and biliary tree injury and may require liver ***,non-invasive evaluation of hepatic fibrosis is important in infants with *** To investigate the usefulness of periportal thickening(PT)measured on liver magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)for the assessment of hepatic fibrosis in infants with cholestasis including biliary atresia(BA).METHODS This retrospective study included infants less than 6 mo who underwent liver MRI and biopsy for the evaluation of infantile *** and spleen size were measured on *** assessment was based on aspartate transaminase to platelet ratio index(APRI).The grade of histopathologic fibrosis was assessed by the METAVIR grading *** and diagnostic performance of PT,normalized spleen size ratio(SR,using the upper normal size limit),and APRI for diagnosing hepatic fibrosis were obtained by receiveroperating characteristic(ROC)curve *** A total of 155 patients were included,110 of which were diagnosed with *** age at the time of MRI was 57.6±34.4 *** were positive correlations between fibrosis grade and PT and SR,even after adjusting age(all,P<0.001).For the diagnosis of significant fibrosis(METAVIR grade F2-F4),the area under the ROC curve was 0.899(95%CI:0.840–0.941)for PT(cutoff,4.2 mm),which was higher than 0.741(95%CI:0.664–0.808)for SR and 0.712(95%CI:0.634–0.782)for APRI(both,P<0.001).For the diagnosis of cirrhosis(F4),the area under the ROC curve was the highest with SR as 0.790(95%CI:0.718–0.852).CONCLUSION Liver MRI findings of PT and SR are useful to assess clinically significant hepatic fibrosis(F2 and higher)in infants with cholestasis including BA.
