Association of overtime work and obesity with needle stick and sharp injuries in medical practice

Spatial and Temporal Features of Regional Variations in Mean Sea Level around Taiwan

Satellite altimeter and in-situ tide gauge records are probably the most common means to obtain observational data for the study of changes in mean sea level. In this study, we employed these data to discuss the spatial and temporal features of regional variations in mean sea level around Taiwan. The results showed that most of the regional mean sea surface heights (SSH) around Taiwan are higher than the global mean sea surface heights. Most of the sea level trends are greater than the global mean sea level trend as well. We obtained diverse distribution results from the altimeter sea level records in neighboring areas by distributions fit, and the altimeter sea level records showed obvious inhomogene- ity. In addition, periodic fluctuations in the records regarding mean sea level were revealed in our study, based on Fourier spectra and wavelet scalograms.

The acidic strength of a liquid acid catalyst,a measure of its ability to either donate protons or accept electron pairs,is normally characterized by conventional acid-base titration method under aqueous solution[1],leading to a scaled pKa *** the other hand,the acidic strengths of non-aqueous and solid acids are commonly classified by amine titration method using Hammett indicators,which may be quantitatively expressed by the Hammett acidity function（Ho）[2].In the past few decades,many attempts have been adopted for the analyses of acidic strengths using calorimetric measurements[3],infrared[4],and NMR[5] spectroscopy,and thermal desorption of adsorbed probe molecules,or application of indicator dyes[6].Previously,we have demonstrated that detailed acid features,***（BrФnsted ***）,distributions（location and concentration）,and strengths,of various solid acid catalysts can be simultaneously obtained by solid-state 31P MAS NMR of adsorbed trialkylphosphine oxides（R3PO）[7].We have also conducted theoretical quantum chemical DFT calculations to interpret the observed 31P NMR chemical shifts（CSs）in various solid acid catalysts[8].

Interior wiring work is a practical skill as well as a part of power system configuration planning which apply to housing,factory,business building and even theme park...*** that it is also a certain pre-service training for electrical ***,it is not easy to learn practical skill at school because the traditional learning environment is based on teacher-centered,mostly teachers do not focus on students’ individual learning difference and specific proficiency level who provide theory explanation in either implicit or explicit ways but less practice demonstration in *** this situation,students do not have enough input to acquire background knowledge and experience of specific professional to do practices hence they may have gaps between theory and *** present study aimed to investigate the effects of two types of instruction on the vocational high school students’ learning performance of interior wiring ***,it was designed to test whether leaner-centered instruction and traditional instruction had any effects on these students’ learning *** participants were 36 students in one class from electrical engineering major who was randomly and equally assigned to the two instructional *** of these two groups received six hours per week for nine weeks（54 hours） and a pretest was administered to the participants to measure their professional competence and trouble-shooting ability of interior wiring *** the instruction completed,a practice of interior wiring work was given to evaluate students’ overall performance and trouble-shooting ability as the *** results indicated that leaner-centered instruction have a greater effect on students’ overall performance（M=79.33） and trouble-shooting ability（M=72.89） of interior wiring *** findings suggest that learner-centered instruction is helpful for vocational high school electrical engineering major students in interior wiring work both pr

采用添加表面活性剂并流浆态沉淀法制备了CuO-ZnO-TiO2催化剂,利用N2吸附脱附、XRD、SEM、EDS和H2-TPR等方法对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,CuO-ZnO-TiO2催化剂为平均孔径3.7436nm的介孔材料,CuO在催化剂上的分散性较好,还原温度较低。在反应温度230℃、反应压力2.0MPa、反应空速2100h-1、H2和CO2摩尔比为3:1的条件下,CO2加氢合成甲醇效果较好,甲醇选择性为19.68%,甲醇产率为2.26%。
