AIM:To determine the prevalences of TTV and HGV infections among blood donors and patients with chronic liver disease in Korea,to investigate the association of TTV and HGV infections with blood transfusion,and to assess the correlation between TTV and HGV viremia and hepatic damage. METHODS:A total of 391 serum samples were examined in this *** were obtained from healthy blood donors(n=110),hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg)-positive donors(n=112),anti-hepatitis C virus(anti-HCV)-positive donors(n=69),patients with type B chronic liver disease (n=81),and patients with type C chronic liver disease(n=19). Trv DNA was detected using the hemi-nested *** RNA was tested using RT-PCR.A history of blood transfusion and serum levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)were also determined. RESULTS:TTV DNA was detected in 8.2%of healthy blood donors,16.1%of HBsAg-positive donors,20.3%of anti- HCV-positive donors,21.0%of patients with type B chronic liver disease,and 21.1%of patients with type C chronic liver *** RNA was detected in 1.8%of healthy blood donors,1.8%of HBsAg-positive donors,17.4%of anti-HCV-positive donors,13.6%of patients with type B chronic liver disease,and 10.5%of patients with type C chronic liver *** prevalence of TTV and HGV infections in HBV- or HCV-positive donors and patients was significantly higher than in healthy blood donors(P<0.05), except for the detection rate of HGV in HBsAg-positive donors which was the same as for healthy *** was a history of transfusion in 66.7%of TTV DNA-positive patients and 76.9%of HGV RNA-positive patients(P<0.05).No significant increase in serum ALT and AST was detected in the TTV or HGV-positive donors and patients. CONCLUSION:TTV and HGV infections are more frequently found in donors and patients infected with HBV or HCV than in healthy blood ***,there is no significant association between TTV or HGV infections and liver injury.

The application of Li metal anodes in rechargeable batteries is impeded by safety issues arising from the severe volume changes and formation of dendritic Li ***‐dimensional hollow carbon is receiving increasing attention as a host material capable of accommodating Li metal inside its cavity;however,uncontrollable and nonuniform deposition of Li remains a *** this study,we synthesize metal–organic framework‐derived carbon microcapsules with heteroatom clusters(Zn and Ag)on the capsule walls and it is demonstrated that Ag‐assisted nucleation of Li metal alters the outward‐to‐inward growth in the microcapsule ***‐incorporated microcapsules are prepared via chemical etching of zeolitic imidazole framework‐8 polyhedra and are subsequently decorated with Ag by a galvanic displacement reaction between Ag^(+)and metallic *** introduced Ag significantly reduces the energy barrier and increases the reaction rate for Li nucleation in the microcapsule host upon Li *** combined electrochemical,microstructural,and computational studies,we verify the beneficial role of Ag‐assisted Li nucleation in facilitating inward growth inside the cavity of the microcapsule host and,in turn,enhancing electrochemical *** study provides new insights into the design of reversible host materials for practical Li metal batteries.

Efficacy of chemotherapy containing bevacizumab in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer according to programmed cell death ligand 1

Long-term outcomes of very low birth weight infants with intraventricular hemorrhage:a nationwide population study from 2011 to 2019

电针预防化疗诱导的周围神经病变：随机对照试验

目的：探讨电针预防化疗诱导的周围神经病变（CIPN）的临床疗效。方法：将52例拟行紫杉烷辅助/新辅助化疗的乳腺癌患者随机分为电针组（26例，脱落3例）和常规护理组（26例，脱落1例）。常规护理组在标准化疗方案基础上予以常规护理；电针组在常规护理组基础上加用电针干预，穴取印堂及双侧八邪（第二）、外关、合谷、曲池、足三里、阴陵泉、三阴交、太溪、太冲、悬钟、八风（第四），同侧太冲、三阴交连接电针，疏密波，频率2 Hz/10 Hz，每次30 min，自第1周期化疗前1 d开始，前2周每周2次，后每周1次，共治疗12周。比较两组患者试验第24周CIPN发生率，观察两组患者试验前及试验第12、24周欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织的化疗引起周围神经毒性生活质量问卷20（EORTC QLQ-CIPN20）得分、中医证候量表积分、欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织生命质量量表（EORTC QLQ-C30）得分，检测两组患者试验前及试验第12周感觉神经传导速度、运动神经传导速度。结果：试验第24周时，电针组CIPN总发生率为17.4%（4/23），低于常规护理组的72.0%（18/25，P＜0.001）；电针组高级别CIPN发生率为0%（0/23），低于常规护理组28.0%（7/25，P＜0.05）。试验第12、24周时，常规护理组EORTC QLQ-CIPN20感觉神经症状得分、总分较试验前升高（P＜0.001，P＜0.05，P＜0.01）；试验第24周时，电针组EORTC QLQ-CIPN20感觉神经症状得分低于常规护理组（P＜0.05）。试验第12周时，常规护理组患者感觉神经中右侧腓浅神经传导速度较试验前下降（P＜0.05）；电针组感觉神经中左侧正中神经、右侧腓浅神经传导速度高于常规护理组（P＜0.05，P＜0.01）。试验第12、24周时，电针组中医证候量表次症积分均较试验前下降（P＜0.05），常规护理组中医证候量表主症、次症积分及总积分均较试验前升高（P＜0.01，P＜0.001，P＜0.05）；试验第12周时，电针组主症、次症积分及总积分均低于常规护理组（P＜0.05，P＜0.01），试验第24周时，电针组患者次症、总积分低于常规护理组（P＜0.05）。试验第12周时，常规护理组EORTC QLQ-C30疲倦、疼痛、恶心呕吐得分均较试验前升高（P＜0.05，P＜0.01）；试验第24周时，电针组EORTC QLQ-C30总体健康状况得分较试验前升高（P＜0.001），恶心呕吐、食欲丧失得分较试验前降低（P＜0.01）。试验第12周时，电针组EORTC QLQ-C30总体健康状况得分高于常规护理组（P＜0.01），疼痛、恶心呕吐得分低于常规护理组（P＜0.01，P＜0.05）；试验第24周时，电针组EORTC QLQ-C30总体健康状况得分高于常规护理组（P＜0.001），食欲丧失得分低于常规护理组（P＜0.05）。结论：电针能降低CIPN的发生率及严重程度，改善神经传导速度，提高患者生活质量。

The polymeric gel electrolytes are attractive owing to their higher ionic conductivities than those of dry polymer electrolytes and lowered water activity for enlarged potential ***,the ionic conductivity and mechanical strength of the Na-ion conducting polymeric gel electrolytes are limited by below 20 mS cm−1 and 2.2 ***,we demonstrate Na-ion conducting and flexible polymeric hydrogel electrolytes of the chemically coupled poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride)-dextrin-N,N′-methylene-bisacrylamide film immersed in NaClO_(4) solution(ex-DDA-Dex+NaClO_(4))for flexible sodium-ion hybrid capacitors(f-NIHC).In particular,the anion exchange reaction and synergistic interaction of ex-DDA-Dex with the optimum ClO_(4)−enable to greatly improve the ionic conductivity up to 27.63 mS cm−1 at 25◦C and electrochemical stability window up to 2.6 V,whereas the double networking structure leads to achieve both the mechanical strength(7.48 MPa)and softness of hydrogel ***,the f-NIHCs with the ex-DDA-Dex+NaClO_(4) achieved high specific and high-rate capacities of 192.04 F g^(−1)at 500 mA g^(−1)and 116.06 F g^(−1)at 10000 mA g^(−1),respectively,delivering a large energy density of 120.03Wh kg^(−1)at 906Wkg^(−1)and long cyclability of 70%over 500 cycles as well as demonstrating functional operation under mechanical stresses.
