The halide migration effect in mixed-halide lead-bas.d perovs.ite is.a s.rious.problem hindering the development of its.dis.lay *** this.s.udy,we have s.cces.fully addres.ed this.is.ue by reporting formadinium(FA)doped mixed-halide perovs.ite nanocrys.als.NCs.with ultra-deep-blue emis.ion of 450 nm,narrow bandwidth of 16 nm,and a high photolumines.ence quantum yield(PLQY)of 66%.The perovs.ite nanocrys.al light-emitting diodes.NC-LEDs.us.ng this.nanocrys.al as.an active layer achieved a maximum external quantum efficiency(EQE)of 0.32%,30-fold improved compared to that of pris.ine and s.able electrolumines.ence(EL)s.ectra at 450 nm under a 4.9–8.0 V *** findings.demons.rate the potential of our approach in developing s.able and efficient deep blue perovs.ite NC-LEDs.
