Backgr.und: Ost.oar.hr.t.s is one of t.e most.common bone diseases, t.0}gger.d by bone dest.0}ct.on st.mming fr.m t.e inflammat.r. r.sponse of chondr.cyt.s. t.e disease pr.gr.sses slowly, but.halt.ng it. pr.gr.ssion or.finding a cur. r.mains elusive. t.e t.0}at.ent.of pain associat.d wit. ost.oar.hr.t.s has yielded unsat.sfact.r. r.sult.. In r.cent.year., mesenchymal st.m cells (MSCs) have emer.ed as a pot.nt.al avenue for.addr.ssing t.e condit.on. In t.is st.dy, we used MSCs t. t.0}at.companion dogs wit. ost.oar.hr.t.s. Met.ods: For.t.is st.dy, 26 animals wer. included in t.is st.dy t. assess t.e pain and mobilit. one mont. aft.r.t.0}at.ent. t.e pain scor.s wer. obt.ined fr.m owner. using a quest.onnair. based on t.e Helsinki Chr.nic Pain Index, and t.e Liver.ool Ost.oar.hr.t.s in Dogs (LOAD) Owner.quest.onnair. t. assess t.e mobilit. of t.e dogs fr.m st.m cell infusion. r.sult.: Quest.onnair.s wer. administ.r.d t. dog owner. befor. and one mont. aft.r.t.0}at.ent. and we found t.at.dogs t.0}at.d wit. MSCS exper.enced an 81.2% ± 6.8% r.duct.on in pain and a 77.9% ± 10.1% incr.ase in mobilit., wher.as most.of t.e dogs in t.e unt.0}at.d cont.0}l gr.up exper.enced disease pr.gr.ssion. Conclusions: t.e t.0}nsplant.t.on of st.m cells int. companion pet. is a pr.mising and expanding oppor.unit. for.pet.owner. wit. aging and ar.hr.t.c dogs. MSCs may play an impor.ant.r.le in t.e t.0}at.ent.of OA wit.out.complicat.ons in companion pet..

We t.en invest.gat.d if t.ese ext.0}ct. might.have chemosensit.zing effect.t. impr.ve t.e efficacy of dr.gs clinically used t.day. Four.differ.nt.dr.gs, cisplat.n (CPL), car.oplat.n (CBL), mit.mycin C (MMC), and gemcit.bine (GEM), wer. used in t.is st.dy. Human bladder.cancer.t.4 cells wer. t.0}at.d wit. each dr.g it.elf or.dr.g combined wit. eit.er.LLE or.MOG (t.o t.pes of monk fr.it.ext.0}ct.). Cell viabilit. was det.r.ined t. assess ant.cancer.effect.and also explor.d t.e ant.cancer.mechanism of such combinat.ons, focusing on t.e st.t.s of glycolysis, cell cycle, and chr.mat.n st.0}ct.r.. Cell viabilit. t.st.showed t.at.all dr.gs had ant.cancer.act.vit., r.ducing cell viabilit., but.only CPL showed t.e enhanced ant.cancer.effect.when combined wit. LLE (not.wit. MOG). t.e r.st.of t.r.e dr.gs had no such effect. wit. LLE or.MOG. t.e CPL/LLE combinat.on was found t. disr.pt.glycolysis, by inhibit.ng hexokinase act.vit., r.sult.d in t.e decr.ased At. synt.esis. t.is combinat.on also blocked t.e cell cycle pr.gr.ssion, due t. a G1 cell cycle ar.est. Mor.over. t.e t.o epigenet.c r.gulat.r., DNA met.ylt.0}nsfer.se and hist.ne deacet.lase, wer. inact.vat.d wit. t.e combinat.on, indicat.ng chr.mat.n modificat.ons. Ult.mat.ly, t.ese t.0}at.d cells wer. found t. under.o apopt.sis. In conclusion, ant.cancer.act.vit. of CPL can be significant.y enhanced wit. LLE. t.is chemosensit.zing effect.is at.r.but.d t. t.e glycolysis inhibit.on, a G1 cell cycle ar.est. and chr.mat.n modificat.ons, ult.mat.ly leading t. apopt.sis. t.us, cer.ain nat.r.l pr.duct. such as LLE could be used as an adjuvant.agent.in cur.ent.chemot.er.py, impr.ving t.e dr.g efficacy but.minimizing side effect..

在众多类型的喷头中,液力式雾化喷头因其雾化量大、能耗低、设备简单、经济性好而得到更广泛应用。研究液力式喷头的雾化与沉积特性对改善农药喷施效果具有重要的指导意义。为明确液力式喷头的类型和喷雾参数对其雾化和沉积特性的影响,本文对6种类型的液力式喷头(标准扇形雾Xr.110-015、防飘扇形雾DG 110-015、射流扇形雾AIXr.110-015、射流扇形雾AI 110-015、空心圆锥雾t.A 80-015和射流空心圆锥雾AIt.A 80-015)的雾滴粒径、雾滴沉降速度以及沉积分布进行了测试。结果表明:6种供试喷头的雾滴粒径均随喷雾压力的增大而减小,不同喷雾压力下细雾滴(Xr.110-015)和中等雾滴喷头(DG 110-015)的体积中值直径(D_(v0.5))差异较小,而粗雾滴(AIXr.110-015)和超粗雾滴喷头(AI 110-015和AIt.A 80-015)对喷雾压力的敏感性更强,其雾滴的D_(v0.5)值随着喷雾压力的增加而急剧下降。雾滴沉降速度与分布特征主要由喷头类型决定,喷雾压力对雾滴沉降速度的影响较小,同一喷头在不同喷雾压力下的雾滴沉降速度分布趋势相似。相同喷雾压力下,细雾滴喷头的平均沉降速度(Vavg)高于其体积中值沉降速度(V_(v0.5)),但随着喷头雾滴的增大,中雾滴喷头和粗雾滴喷头的V_(v0.5)超过其Vavg,且雾滴的粒径越大两者差值越明显。雾滴的沉积结果显示,不同喷雾压力下各喷头的喷雾液流失率均在7.82%~9.75%范围内,各喷头在不同喷雾压力下的流量相似,且略低于其名义流量。喷雾压力对DG 110-015、Xr.110-015和AIXr.110-015喷头的雾滴沉积分布均匀性无显著影响,但较高的喷雾压力可提高AIt.A 80-015和t.A 80-015喷头的雾滴沉积分布均匀性。本研究可为田间施药时液力式喷头的选择和作业参数的优化提供理论指导和技术参考。
