The 2015/16 El Niño event ranks among the top three of the last 100 years in terms of intensity,but most dynamical models had a relatively low prediction skill for this event before the summer ***,the attribution of this particular event can help us to understand the cause of super El Niño–Southern Oscillation events and how to forecast them *** present study applies attribute methods based on a deep learning model to study the key factors related to the formation of this event.A deep learning model is trained using historical simulations from 21 CMIP6 models to predict the Niño-3.4 *** integrated gradient method is then used to identify the key signals in the North Pacific that determine the evolution of the Niño-3.4 *** crucial signals are then masked in the initial conditions to verify their roles in the *** addition to confirming the key signals inducing the super El Niño event revealed in previous attribution studies,we identify the combined contribution of the tropical North Atlantic and the South Pacific oceans to the evolution and intensity of this event,emphasizing the crucial role of the interactions among them and the North *** approach is also applied to other El Niño events,revealing several new precursor *** study suggests that the deep learning method is useful in attributing the key factors inducing extreme tropical climate events.

In this paper,we propose using the tailored finite point method(TFPM)to solve the resulting parabolic or elliptic equations when minimizing the huber regularization based image super-resolution model using the augmented Lagrangian method(ALM).The hu-ber regularization based image super-resolution model can ameliorate the staircase for restored *** employs the method of weighted residuals with collocation tech-nique,which helps get more accurate approximate solutions to the equations and reserve more details in restored *** compare the new schemes with the Marquina-Osher model,the image super-resolution convolutional neural network(SRCNN)and the classical interpolation methods:bilinear interpolation,nearest-neighbor interpolation and bicubic *** experiments are presented to demonstrate that with the new schemes the quality of the super-resolution images has been *** these,the existence of the minimizer of the huber regularization based image super-resolution model and the convergence of the proposed algorithm are also established in this paper.

Gobi spans a large area of China,surpassing the combined expanse of mobile dunes and semi-fixed *** presence significantly influences the movement of sand and ***,the complex origins and diverse materials constituting the Gobi result in notable differences in saltation processes across various Gobi *** is challenging to describe these processes according to a uniform ***,it becomes imperative to articulate surface characteristics through parameters such as the three-dimensional(3D)size and shape of *** morphology information for Gobi gravels is essential for studying its genesis and sand *** enhance the efficiency and information yield of gravel parameter measurements,this study conducted field experiments in the Gobi region across Dunhuang City,Guazhou County,and Yumen City(administrated by Jiuquan City),Gansu Province,China in March 2023.A research framework and methodology for measuring 3D parameters of gravel using point cloud were developed,alongside improved calculation formulas for 3D parameters including gravel grain size,volume,flatness,roundness,sphericity,and equivalent grain *** multi-view geometry technology for 3D reconstruction allowed for establishing an optimal data acquisition scheme characterized by high point cloud reconstruction efficiency and clear ***,the proposed methodology incorporated point cloud clustering,segmentation,and filtering techniques to isolate individual gravel point *** point cloud algorithms,including the Oriented Bounding Box(OBB),point cloud slicing method,and point cloud triangulation,were then deployed to calculate the 3D parameters of individual *** systematic processes allow precise and detailed characterization of individual *** gravel grain size and volume,the correlation coefficients between point cloud and manual measurements all exceeded 0.9000,confirming the feasibility of the proposed methodol

Breast phyllodes tumor(PT)is a rare fibroepithelial neoplasm with potential malignant *** non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)play multifaceted roles in various cancers,but their involvement in breast PT remains largely *** this study,microarray was leveraged for the first time to investigate the role of lncRNA in *** identified lncRNA ZFPM2-AS1 was significantly upregulated in malignant PT,and its overexpression endowed PT with high tumor grade and adverse ***,we elucidated that ZFPM2-AS1 promotes the proliferation,migration,and invasion of malignant PT in *** ZFPM2-AS1 through nanomaterial-mediated siRNA delivery in patient-derived xenograft(PDX)model could effectively inhibit tumor progression in ***,our findings showed that ZFPM2-AS1 is competitively bound to CDC42,inhibiting ACK1 and STAT1 activation,thereby launching the transcription of *** conclusion,our study provides evidence that ZFPM2-AS1 plays a pivotal role in the pathogenesis of breast PT,and suggests that ZFPM2-AS1 could serve as a prognostic indicator for patients with PT as well as a promising novel therapeutic target.

Uncertainties of landslide susceptibility prediction:influences of different study area scales and mapping unit scales

This study aims to investigate the effects of different mapping unit scales and study area scales on the uncertainty rules of landslide susceptibility prediction(LSP).To illustrate various study area scales,Ganzhou City in China,its eastern region(Ganzhou East),and Ruijin County in Ganzhou East were *** mapping unit scales are represented by grid units with spatial resolution of 30 and 60 m,as well as slope units that were extracted by multi-scale segmentation *** 3855 landslide locations and 21 typical environmental factors in Ganzhou City are first determined to create spatial datasets with ***,landslide susceptibility maps(LSMs)of Ganzhou City,Ganzhou East and Ruijin County are pro-duced using a support vector machine(SVM)and random forest(RF),*** LSMs of the above three regions are then extracted by mask from the LSM of Ganzhou City,along with the LSMs of Ruijin County from Ganzhou ***,LSMs of Ruijin at various mapping unit scales are generated in *** and landslide suscepti-bility indexes(LSIs)distribution are used to express LSP *** LSP uncertainties under grid units significantly decrease as study area scales decrease from Ganzhou City,Ganzhou East to Ruijin County,whereas those under slope units are less affected by study area *** course,attentions should also be paid to the broader representativeness of large study *** LSP accuracy of slope units increases by about 6%–10%compared with those under grid units with 30 m and 60 m resolution in the same study area's *** significance of environmental factors exhibits an averaging trend as study area scale increases from small to *** importance of environmental factors varies greatly with the 60 m grid unit,but it tends to be consistent to some extent in the 30 m grid unit and the slope unit.

Building emission reduction is an important way to achieve China’s carbon peaking and carbon neutrality *** at the problem of low carbon economic operation of a photovoltaic energy storage building system,a multi-time scale optimal scheduling strategy based on model predictive control(MPC)is proposed under the consideration of load ***,load optimization is achieved by controlling the charging time of electric vehicles as well as adjusting the air conditioning operation temperature,and the photovoltaic energy storage building system model is constructed to propose a day-ahead scheduling strategy with the lowest daily operation ***,considering inter-day to intra-day source-load prediction error,an intraday rolling optimal scheduling strategy based on MPC is proposed that dynamically corrects the day-ahead dispatch results to stabilize system power fluctuations and promote photovoltaic ***,taking an office building on a summer work day as an example,the effectiveness of the proposed scheduling strategy is *** results of the example show that the strategy reduces the total operating cost of the photovoltaic energy storage building system by 17.11%,improves the carbon emission reduction by 7.99%,and the photovoltaic consumption rate reaches 98.57%,improving the system’s low-carbon and economic performance.
