The design and application of morphing systems are ongoing issues compelling the aviation *** Clean sky-program represents the most significant aeronautical research ever launched in Europe on advanced technologies for greening next-generation *** primary purpose of the program is to develop new concepts aim.d.at decreasing the effects of aviation on the environment,increasing reliability,and promoting eco-friendly *** ambitions are pursued through research on enabling technologies fostering noise and gas emissions reduction,mainly by improving aircraft aerodynamic *** the Clean sky framework,a multim.d.l morphing flap device was designed based on tight industrial requirements and tailored for large civil aircraft *** flap is deployed in one unique setting,and its cross section is morph.d.differently in take-off and landing to get the necessary extra lift for the specific flight ***,during the cruise,the tip of the flap is deflected for load control and induced drag *** manufacturing the first flap prototype,a high-speed(ma=0.3),large-scale test campaign(geometric scale factor 1:3)was deem.d.necessary to validate the performance improvements brought by this novel system at the aircraft *** the other hand,the geometrical scaling of the flap prototype was considered impracticable due to the unscalability of the embedded mechanisms and actuators for shape ***,a new architecture was conceived for the flap m.d.l to comply with the scaled dimensions requirements,withstand the relevant loads expected during the wind tunnel tests and emulate the shape transition capabilities of the true-scale *** strategies were developed to effectively morph the m.d.l during wind tunnel tests while ensuring the robustness of each morph.d.configuration and maintaining adequate stiffness levels to prevent undesirable deviations from the intended aerodynamic ***,

Aggressive lymphomas are a heterogeneous group of B-cell *** most com- mon types are diffuse large B cell-lymphoma,mantle cell lymphoma,anaplastic lymphoma,and Burkitt’s *** of rituximab(anti-Cd20 monoclonal antibody)has changed the natural history of aggressive lymphomas.R-CHOP has an absolute advantage of 13% increase over CHOP in event-free (76% vs 63% and overall survival(70% vs 57%).R-CHOP has become the standard first-line thera- *** was also shown that CHOP given every 14 days is better than CHOP every 21 days(5 year survival: CHOP-14:53% vs CHOP-21:40%).It is therefore desirable to give R-CHOP every 14 days when- ever possible,especially for young *** early stage(stage Ⅰ and ⅡA,non-bulky)lymphoma, CHOP x 3 followed by radiation in involved field was shown to be better than eight cycles of *** relapsed lymphoma,RICE chemotherapy followed by autologous stem cell transplantation is the general approach at many ***-myeloablative allogeneic stem cell transplantation is frequently neces- sary for mantle cell lymphoma due to the high relapse rate after initial chemotherapy.R-hyper-CVAd is frequently chosen as the treatment for Burkitt’s lymphoma,and cure rate is high even without transplanta- *** agents(bortezumib,sAHA),monoclonal antibodies(anti-Cd30,anti-Cd80,CmC-544), vaccines,and radioimmunotherapies will be discussed for the therapy of lymphoma.

Antimony grain boundary segregation in Fe-2%mn-sb structure steels has been studied through measurements of the ductile-brittle transition temperature in conjunction with scanning electron microscopy, Auger electron spectroscopy and secondary ion mass spectroscopy. The research result reveals that during tempering or ageing after quenching at 980℃, sb segregates to grain boundaries with both equilibrium and non-equilibrium natures and brings about temper embrittlement in the steels. Cerium can relieve temper embrittlement of the steels and its segregation to grain boundaries may play an important role in reducing this embrittlement.

methionine(met)is an essential and first limiting amino acid in the poultry diet that plays a significant role in chicken embryonic development and *** present study examined the effect of in ovo injection of dL-met and L-met sources and genotypes on chicken embryonic-intestinal development and *** eggs of the two genotypes,TETRA-sL layer hybrid(TsL)—commercial layer hybrid and Hungarian Partridge colored hen breed(HPC)—a native genotype,were randomly distributed into four treatments for each *** treatment groups include the following:1)control non-injected eggs(NoIn);2)saline-injected(saIn);3)dL-met injected(dLm);and 4)L-met injected(Lm).The in ovo injection was carried out on 17.5 d of embryonic development;after hatching,eight chicks per group were sacrificed,and the jejunum was extracted for *** results showed that both dLm and Lm groups had enhanced intestinal development as evidenced by increased villus width,villus height,and villus area(Pmpared to the *** dLm group had significantly reduced crypt depth,glutathione(GsH)content,glutathione s-transferase 3 alpha(GsT3),occludin(OCLN)gene expression and increased villus height to crypt depth ratio in the TsL genotype than the Lm group(Ps overexpressed insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF1)gene,tricellulin(md2),occludin(OCLN),superoxide dismutase 1(sOd1),and GsT3 genes than the TsL genotype(Psion,these findings showed that in ovo injection of met enhanced intestinal development,and function,with genotypes responding differently under normal *** also influenced the expression of intestinal antioxidants,tight junction,and growth-related genes.

Water dispersible silver nanoparticles（AgNps） were prepared using thiacalix[4]arene tetrahydrazide（TCTH） as a reducing and stabilizing ***-AgNps were characterized by surface plasmon resonance（sPR）,transmission electron microscopy（TEm） and energy dispersive X-ray（EdX）.Relatively uniform 20 nm spherical particles of TCTH-AgNps were efficiently form.d.over a ph range of 5-9 and from 10-40 ℃.The interaction behavior of TCTH-AgNps with different amino acids was investigated using spectrophotometry and *** the amino acids tested,only tryptophan and histidine showed fluorescence quenching and fluorescence enhancement,*** linear detection range by stern-Volmer plot was 5 nmol/L to 0.48 μmol/L for tryptophan and 4 nmol/L to 0.54 μmol/L for ***-AgNps were able to effectively reduce the levels of gram-positive bacteria,gram-negative bacteria,and *** properties argue for the potential use of TCTH-AgNps as detectors of histidine and tryptophan and as antibiotics.
