The coronavirus disease-19(COVID-19)outbreak,caused by the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(sARs-CoV-2),was declared a global pandemic in March *** has affected over 700 million people worldwide and resulted in almost 7 million deaths,equating to a 1%mortality *** present,the majority of COVID-19 cases are either asymptomatic or mild,typically resolving within two ***,between 1%and 10%of COVID-19 survivors do not fully recover and experience a post-viral syndrome referred to as"long COVID","post-acute COVID-19 syndrome"(PAsC),or"post-COVID condition"(PCC).This post-viral syndrome affects both adult and pediatric ***,most of the studies published to date evaluate the adult population,leaving a gap in our understanding of its impact on children and adolescents.

Integrated CO_(2)capture and utilization(ICCU)technology requires dual functional materials(DFMs)to carry out the process in a single reaction *** influence of the calcination atmosphere on efficiency of 4%Ru-8%Na_(2)CO_(3)-8%CaO/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)DFM is *** adsorbent precursors are first co-impregnated onto alumina and calcined in ***,Ru precursor is impregnated and four aliquotes are subjected to different calcination protocols:static air in muffle or under different mixtures(10%H_(2)/N_(2),50%H_(2)/N_(2)and N_(2))*** are characterized by XRD,N_(2)adsorption-desorption,H_(2)chemisorption,TEM,XPs,H_(2)-TPD,H_(2)-TPR,CO_(2)-TPD and *** catalytic behavior is evaluated,in cycles of CO_(2)adsorption and hydrogenation to CH_(4),and temporal evolution of reactants and products concentrations is *** calcination atmosphere influences the physicochemical properties and,ultimately,activity of *** data and catalytic performance discover the acccomodation of Ru nanoparticles disposition and basic sites is mostly influencing the catalytic *** calcined under N_(2)flow(RuNaCa-N_(2))shows the highest CH_(4)production(449μmol/g at 370℃),because a well-controlled decomposition of precursors which favors the better accomodation of adsorbent and Ru phases,maximizing the specific surface area,the Ru-basic sites interface and the participation of different basic sites in the CO_(2)methanation ***,the calcination in a N_(2)flow is revealed as the optimal calcination protocol to achieve highly efficient DFM for integrated CO_(2)adsorption and hydrogenation applications.

Gender inclusiveness is important in the rural transformation process of Bangladesh as rural women play key roles in both agricultural and non-agricultural *** inclusiveness also leads to gender *** empirically evaluate relationships between rural transformation and gender inclusiveness in *** consider three rural transformation indicators:high-value commodities’share in agricultural output values,non-farm employment’s share in rural labor employment,and non-agricultural GDP’s share in total *** capturing gender inclusiveness include the per capita rural income of males and females,ratio of investments into gender programs,female access to education,access to healthcare,employment participation,land ownership,and asset *** test the effect of the difference in per capita rural income of males and females and the ratio of their incomes and check for the robustness of the gender variables across different model *** 128 district-level observations from 32 districts of Bangladesh across four time periods(2000,2005,2010 and 2016),we use both ordinary least squares and fixed effects panel regression *** find that female land and asset ownership and access to education and healthcare are robust determinants of various stages of rural ***,our results suggest that improving women’s ownership of land and assets and investing in women’s education and healthcare will likely contribute to a more inclusive rural transformation.

在线教育中,教师经常沿用面授教学方法,学校则复制针对面授教学而设置的各种制度和结构,虽然这些制度和结构的原本唯一目的是解决物理空间环境下教学所产生的问题。与此同时,学习技术的开发和使用主要是为了建设旨在复制具备校园学习环境特点的虚拟学习环境,结果复制的是面授教师在物理环境下不得不解决的问题,而且复制得很蹩脚。这是一个制造问题和解决问题的恶性循环,对谁都没有好处。把我们为了支持学习而建设的在线学习系统比喻为“环境”有误导之嫌,因为这种认识限制了我们在教学方法上的选择和借助技术解决问题的能力。本文采用基础设施和服务这个比喻,以便能够使用更能体现灵活性、学习者驱动和数字原生的方法设计支持学习的系统(包括工具、教学方法和结构)。

In this paper,an efficient,convenient and explicit method based on the Haar wavelet discretization ap-proach for analyzing the free vibration of the coupled laminated composite elliptical-cylindrical-elliptical shells(ECEss)with elastic boundary conditions is *** elliptical double curved shells are cou-pled on both end of cylindrical *** on the first-order shear deformation theory the equations of motion for ECEs are derived by means of Hamilton’s *** separation of variables is first per-formed;*** components and rotations of any point of the ECEs are expanded to the Haar wavelet series in the meridian direction and Fourier series in circumferential *** constants appearing from the integrating process are determined by boundary conditions,and thus the partial dif-ferential equations are transformed into algebraic *** solving the characteristic equation,the natural frequencies and mode shapes of coupled laminated composite ECEs are *** present re-sults have been compared with those of the published *** comparison results show that this method has high accuracy,high reliability and also a higher convergence rate in attaining the frequencies of the coupled laminated composite ***,the effects of the main parameters such as material properties,geometrical parameters,and various boundary conditions,on the vibrational behavior of the coupled ECEss,are ***,new free vibration analysis results of the coupled laminated com-posited ECEs,which can be used as benchmark data for researchers in this field,are reported through the parameter study.

Envita’s Precision Cancer Care: 35-Fold Improvement in Response Rates

New clinical approaches are imperative beyond the widely adopted National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) guidelines, utilized by prominent cancer institutions. Cancer is the leading cause of death among individuals younger than 85 years within the United states. Despite significant technological advances, including the expenditure of hundreds of billions, treatment outcomes and overall survival have not notably improved for most types of advanced cancer over the last several decades. Over the past 24 years, Envita Medical Centers has pioneered a unique form of personalized treatment approach for late-stage and refractory cancer patients, introducing groundbreaking innovations in the field. Our integrated algorithm utilizes advanced genomics, transcriptomics, and highly tailored immunotherapy, resulting in remarkable outcome improvements. This study presents Envita’s innovative personalized treatment algorithms and examines the response outcomes of 199 late-stage cancer patients treated at Envita Medical Centers over a two-year period. Compared to standard of care and palliative chemotherapy, Envita’s treatment demonstrated a remarkable 35-fold improvement in overall response rates (Figure 1). Moreover, 88% of the patients, the majority presenting with stage 3 or 4 cancer, experienced a 43-fold improvement in quality of life with minimal side effects, as compared to standard of care chemotherapy and palliative care. This revolutionary success is attributed to Envita’s personalized therapeutic algorithms, which incorporate customized immunotherapy. Envita’s precision care approach has also achieved a 100% better response rate compared to over 65 global chemotherapy clinical trials with more than 2700 patients. The results from this study suggest that a wider utilization of Envita’s personalized approach can significantly benefit patients with late-stage and refractory cancer.

Cutting-edge technologies are extremely useful to develop new workflows in studying ecological data,particularly to understand animal behavior and movement trajectories at the individual *** parental care is a well-studied phenomenon,most studies have been focused on direct observational or video recording data,as well as experimental ***,what happens out of our sight still remains *** high-frequency GPs/GsM dataloggers and tri-axial accelerometers we monitored 25 Bonelli’s eagles Aquila fasciata during the breeding season to understand parental activities from a broader *** used recursive data,measured as number of visits and residence time,to reveal nest attendance patterns of biparental care with role specialization between *** data interpreted as the overall dynamic body acceleration,a proxy of energy expenditure,showed strong differences in parental effort throughout the breeding season and between ***,males increased substantially their energetic requirements,due to the increased workload,while females spent most of the time on the ***,during critical phases of the breeding season,a low percentage of suitable hunting spots in eagles’territories led them to increase their ranging behavior in order to find food,with important consequences in energy consumption and mortality *** results highlight the crucial role of males in raptor species exhibiting biparental ***,we exemplify how biologging technologies are an adequate and objective method to study parental care in raptors as well as to get deeper insight into breeding ecology of birds in general.
