In this review paper, we introduce a self-phase controlled stimulated Brillouin scattering phase conjugate mirror(SCSBS-PCM) and the Kumgang laser. The SC-SBS-PCM was proposed and demonstrated its success at the academic low power level, ~100 mJ@10 Hz. The Kumgang laser is under development to verify whether the SC-SBS-PCM is operable at the k W level. It is a 4 kW beam combination laser combining four 1 k W beams using the SC-SBS-PCM. If the Kumgang laser functions successfully, it will be the most important step towards a Dream laser, a hypothetical laser with unlimited power and a high repetition rate.

目的评估照顾者对慢性病自我护理贡献量表泰语版第2版(Thai version of Caregiver Contribution to Self-Care Chronic Illness Inventory version 2,Thai CC-SC-CII-v2)在脑卒中患者照顾者中应用的心理测量特征,包括总量表和3个独立量表的有效性和可靠性。方法采用多中心横断面研究设计。2022年9—12月,共招募422名来自泰国南部初级保健中心的脑卒中患者照顾者。结构效度检验采用验证性因子分析,聚合效度使用Thai CC-SC-CII-v2与照顾者对患者自我护理贡献的自我效能量表(Caregiver Self-Efficacy in Contribu-ting to Patient Self-Care Scale,CSE-SCS)之间的相关系数进行评估。内部一致性采用Cronbach's α系数、复合可靠性指数和McDonald Omega系数进行评估;通过组内相关系数(intraclass correlation coefficients,ICCs)评估重测信度。结果这项研究主要纳入了照顾脑卒中父母的中年女性。验证性因子分析结果支持CC-SC-CII-v2维护量表和管理量表的双因子结构及监测量表的单因子结构。对合并项目集同时进行验证性因子分析支持更综合的模型。CC-SC-CII-v2与CSE-SCS的相关系数范围0.47~0.65,均P<0.001。3个独立量表的Cronbach's α系数范围0.82~0.89,复本信度系数范围0.84~0.85,McDonaldω系数范围0.83~0.85,ICCs范围0.86~0.90,均表明量表信度良好。结论泰语版CC-SC-CII-v2在脑卒中患者照顾者中表现出稳定的心理测量学特性,可作为在泰国等类似文化背景下调查照顾者对卒中患者自我护理贡献的有用工具。

Polyploidy is common among agriculturally important crops. Popular genetic methods and their implementations cannot always be applied to polyploid genetic data. We give an overview about available tools and their limitations in terms of levels of ploidy, auto- and allo-ploidy. The main classes of tools are genotype calling, linkage mapping and haplotyping. The usability of the tools is discussed with a focus on their applicability to data sets produced by state of the art technologies. We show that many challenges remain until the toolset for polyploidy provides similar functionalities as those which are already available for diploids. Some tools have been developed over a decade ago and are now outdated. In addition, we discuss necessary steps to overcome this shortage in the future.

华南早三叠世的古地磁学与大地构造

从华南几个具代表性地点的下三叠统灰岩中，获得了有意义的古地磁学初步结果．这些结果支持华南存在分离板块的设想．根据新近获得的地质与古地磁学证据，推断华南存在４个岩石图板块．它们是扬子（Ｄ＝２３２．４°，Ｉ＝－１１．８°，Ｋ＝２８．２，α９５＝５．５°），湘桂（Ｄ＝１９８．０°，Ｉ＝３２．２°，α９５＝１２．９°），华夏（Ｄ＝８８．０°，Ｉ＝１３．０°，Ｋ＝２０．１，α９５＝９．１°）和海南（上二叠统Ｄ＝３３８．２°，Ｉ＝１５．９°，Ｋ＝１０．２，α９５＝１４．３°）板块．４个板块的古地磁极位分散，纬度差明显，并存在碰撞后的局部与区域性的旋转作用，尤其是顺时针旋转．华南早中生代的大地构造可理解为４个来自古特提斯和冈瓦纳的岩石圈碎块与欧亚大陆聚合作用的产物．
