Molecular phylogenies using 1–4 gene regions and information on ecology,morphology and pigment chemistry were used in a partial revision of the agaric family *** phylogenetically supported genera we recognize here in the Hygrophoraceae based on these and previous analyses are:Acantholichen,Ampulloclitocybe,Arrhenia,Cantharellula,Cantharocybe,Chromosera,Chrysomphalina,Cora,Corella,Cuphophyllus,Cyphellostereum,Dictyonema,Eonema,Gliophorus,Haasiella,Humidicutis,Hygroaster,Hygrocybe,Hygrophorus,Lichenomphalia,Neohygrocybe,Porpolomopsis and Pseudoarmillariella.A new genus that is sister to Chromosera is described as *** were made at the ranks of subfamily,tribe,genus,subgenus,section and *** present three new subfamilies,eight tribes(five new),eight subgenera(one new,one new combination and one ***.),26 sections(five new and three new combinations and two ***.)and 14 subsections(two new,two ***.).Species of Chromosera,Gliophorus,Humidicutis,and Neohygrocybe are often treated within the genus Hygrocybe;we therefore provide valid names in both classification *** used a minimalist approach in transferring genera and creating new names and ***,we retain in the Hygrophoraceae the basal cuphophylloid grade comprising the genera Cuphophyllus,Ampulloclitocybe andCantharocybe,despite weak phylogenetic *** include Aeruginospora and Semiomphalina in Hygrophoraceae based on morphology though molecular data are *** lower hygrophoroid clade is basal to Hygrophoraceae s.s.,comprising the genera Aphroditeola,Macrotyphula,Phyllotopsis,Pleurocybella,Sarcomyxa,Tricholomopsis and Typhula.

The Minnesota Nutrient Management Strategy has identified waters with the highest amounts of nutrients that could potentially enter the Mississippi *** County contains the headwaters of the Cedar River Basin,a large nutrient loading basin in the upper Mississippi River *** efforts of the UMN(University of Minnesota),the Nature Conservancy,and Mower County,MN implemented alternative agricultural ditch designs to improve water *** consisted of a TSD(Two-Stage Ditch),a rock trench,a rock inlet,and two in-ditch linear treatment *** features were implemented to increase ditch stability and to reduce the loading of sediment and *** costs were the possible removal of productive ag-land,construction costs,and the break-even discount(interest)*** included lower maintenance cost,reduced sediment and phosphorus loads with more stable ditches,and enhanced removal of NO_(3)-N(Nitrate-Nitrogen).Results suggest costs of the TSD construction may be supplemented with subsidies to break-even with conventional ditch design *** based on NO_(3)-N removal show the TSD compares well to other NO_(3)-N best management *** break-even NO_(3)-N removal costs vary greatly but are lowest when the floodplain bench is inundated for longer time periods and when the discount rate,cleanout interval of the conventional design,and construction costs of the TSD are low.

支气管哮喘（哮喘）是具有异质性的气道炎症性疾病，其主要特点表现为气道高反应和可变的气流受限。在哮喘的发病机制中，过敏原诱导的TH2淋巴细胞激活以及IL-5介导的嗜酸粒细胞渗出起到重要的作用。近年来发现超过50％的哮喘患者气道的嗜酸粒细胞水平并不增高，并将这种亚型定义为非嗜酸粒细胞型哮喘。其中部分患者表现为气道中性粒细胞明显增高，称为中性粒细胞型哮喘。

为规范描述肾功能和疾病的专业术语,2019年6月改善全球肾脏病预后组织(KDIGO)召开共识会议,对肾脏功能和疾病、肾衰竭、急性肾脏病和急性肾损伤、慢性肾脏病及肾脏评估共5个部分的内容制定了相应的术语表,并就以下建议达成共识。①对于肾脏功能和疾病的一般描述,使用术语“kidney”,而不使用“renal”或前缀“nephro-”;②使用“肾衰竭(kidney failure)”并适当描述是否存在相应症状、体征和治疗,而不是“终末期肾脏疾病(end-stage kidney disease)”;③使用KDIGO对急性肾脏病(AKD)和急性肾损伤(AKI)进行定义和分类;④使用KDIGO对慢性肾脏病(CKD)进行定义和分类;⑤使用特定的肾脏检测指标,例如蛋白尿或肾小球滤过率(GFR)降低,而不是肾功能“异常(abnormal)”或“降低(reduced)”来描述肾脏结构和功能的改变。文章简要总结会议的主要讨论。

ELECTRICAL STRUCTURES OF THE CRUST AND UPPER MANTLE OF TIBETAN PLATEAU FROM MAGNETOTELLURIC PROFILING OF INDEPTH-MT

To extend our successful Magnetotelluric(MT) experiments in the area from Yadong to Bamocuo in 1995 (Chen et al., 1996), two new Magnetotelluric(MT)experiments have been carried out along two main profiles in the central and Northern Tibetan Plateau in the summer of 1998 and 1999. While the 1995 MT work mainly focused on the study of the electrical structure of the Yarlung\|Zangbo River Suture , the 1998 and 1999 experiments have been designed with following purpose:(1) Study whether partially molten layer widely exists in the crust of the central and northern Tibet.(2) Study the electrical structures of crust and upper mantle in central and northern Tibet which may relate to the attenuated Shear Seismic waves.(3) Study the detail electrical structures of Bangong\|Nujiang Suture and Jinsha *** 1998, the MT team (China University of Geosciences, University of Washington and Geological Survey of Canada) recorded MT data along the Tibet 500 Line which extends about three hundred and eighty kilometers from Deqing to Longweicuo. We used LIMS system to record the long period(20～20000s) MT data at twenty\|six sites and used MT24 to record broadband(320Hz,2000s) MT data at fifty\|eight sites.
