目的:应用非损伤性的fmRI方法,研究脑卒中后语言功能的损伤机制和恢复机制。材料和方法:患者女,37岁,右利手,受教育5年,工人,突发语言障碍来我院就诊,经CT、mRI检查发现右侧基底节区及左额顶叶脑梗死,收入院治疗。实验材料选用6组36对由双字名词,患者大声朗读并行词意判断。结果:损伤时,患者语言功能障碍,左侧半球语言功能区活动减弱,治疗后,患者语言功能恢复,左侧半球语言功能区活动恢复;损伤时,患者语言功能障碍,右侧半球语言功能区活动增加,治疗后,患者语言功能恢复,右侧半球语言功能区活动减弱或消失。结论;fmRI是一种客观、敏感、可量化的研究脑卒中后语言功能康复的方法之一。

The Tribbles(TRIB) family of pseudokinase proteins has been shown to play key roles in cell cycle, metabolic diseases, chronic inflammatory disease, and cancer development. A better understanding of the mechanisms of TRIB pseudokinases could provide new insights for disease development and help promote TRIB proteins as novel therapeutic targets for drug discovery. At the 2 nd International Symposium on Tribbles and Diseases held on may 7–9, 2018 in Beijing, China, a group of leading Tribbles scientists reported their findings and ongoing studies about the effects of the different TRIB proteins in the areas of immunity, metabolism, fundamental cell biology and cancer. Here, we summarize important and insightful overviews from 4 keynote lectures, 13 plenary lectures and 8 short talks that took place during this meeting. These findings may offer new insights for the understanding of the roles of TRIB pseudokinases in the development of various diseases.

Background: Central neurological involvement is the most frequent extra hematological manifestation of chronic lymphocytic leukemia;it is multifactorial and rarely due to a cerebral localization of the disease. We report a case of cerebral localization of chronic lymphoid leukemia whose clinical and radiological aspects were very suggestive of progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy. Case Presentation: A 65-year-old patient who was HIV-negative (human immunodeficiency virus), had consulted for bilateral axillary, cervical and inguinal lymphadenopathy associated with major asthenia and hyper lymphocytosis (lymphocyte count was 11 giga/l). Chronic lymphocyticleukemia with TP53 mutation was diagnosed and treatment with Ibrutinib 420 mg/day was initiated. After 2 months of treatment, the evolution was marked by the onset of neurological disorders whose clinical-radiological presentation and temporal evolution had led to the diagnosis of progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy. In the absence of virological evidence in the cerebrospinal fluid analysis, a stereotactic biopsy of the brain lesions had been performed, making it possible to formally rule out this infectious hypothesis and to demonstrate cerebral invasion by tumour cells. Immuno-chemotherapy combining Rituximab-Cyclophosphamide-Doxorubicin-Vincristine-Prednisone-Ibrutinib (RCHOP-Ibrutinib) with intrathecal chemotherapy resulted in a very good clinical-radiological response. Conclusion: The appearance of neurological manifestations in the context of chronic lymphocytic leukemia must systematically lead to a search for a cerebral localization of the disease. In the absence of virological evidence in the cerebrospinal fluid, any suspicion of progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy in this context should lead to the histological study of brain lesions.

本实验以红糖水为发酵基质,污泥为反应起始物,采用连续搅拌釜式反应器(CSTR)。在pH7.0±0.1、氧化还原电位(ORP)为-420mV、温度(35±1)℃、水力停留时间(HRT)为6h的条件下,产氢量达到稳定水平。(氢气是乙醇型发酵的主要成分)。通过保持所有其他参数的一致性,我们能够关注改变有机负荷对氢生产的影响。同时,通过调节pH值,使微生物保持较高的活性。结果表明,当有机负荷从12kg/m-d增加到32kg/m-d时,沼气和产氢速率持续增加。当有机负荷为32kg/m_-d时,最大产气速率为18.6L/d,产氢速率为6.4L/d,与原始的12kg/m_-d相比,产气量分别提高了89%和87%。在系统运行过程中,降低进水pH值至5.85,抑制了厌氧发酵的微生物活性,导致产氢速率下降,ORP增加到-328mV。在此条件下,通过在反应器中加入一定量的NaOH来调节pH值,可使反应器保持较高的乙醇型发酵产氢速率。

We report the discovery of KmT-2020-BLG-0414 Lb,with a planet-to-host mass ratio q2=0.9-1.2×10-5=3-4 q⊕at 1σ,which is the lowest mass-ratio microlensing planet to *** with two other recent discoveries(4?q/q⊕?6),it fills out the previous empty sector at the bottom of the triangular(log s,log q)diagram,where s is the planet-host separation in units of the angular Einstein radiusθ***,these discoveries call into question the existence,or at least the strength,of the break in the mass-ratio function that was previously suggested to account for the paucity of very low-q *** to the extreme magnification of the event,Amax~1450 for the underlying single-lens event,its light curve revealed a second companion with q3~0.05 and|log s3|~1,i.e.,a factor~10 closer to or farther from the host in *** measurements of the microlens parallaxπE and the angular Einstein radiusθE allow estimates of the host,planet and second companion masses,(m1,m2,m3)~(0.3 m⊙,1.0 m⊕,17 mJ),the planet and second companion projected separations,(a⊥,2,a⊥,3)~(1.5,0.15 or 15)au,and system distance DL~1 *** lens could account for most or all of the blended light(I~19.3)and so can be studied immediately with high-resolution photometric and spectroscopic observations that can further clarify the nature of the *** planet was found as part of a new program of high-cadence follow-up observations of high-magnification *** detection of this planet,despite the considerable difficulties imposed by COVID-19(two KmT sites and OGLE were shut down),illustrates the potential utility of this program.
