L. albus i. an annual grai.-legume crop mai.ly grown for hi.h-protei. fod.er world.i.0} but also to prod.ce large seed. for human consumpti.n as a snack-food. i. ord.r to make geneti. gai.s i. grai. yi.ld. assessment of the geneti. vari.ti.n i. the germplasm and.i.0}nti.i.ati.n of loci.associ.ted.wi.h agronomi. trai.s are essenti.l. Phomopsi. bli.ht (PB) and.Plei.chaeta root rot (PRR), caused.by the fungal pathogens d.aporthe toxi.a and. Plei.chaeta setosa respecti.ely, are two major yi.ld.li.i.i.g d.seases of the L. albus crop. The extent of geneti. d.versi.y i. 94 accessi.ns of L. albus compri.i.g: Australi.n and.exoti. culti.ars, ad.anced.breed.ng li.es, and.land.aces ori.i.ati.g from 26 d.fferent countri.s was d.termi.ed.uti.i.i.g PCR-based.geni., and.mi.roarray-based.d.versi.y Arrays Technology (d.rT™), markers. All accessi.ns were evaluated.for resi.tance to PB i. two plant ti.sues (leaves and.stems) usi.g ei.her sprayed.or i.jected.spore i.oculum. A subset of 58 accessi.ns was further evaluated.for resi.tance to PRR by growi.g seed.i.gs i. spore-i.fested.potti.g mi.. The combi.ed.d.ta of 724 (50 geni.- and.674 d.rT) markers were used.for cluster analysi.. A subset of 324 markers wi.h call rate ≥95% and.pred.cted.d.sease scores of d.fferent genotypes were used.to i.0}nti.y marker loci.accounti.g for phenotypi. vari.ti.n i. PB and.PRR resi.tance usi.g li.ear regressi.n analysi.. Several markers showed.si.ni.i.ant associ.ti.n wi.h PB or PRR resi.tance at P d.that favourable alleles for PB and.PRR resi.tance are present i. the d.verse accessi.ns i.vesti.ated.and.they wi.l provi.0} valuable materi.ls for lupi. breed.ng.

The sed.mentary rocks of the Cabullona Group are well exposed.i. the Cabullona Basi. of northeastern Sonora, Mexi.o, whi.h represent syntectoni. sed.mentati.n associ.ted.wi.h Larami.0}-style d.formati.n d.ri.g the Campani.n-early Maastri.hti.n. The sand.tones of the Lomas Colorad.s Formati.n d.posi.ed.at the upper part of the Cabullona Group. Petrography and.geochemi.al(major, trace, and.rare earth elements) stud.es were carri.d.out on the sand.tones to i.terpret the palaeoweatheri.g, provenance,and.tectoni. setti.g of the Lomas Colorad.s Formati.n sand.tones. Most of the sand.tone mod.l analysi. d.ta plotted.i. the QFL and.Qm FLt ternary d.agrams fall i.to the fi.ld. of d.ssected.arcs and.recycled.orogens,respecti.ely. Geochemi.ally the sand.tones are classi.i.d.as li.hareni.es whi.e few samples plot i.to the arkosi. fi.ld. The chond.i.e-normali.ed.REE d.agrams for sand.tones have LREE-enri.hed. relati.ely flat HREE patterns wi.h negati.e Eu anomali.s. Ci. values and.the A-CN-K d.agram i.d.cate a low i.tensi.y of chemi.al weatheri.g i. the source area. The tectoni. setti.g d.agram suggests both arc and.ri.t setti.gs for the stud.ed.sand.tones. The bi.ari.te and.ternary d.agrams and.elemental rati.s suggest a felsi. source for the Lomas Colorad.s Formati.n. The average REE patterns of the stud.ed.sand.tones are comparable wi.h REE patterns of the grani.e from the Caborca block, the rhyoli.e and.grani.e of the Tarahumara Formati.n, and.the Mesozoi. felsi. volcani. rocks. The mod.led.mi.ture of 40% Proterozoi. grani.e, 30% Tri.ssi. arc, 10% Jurassi. arc, and.20% Larami.0} arc represents the probable source rocks for the Lomas Colorad.s Formati.n.

Quali.y Gui.0}li.es(AQG)and.analyze multi.le ai. pollutants’joi.t effect on longevi.y,and.the mod.fi.ati.n and.confound.ng from the cli.ate and.urbani.ati.n wi.h a focus on the *** stud. i.clud.d.13,207 old.parti.i.ants wi.h 73.3%aged.80 and.beyond.followed.up from 2008 to 2018 i. 23 Chi.ese *** used.the Cox-proporti.nal hazard. mod.l and.quanti.e-based.g-computati.n mod.l to measure separate and.joi.t effects of the multi.le *** ad.usted.for cli.ate and.area economi. factors based.on a d.rected.acycli. *** 2018,no parti.i.ants met the WHO AQG for PM_(2.5) and.O_(3),and.about one-thi.d.met the AQG for NO_(2).The hazard.rati.(HR)for mortali.y was 1.07(95%confi.0}nce i.terval-Ci.1.05,1.09)per d.ci.e i.crease i. all three pollutants,wi.h PM_(2.5) bei.g the d.mi.ant contri.utor accord.ng to the quanti.e-based.g-computati.n *** the three-pollutant mod.l,the HRs(95%Ci.for PM_(2.5) and.NO_(2) were 1.27(1.25,1.3)and.1.08(1.05,1.12)per 10μg/m3 i.crease,*** old.st-old.experi.nced.a much lower mortali.y ri.k from ai. polluti.n compared.to the *** mortali.y ri.k of PM_(2.5) was hi.her i. areas wi.h hi.her annual average *** ad.ustment of road.d.nsi.y consi.0}rably i.tensi.i.d.the associ.ti.n between NO_(2) and.*** ambi.nt PM_(2.5) and.O_(3) levels i.
