Background:Recent studies suggest that a healthy diet helps to prevent the development of Alzheimer disease(AD).This study aimed to investigate whether spicy food consumption is associated with cognition and cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)biomarkers of AD in the Chinese ***:We enrolled 55 AD patients and 55 age-and gender-matched cognitively normal(CN)subjects in a case-control study,as well as a cohort of 131 participants without subjective cognitive decline(non-AD)in a cross-sectional *** food consumption was assessed using the Food Frequency Questionnaire(FFQ).Associations of FFQ scores with cognition and CSF biomarkers of AD were ***:In the case-control study,spicy food consumption was lower in AD patients than that in CNs(4.0[4.0-8.0]vs.8.0[4.5-10.0],P<0.001);FFQ scores were positively associated with Mini-Mental Status Examination scores in the total sample(r=0.218,P=0.014).In the cross-sectional study,the association between spicy food consumption and cognition levels was verified in non-AD subjects(r=0.264,P=0.0023).Moreover,higher FFQ scores were significantly associated with higherβ-Amyloid(1-42)(Aβ42)levels and lower phospho-tau/Aβ42 and total tau/Aβ42 ratios in the CSF of non-AD subjects(P<0.05).Conclusion:Spicy food consumption is closely related to higher cognition levels and reversed AD biomarkers in the CSF,suggesting that a capsaicin-rich diet might have the potential to modify the cognitive status and cerebral pathologies associated with AD.

Cold stress is an important factor that limits apple production. In this study, we examined the tissue-cultured plantlets of apple rootstocks ‘M9T337' and ‘60-160', which are resistant and sensitive to cold stress, respectively. The enriched pathways of differentially expressed genes(DEGs) and physiological changes in ‘M9T337' and ‘60-160' plantlets were clearly different after cold stress(1°C) treatment for 48 h, suggesting that they have differential responses to cold stress. The differential expression of WRKY transcription factors in the two plantlets showed that MdWRKY40is and MdWRKY48 are potential regulators of cold tolerance. When we overexpressed MdWRKY40is and MdWRKY48in apple calli, the overexpression of MdWRKY48 had no significant effect on the callus, while MdWRKY40is overexpression promoted anthocyanin accumulation, increased callus cold tolerance, and promoted the expression of anthocyanin structural gene MdDFR and cold-signaling core gene MdCBF2. Yeast one-hybrid screening and electrophoretic mobility shift assays showed that MdWRKY40is could only bind to the MdDFR promoter. Yeast twohybrid screening and bimolecular fluorescence complementation showed that MdWRKY40is interacts with the CBF2inhibitor MdMYB15L through the leucine zipper(LZ). When the LZ of MdWRMY40is was knocked out, MdWRKY40is overexpression in the callus did not affect MdCBF2 expression or callus cold tolerance, indicating that MdWRKY40is acts in the cold signaling pathway by interacting with MdMYB15L. In summary, MdWRKY40is can directly bind to the MdDFR promoter in order to promote anthocyanin accumulation, and it can also interact with MdMYB15L to interfere with its inhibitory effect on MdCBF2, indirectly promoting MdCBF2 expression, and thereby improving cold *** results provide a new perspective for the cold-resistance mechanism of apple rootstocks and a molecular basis for the screening of cold-resistant rootstocks.

对利用订单系统漏洞侵财行为的定性存在诈骗罪说与盗窃罪说的争论。诈骗罪说的观点有待商榷,盗窃罪说的观点也需修正。系统背后的人能够被骗只是成立诈骗罪的必要而非充分条件,欺骗行为的阙如可以直接否定诈骗罪的构成。系统通过既定的条件判断规则执行“人”的同意时,并非总能把不符合“人”的意志的财产转移行为排除出去。行为人在明知系统存在同意漏洞后,利用该漏洞实现财产转移的行为,实质上违背了被害人意志,自动交易系统就变成了行为人实施盗窃行为的工具,盗窃罪(间接正犯)的立场更能准确评价该类行为的性质。

A high oleic acid rapeseed material MI5 （derived from Xiangyou 15 variety） has been received more attention for its significant effect for human health. And it has almost the same physiological characteristic with Xiangyou 15 variety. To find out the difference between high oleic acid rapeseed material and Xiangyou 15 seedling, a comparative proteomic approach based on 2-DE and mass spectrometry was adopted. A total of 277 protein spots showed a significant change in intensity by more than 2.0-fold from M15 compared with Xiangyou 15 variety. Among them, 48 spots that changed at least 3.0-fold were excised from gels and successfully identified by MALDI-TOF/TOF MS. The identified proteins involved in metabolism of carbohydrate and energy （75%）, stress and defense （8.3%）, photosynthesis （6.3%）, protein metabolism （2.1%） and other functions （8.3%）. Then real-time quantitative PCR （qPCR） analysis was used to verify the expression levels of differentially expressed proteins, but the results did well agree with the proteomic results. In this work, most of the proteins involved in metabolism of carbohydrate and energy have higher expression in M15, which may reveal M15 has higher metabolism ability. These results provided much information to understand the differences between high oleic acid rapeseed material and Xiangyou 15 variety, which will be useful to screen high oleic rapeseed materials in seedling period.

[目的]探讨朱丹溪医学的理学内涵。[方法]结合医学与哲学的研究方法,基于朱丹溪医学论著及相关理学认识,从“认识观”“运动观”“修养观”三方面探讨丹溪医学的理学内涵。[结果]朱丹溪受到“理一分殊”的思想影响,视医学为践行儒家理想的途径;运用“格物穷理”的认识方法,提出了“阳有余阴不足论”“相火论”等重要医学理论;基于“动为天地之心”的运动观,认识到气机运动、“相火”恒动对人体生命的重要意义;基于“物极必反”“君子慎动”的运动观,认识到“相火”妄动对人体的巨大危害,主张将“慎动”思想用于养生;基于“心统性情”的修养观,提出“君火主宰相火”,强调发挥“君火”之“心”的能动作用,涵养道德之“性”,节制欲念之“情”,维续“相火”恒动,裨补生命;将“主静无欲”的修养观运用于养生却疾,要求通过节制食欲与色欲,使人的自然情欲合乎儒家之“理”,方能苛疾不起,尽终天年。[结论]朱丹溪医学理学内涵丰富,是宋元儒学变革影响医学创新的有力见证。丹溪“援理入医”,一方面,为医学创新构建起强有力的理学支撑,使其医学理论上升到“天理”的高度,从而在医学争鸣的金元时期为人信服;另一方面,亦彰显出“天理”作为宇宙法则包罗万象的普遍性与至高无上的权威性。

The objective of this work was to use the Geant4 toolkit to perform simulation studies on the personal dose response of fluorescent nuclear track detectors(FNTDs).The entire structure of the FNTD response can be designed,and the detector's energy and dose responses can be optimized in a broad energy range(0.01 eV-20 MeV). In general, the detectors used ~6LiF and CH_2 converters that have high energy and high dose response at neutron energies lower than 10 eV and greater than 1 MeV, respectively. The method of least squares was used to optimize the dose response of H*(10) and the energy response corresponding to Rtotal. The values of the optimized response of H*(10) lie between 0.8 and 1.4, corresponding to the energy ranges 0.01 eV-70 keV and 4-14 MeV, respectively. This occupies nearly eight out of the nine orders of the total energy range. Even though the optimized response of Rtotal is constrained between 0.89 and 1.1 in the energy range of 0.01 eV-20 MeV, it is suitable for obtaining the broad neutron spectrum of fluence with good accuracy.

目的分析山东省恙虫病的三间分布特征及空间和时空聚集性,探索高风险区,为制定防治策略和控制措施提供科学依据。方法利用描述流行病学方法、空间自相关分析和时空聚集性分析描述山东省2006-2021年恙虫病的时空分布特征并确定高风险地区,采用ArcGIS 10.8软件对结果进行可视化。结果山东省2006-2021年共报告恙虫病病例10207例,年均发病率0.64/10万,发病率呈先上升后下降的趋势。病例呈单峰分布,主要集中在40~<80岁年龄组,职业分布以农民为主,时间主要集中在10-11月。逐年发病率全局Moran’s I指数为0.203~0.676(均P<0.05),恙虫病在县(区)尺度上呈空间正相关,局部自相关分析结果显示高-高聚集区主要有济南市莱芜区和钢城区、泰安市新泰市、临沂市沂水县、日照市莒县和五莲县等。单纯空间扫描分析结果显示,恙虫病存在明显聚集性,2006-2021年空间聚集区呈现从中部向南部和东部扩大的趋势。时空扫描发现1个高发病率时空聚集区,时间为2014年10月-2017年11月,中心为日照市东港区,辐射半径为199.11 km[相对危险度(RR)值=8.24,最大对数似然比(LLR)值=4107.176,P<0.01)]。结论2006-2021年山东省恙虫病发病率先上升后下降,且存在显著的时空聚集性,高发病聚集区不断扩大,应在高发地区、高发季节对重点人群采取有效防控措施。
