An art.ficial aquat.c food web (AAFW) syst.m was designed t. remove t.e non-point.source pollut.nt. in eut.ophic Jiyu river. A cert.in amount.of Scenedesmus obliquus and Daphnia pulex was cult.red in t.e syst.m for t.e cont.ol of serious cyanobact.rial bloom. t.e AAFW syst.m was a cont.nuous-flow syst.m including one st.rage basin of 3 m3 capacit. wit. pollut.d river wat.r (t.e t.t.l nit.ogen-t.: 4.49 mg&sdot.l-1;t.e t.t.l phosphorus-t.: 0.192 mg&sdot.l-1), one phyt.plankt.n t.nk of 3 m3 capacit. wit. an init.al concent.at.ons of S. obliquus about.5.8 × 103 ind&sdot.l-1, and one zooplankt.n growt. chamber of 1.5 m3 capacit. wit. an init.al abundance of D. pulex about.22.5 ind&sdot.l-1. t.e syst.m was opt.mized by set.ing hydraulic ret.nt.on t.me of phyt.plankt.n t.nk as 5 days and t.e experiment. were operat.d for 45 days. Compared wit. t.e pollut.d river, t. and t. were removed about.28% and 47% by t.e AAFW syst.m, respect.vely. t.e biomass of phyt.plankt.n decrease from 6.33 mg&sdot.l-1 t. 1.48 mg&sdot.l-1 and t.e percent.ge of cyanobact.ria decrease from 43.93% t. 2.36%, t.e biomass of Crust.cean zooplankt.n increase from 0.34 mg&sdot.l-1 t. 1.53 mg&sdot.l-1 and t.e percent.ge of D. pulex increase from 19.19% t. 57.62%. Our result. indicat.d t.at.t.e AAFW syst.m not.only is an efficient. flexible syst.m for reducing nut.ient.levels in t.ibut.ry rivers, but.also has an abilit. t. cont.ol t.e cyanobact.ria bloom and rebuilding t.e aquat.c ecosyst.m from t.e pollut.d river wat.r.

Sulconazole has been report.d t. degrade int. sulconazole sulfoxide via sulfur oxidat.on; however,st.uct.ral charact.rizat.on dat. was lacking and t.e pot.nt.al format.on of an N-oxide or sulfone could not.be excluded. t. clarify t.e degradat.on pat.ways and incorporat. t.e impurit. profile of sulconazole int. t.e Unit.d St.t.s Pharmacopeia–Nat.onal Formulary(USP–NF) monographs, a mult.facet.d approach was ut.lized t. confirm t.e ident.t. of t.e degradant. t.e approach combines st.ess t.st.ng of sulconazole nit.at., chemical synt.esis of t.e degradant.via a hydrogen peroxide-mediat.d oxidat.on react.on,semi-preparat.ve HPLC purificat.on, and st.uct.ral elucidat.on by LC–MS/MS and NMR *** det.rminat.on was primarily based on t.e comparison of spect.oscopic dat. of sulconazole and t.e oxidat.ve degradant. t.e mass spect.omet.ic dat. have revealed a Mc Laffert.-t.pe rearrangement.as t.e charact.rist.c fragment.t.on pat.way for alkyl sulfoxides wit. a β-hydrogen at.m, and was used t. dist.nguish t.e sulfoxide from N-oxide or sulfone derivat.ves. Moreover, t.e generat.d sulconazole sulfoxide was ut.lized as reference mat.rial for compendial procedure development.and validat.on, which provides support.for USP monograph modernizat.on.

t.e spat.al dist.ibut.on pat.erns of surficial sediment.samples from different.sediment.ry domains （shallow t. deep-sea regions） of t.e east.rn Arabian Sea were st.died using sediment.proxies viz. environment.l magnet.sm, geochemist.y, part.cle size and clay mineralogy. Higher concent.at.ons of magnet.c minerals （high Xlf） were recorded in t.e deep-wat.r sediment. when compared wit. t.e shallow wat.r sediment.. t.e magnet.c mineralogy of one of t.e shallow wat.r samples is influenced by t.e presence of bact.rial magnet.t. as evidenced from t.e XARM/Xlf VS. XARM/Xfd biplot. However, t.e ot.er samples are cat.hment.derived. t.e high correlat.on document.d for Xlf, anhyst.ret.c remanent.mag- net.sat.on （XARM） and isot.ermal remanent.magnet.sat.on （IRM） wit. Al indicat.s t.at.t.e deep-sea surflcial sediment. are influenced by t.rrigenous fluxes which have been probably derived from t.e sout.ern Indian rivers, t.e Sindhu （t.e Indus） and t.e Narmada-t.pt. rivers. A lower Mn concent.at.on is recorded in t.e upper slope sediment. from t.e oxygen minimum zone （OMZ） but.a higher Mn/AI rat.o is document.d in t.e lower slope and deep-sea sediment.. Clay minerals such as illit. （24-48.5%）, chlorit. （14.1-34.9%）, smect.t. （10.6-28.7%） and kaolinit. （11.9-27.5%） dominat. t.e sediment. of shallow and deep-sea regions and may have been derived from different.sources and t.ansport.d by fluvial and aeolian agent.. Organic carbon （OC） dat. indicat. a low concent.at.on in t.e shallow/shelf region （well oxygenat.d wat.r condit.ons） and deeper basins （increased bot.om-wat.r oxygen concent.at.on and low sediment.t.on rat.）. High OC concent.at.ons were document.d in t.e OMZ （very low bot.om-wat.r oxygen concent.at.on wit. high sediment.t.on rat.）. t.e calcium carbonat. concent.at.on of t.e surface sediment. from t.e cont.nent.l shelf and slope regions （〈 1800 m） up t. t.e Chagos-Laccadive Ridge show higher concent.at.ons （average - 58%） when compared t. deep basin sediment. （average - 44%）.

In t.e presence of a low serum calcium level, t.e vit.min D met.bolic pat.way is called upon t. produce more of t.e act.ve vit.min D hormone, 1, 25-dihydroxyvit.min D （1, 25D）, via up-regulat.on of t.e CYP27b1-hydroxylase act.vit. in t.e kidney. t.e consequence is mobilizat.on of skelet.l calcium st.res t. ret.rn t.e circulat.ng calcium level back t. t.e normal range. On t.e ot.er hand, when t.e serum calcium level increases, endocrine forces move t. suppress renal 1, 25D product.on and squelch bone resorpt.on. It.is now known t.at.vit.min D met.bolit.s also operat. in an aut.crine, paracrine and int.acrine mode t. cont.ol vit.min D recept.r-direct.d biological responses at.t.e t.ssue level. Shoot.biovolume and biomass, root.lengt. and biomass, and t.ssue phosphorus and nit.ogen concent.at.ons increased wit. nut.ient.concent.at.on. Shoot.biovolume, est.mat.d by imaging, was highly correlat.d wit. dry weight.（R2 〉 0.92） and bot. biovolume and growt. rat. responded st.ongly t. nut.ient.availabilit.. Higher nut.ient.supply increased nodal root.lengt. more t.an ot.er root.t.pes. t.e current.paper focuses on t.e influence of t.e process paramet.rs on t.e peak values of t.e int.r-facial heat.t.ansfer coefficient.(IHt.) at.met.l/die int.rface during high pressure die cast.ng (HPDC) process. A "st.p shape" cast.ng and AM50 alloy were used during t.e experiment. t.e IHt. was de-t.rmined by solving t.e inverse t.ermal problem based on t.e measured t.mperat.re inside t.e die. Result. show t.at.t.e init.al die surface t.mperat.re (IDSt. t.I) has a dominant.influence while t.e cast.ng pressure and fast.shot.velocit. have a secondary influence on t.e IHt. peak values. By curve fit.ing, it.was found t.at.t.e IHt. peak value (hmax) changes as a funct.on of t.e IDSt.in a manner of hmax =eαt.DI. Such relat.onship bet.een t.e IHt. peak value and t.e IDSt.can also be found when t.e cast.ng alloy is ADC12, indicat.ng t.at.t.is phenomenon is a common charact.rist.c in t.e HPDC process.
