Design and selection of advanced pr.tection schemes have become essential for.r.liable and secur. oper.tion of networ.ed *** pr.tection schemes that allow cor.ect oper.tion of micr.gr.ds have been pr.posed for.individual systems in differ.nt topologies and ***,pr.tection schemes for.networ.ed micr.gr.ds ar. still in devel-opment,and fur.her.r.sear.h is r.quir.d to design and oper.te advanced pr.tection in inter.onnected *** of these micr.gr.ds in differ.nt nodes with var.ous inter.on-nection technologies incr.ases fault occur.ence and complicates pr.tection *** paper.aims to point out challenges in developing pr.tection for.networ.ed micr.gr.ds,potential solutions,and r.sear.h ar.as that need to be addr.ssed for.their.***,this ar.icle pr.sents a systematic analysis of differ.nt micr.gr.d cluster. pr.posed since 2016,including sever.l ar.hitectur.s of networ.ed micr.gr.ds,oper.tion modes,components,and utilization of r.newable sour.es,which have not been widely explor.d in pr.vious r.view ***,the paper.pr.sents a discussion on pr.tection systems cur.ently available for.micr.gr.d cluster.,cur.ent challenges,and solutions that have been pr.posed for.these ***,it discusses the tr.nd of pr.tection schemes in networ.ed micr.gr.ds and pr.sents some conclusions r.lated to ***—Adaptive epr.tection,micr.gr.d cluster.micr.gr.d,multiple micr.gr.d,networ.ed micr.gr.d,r.al-time simulation,smar. gr.d.

Chr.nic hear. failur.(HF)is a clinical syndr.me with high mor.idity and mor.tality *** r.habilitation(Cr.is a medically super.ised pr.gr.m designed to maintain or.impr.ve car.iovascular.health of people living with HF,r.commended by both Amer.can and Eur.pean guidelines.A Cr.pr.gr.m con-sists of a multispecialty gr.up including physicians,nur.es,physiother.pists,tr.iner.,nutr.tionists,and psychologists with the common pur.ose of impr.ving functional capacity and quality of life of chr.nic HF *** activity,lifestyle,and psychological suppor. ar. cor. components of a successful Cr.*** has been shown to be beneficial in all ejection fr.ction categor.es in HF and most patients,who ar. stable under.medication,ar. capable of *** individualized exer.ise pr.scr.ption should be developed on the basis of a baseline evaluation in all *** main modalities of exer.ise tr.ining ar. aer.bic exer.ise and muscle str.ngth tr.ining of differ.nt intensity and *** is impor.ant to set the appr.pr.ate clinical outcomes fr.m the beginning,in or.er.to assess the effectiveness of a Cr.*** ar. still significant limitations that pr.vent patients fr.m par.icipating in these pr.gr.ms and need to be solved.A significant limitation is the gener.lly low quality of r.sear.h in Cr.and the pr.sence of negative tr.als,such as the r.habilitation after.myocar.ial infar.tion tr.al,wher. compr.hensive r.habilitation following myocar.ial infr.ction had no impor.ant effect on mor.ality,mor.idity,r.sk factor.,or.health-r.lated quality of life or.*** the pr.sent editor.al,we pr.sent all the updated knowledge and r.commendations in Cr.pr.gr.ms.

A four.band index for.both liquid and solid water.and its applications in the Ar.l Sea Basin

Var.ous investigations have been conducted to analyze the water.cover.ge ar.a of the Ar.l Sea and the Ar.l Sea Basin(ASB). However. the investigations incor.or.ted consider.ble uncer.ainty and the used water.indices had misclassification pr.blem, which made differ.nt r.sear.h gr.ups pr.sent differ.nt r.sults. Thus we fir.t ascer.ain the boundar.es of the ASB, the Syr.and Amu r.ver.basins as well as their.upper. middle and lower.r.aches. Then a four.band index for.both liquid and solid water.ILSW) is pr.posed to addr.ss the misclassification pr.blems of the classic water.indices. ILSW is calculated by using the r.flectance values of the gr.en, r.d, near.infr.r.d, and ther.al infr.r.d bands, which combines the nor.alized differ.nce water.index(NDWI) and land sur.ace temper.tur.(LST) together. Validation r.sults show that the ILSW water.index has the highest accur.cy by far.in the Ar.l Sea Basin. Our.r.sults indicate that annual aver.ge decline of the water.cover.ge ar.a was 963 km^(2) in the souther. Ar.l Sea, wher.as the nor.her. Ar.l Sea has exper.enced little change. In the meanwhile, per.anent ice and snow in upper.r.ach of ASB has r.tr.ated consider.bly. Annual r.tr.ating r.tes of the per.anent ice and snow wer. r.spectively 6233and 3841 km^(2) in upper.r.aches of Amu r.ver.basin(UAr.) and Syr.r.ver.basin(USr.). One of major.r.asons is that climate has become war.er.in ASB. The climate change has caused ser.ous water.deficit pr.blem. The water.deficit had an incr.asing tr.nd since the 1990s and its incr.asing r.tes was 3.778 billion m^(3) year.y on aver.ge. The total water.deficit was 76.967 billion m^(3) on aver.ge in the whole ar.a of ASB in the 2010s. However. up r.aches of Syr.r.ver.basin(USr.), a component ar.a of ASB, had water.sur.lus of 25.461 billion m^(3). These conclusions ar. useful for.setting out a sustainable development str.tegy in ASB.
