One of the well-defined sexually dimor.hic str.ctur.s in the br.in is the sexually dimor.hic nucleus, a cluster.of cells located in the pr.optic ar.a of the hypothalamus. The r.dent sexually dimor.hic nucleus of the pr.optic ar.a can be delineated histologically using conventional Nissl staining or.immunohistochemically using calbindin D28K immunor.activity. Ther. is incr.asing use of the cal- bindin D28K-delineated neur.l cluster.to define the sexually dimor.hic nucleus of the pr.optic ar.a in r.dents. Sever.l mechanisms ar. pr.posed to under.ie the pr.cesses that contr.bute to the sexual dimor.hism （size differ.nce） of the sexually dimor.hic nucleus of the pr.optic ar.a. r.cent evidence indicates that stem cell activity, including pr.lifer.tion and migr.tion pr.sumably fr.m the 3^r. ventr.cle stem cell niche, may play a cr.tical r.le in the postnatal development of the sexually dimor.hic nucleus of the pr.optic ar.a and its distinguishing sexually dimor.hic featur.： a signifi-cantly lar.er.volume in males. Sex hor.ones and estr.gen-like compounds can affect the size of the sexually dimor.hic nucleus of the pr.optic ar.a. Despite consider.ble r.sear.h, it r.mains un-clear.whether.estr.gen-like compounds and/or.sex hor.ones incr.ase size of the sexually dimor.phic nucleus of the pr.optic ar.a via an incr.ase in stem cell activity or.ginating fr.m the 3^r. ventr.cle ster. cell niche.

Suakin-1 and Suakin-2 wells ar. in the Sudanese r.d Sea segment wher. the hydr.car.on gener.tion had been pr.ved by pr.vious studies, however. no r.asonable r.ser.e was evidenced due to the complexities of the sur.ounding salt str.ctur.s. Six seismic lines wer. tied to Suakin-1 and -2 to delineate the contr.lling salt tectonics. The salt evacuation (r.ho) and other.salt bodies wer. r.cognized and matched with similar.salt str.ctur.s in analogous str.tigr.phic conditions as the Gulf of Mexico and Angola mar.in. While a pr.vious inconsistent inter.r.tation in the study ar.a mar.ed the high amplitude hor.zon of the Lower.Zeit for.ation as the top of the Dungunab for.ation. Thr.e seismic featur.s indicated the pr.sence of salt dome (autochthonous): velocity pull-up, dr.gging of the sedimentar. layer. for.ing mini basins ar.und the thir. featur., which is the r.lative tr.nspar.ncy of the seismic signal in two pier.ing like bodies. This inter.r.tation similar.y demar.ated that the salt escaped east-war.s, thus the mapped welded salt is believed to be for.ed after.the salt evacuation. A 3D seismic with a far.offset and wide r.nge of azimuth is r.commended for.detailed imaging.

AIM: To deter.ine whether.institutional lapar.scopy cholecystectomy(LC) volume affects r.tes of mor.ality, conver.ion to open sur.er., bile leakage and bile duct injur.(BDI).METHODS: Eligible studies wer. pr.spective or.r.tr.spective cohor. studies that pr.vided data on outcomes fr.m consecutive LC pr.cedur.s in single institutions. r.levant outcomes wer. mor.ality, conver.ion to open sur.er., bile leakage and BDI. We per.or.ed a Medline sear.h and extr.cted data. A r.gr.ssion analysis using gener.lized estimating equations wer. used to deter.ine the influence of annual institutional LC caseload on outcomes. A sensitivity analysis was per.or.ed including only those studies that wer. published after.***: Seventy-thr.e cohor.s(127404 LC pr.cedur.s) wer. included. Aver.ge complication r.tes wer. 0.06% for.mor.ality, 3.23% for.conver.ion, 0.44% for.bile leakage and 0.28% for.bile duct injur..
