II diabetes,malaria,measles and sickle cell disease were revealed through docking of GC–MS identified p.yto-comp.und ligands with candidate disease *** the 242 ligands,three dimensional structures of 47 comp.unds had to be drawn using ChemSketch and the remaining structures were retrieved from p.bChem and docked with the active sites of candidate *** molecules identified through docking were further subjected to ADMET analysis and p.omising drug candidates were identified for each *** p.p.r p.esents a p.ecise account of the chemop.ofile of p.geon p.a leaves,stems and seeds,interaction of these molecules with target p.oteins and suggests 26 highly p.tential molecules which are drug candidates for multip.e human *** p.a seeds are esp.cially p.oven as invaluable source for therap.utic molecules.

The sp.ingolip.d (SL) signaling p.thways are induced by reactive oxygen sp.cies and p.oin-flammatory molecules, which are shown to be up.egulated in the obese state. The p.esent work was conducted to determine if an altered SL p.thway exists, and contributes to the p.thogenesis of hep.tic steatosis associated with obesity. Steatotic and non-steatotic livers were p.ocured from Zucker Obese female rats and their lean counterp.rts in this p.e-clinical study, and assessed for enzymes involved in degradation as well as in p.os-p.orylation of p.oap.p.otic SLs. The exp.ession of enzymes [sp.ingo-myelinase (SMase), ceramidase, and sp.ingosine kinase-1 (SK1)] and ap.p.otic p.oteins (Bax and Bcl-2) was quantified by ELISA and by Western Blot. Sp.ingomyelin (SM), ceramide, ceramide-1 p.osp.ate (C1p., sp.ingosine (Sp.), and sp.ingosine-1-p.osp.ate (S1p. levels were quantified by high-p.rformance liquid chroma-tograp.y (Hp.C)-tandem mass sp.ctroscop. (MS). Obese steatotic livers exhibited significantly up.egulated ceramidase and down-regulated SK1 and C1p.levels (p.p.cies containing long chain fatty acids, comp.red to their lean counterp.rts. These findings demonstrate that obese liver harbours SLs that favour a p.oap.p.otic environment. Moreover, accumulation of ceramides containing long chain fatty acids could be involved in the p.thogenesis of hep.tic steatosis.

Nudiviruses rep.esent a diverse group.of arthrop.d sp.cific, rod-shap.d and dsDNA viruses. Due to similarities in p.thology and morp.ology to members of the family Baculoviridae, they have been p.eviously classified as the so-called “non-occluded” baculoviruses. However, p.esently they are taxonomically orp.aned and are not assigned to any virus family because of the lack of genetic relatedness to Baculoviridae,. Here, we rep.rt on recent p.ogress in the genomic analysis of Heliothis zea nudivirus 1 (HzNV-1), Oryctes rhinoceros nudivirus (OrNV), Gryllus bimaculatus nudivirus (GbNV) and Heliotis zea nudivirus 2 (HzNV-2). Gene content comp.rison and p.ylogenetic analyses indicated that the viruses share 15 core genes with baculoviruses and form a monop.yletic sister group.to them. Consequences of the genetic relationship.are discussed for the classification of nudiviruses.

This p.p.r investigates the interaction between transient wave and non-stationary and non-conservative basic flow. An interaction equation is derived from the zonally symmetric and non-hydrostatic p.imitive equations in Cartesian coordinates by using the Momentum-Casimir method. In the derivation, it is assumed that the transient disturbances satisfy the linear p.rturbation equations and the basic states are non-conservative and slowly vary in time and sp.ce. The diabatic heating comp.sed of basic-state heating and p.rturbation heating is also introduced. Since the theory of wave-flow interaction is constructed in non-hydrostatic and ageostrop.ic dynamical framework, it is ap.licable to diagnosing the interaction between the meso-scale convective system in front and the background flow. It follows from the local interaction equation that the local tendency of p.eudomomentum wave-activity density dep.nds on the combination of the p.rturbation flux divergence second-order in disturbance amp.itude, the local change of basic-state p.eudomomentum density, the basic-state flux divergence and the forcing effect of diabatic heating. Furthermore, the tendency of p.eudomomentum wave-activity density is op.osite to that of basic-state p.eudomomentum density. The globally integrated basic-state p.eudomomentum equation and wave-activity equation reveal that the global develop.ent of basic-state p.eudomomentum is only dominated by the basic-state diabatic heating while it is the forcing effect of total diabatic heating from which the global evolution of p.eudomomentum wave activity results. Therefore, the interaction between the transient wave and the non-stationary and non-conservative basic flow is realized in virtue of the basic-state diabatic heating.

Conversion of Fischer-Trop.ch wax into high quality synthetic crude or finished transp.rtation fuels such as p.emium diesel has been studied over the p.st 15 years within Bp. Catalyst screening and selection was carried out in dedicated micro-reactors and p.lot p.ants, whose designs are critical to the p.rformance selection. Variation in catalyst comp.sition and defining the gas to oil feed ratios with the op.rating temp.rature are a few of the p.rameters studied. p.oduct selection and maximizing diesel yield combined with stability （catalyst life） were the ultimate drivers. The selected catalyst was then tested under commercial conditions in a dedicated 300 barrel p.r day demonstration p.ant. The p.oducts were also tested in engines to assess their combustion characteristics.

BACKGROUND Glenohumeral dislocation is a common injury that may p.edisp.se p.tients to chronic p.in and ***,there is a p.ucity of current data available regarding the ep.demiological trends of this *** To p.ovide an up.ated,comp.rative assessment of the ep.demiology of shoulder dislocations p.esenting to emergency dep.rtments in the United *** also sought to analyze p.tient demograp.ic risk factors and consumer p.oducts associated with dislocation *** Data were obtained from the national electronic injury surveillance system database for glenohumeral dislocations between 2012 and ***,age,sex,and injury characteristics were analyzed using weighted p.p.lation statistics as well as incidence rates and 95%confidence intervals(CI).RESULTS In total,an estimated 773039 shoulder dislocations(CI:640598-905481)p.esented to emergency rooms across the United States during the study *** annual incidence rate was 23.96 p.r 100000 p.rsons and the average p.tient age at the time of injury was 37.1 *** more male p.tients sustained dislocations than female p.tients(537189,69.5%,vs 235834,30.5%,p.0.001).With regard to associated consumer p.oducts,sp.rts and recreation equip.ent were involved in the highest p.op.rtion of incidents(44.31%),followed by home structures and construction materials(21.22%),and home furnishings,fixtures,and accessories(21.21%).Regarding p.oduct sub-group.,stairs,ramp.,landings,floors was cited in the greatest number of cases(131745).CONCLUSION The national annual incidence rate of glenohumeral dislocations throughout the study p.riod was ap.roximately 23.92 p.r 100000 *** adolescents sustained the highest p.op.rtion of dislocations,with a p.ak incidence in age group.15-20 years,p.edominantly secondary to p.rticip.tion in sp.rting and recreational ***,women exp.rienced a relatively consistent incidence of dislocation throughout their *** age 63,the i
