A n.w in.ex, called the market in.en.ive in.ex is proposed for studyin. the equilibrium between.fuel an. electricity markets. Firstly, a game theoretic model with a mon.polistic upstream fuel market an. an.oligopolistic down.tream electricity market is in.roduced. It is a simple model that can.represen. strategic in.eraction. between.the two vertically lin.ed markets. Secon.ly, the market equilibrium is studied for derivin. out the in.ex, in.which in.eraction.relation.hips between.the two markets are explain.d an.lytically with three lemmas an. demon.trated with n.merical examples. Based on.the three precedin. lemmas, the market equilibrium is further studied by the in.ex. The study shows that, even.for the very complicated in.eraction. between.fuel producers an. electricity producers, some in.ights on.the market equilibrium can.be developed with the in.ex. The in.ex-based method can.be used as a very in.uition.stic way to study the impact of fuel price on.the market equilibrium. Thus, it is a n.w useful method for an.lysis of strategic behaviors in.the equilibrium.

Microorgan.sms are crucial in.the bioremediation.of organ.phosphorus pesticides. However, most fun.tion.l microorgan.sms (> 99%) are yet to be cultivated. This study applied two cultivation.in.epen.en. approaches, Dn.-SIP an. magn.tic-n.n.particle mediated isolation.(MMI), to iden.ify the fun.tion.l microorgan.sms in.degradin. dimethoate in.agricultural soils. MMI iden.ified five dimethoate degraders: Pseudomon.s, Bacillus, Ramlibacter, Arthrobacter, an. Rhodococcus, whereas Dn.-SIP iden.ified three dimethoate degraders: Ramlibacter, Arthrobacter, an. Rhodococcus. Also, MMI showed higher resolution.than.Dn.-SIP in.iden.ifyin. fun.tion.l microorgan.sms. Two organ.c phosphohydrolase (OPH) gen.s: ophC2 an. ophB, were in.olved in.dimethoate metabolism, as revealed by Dn.-SIP an. MMI. The degradation.products of dimethoate in.lude omethoate, O,O,S-trimethyl thiophosphorothioate, n.methyl-2-sulfan.lacetamide, O,O-diethyl S-hydrogen.phosphorodithioate, O,O,O-trimethyl thiophosphate, O,O,S-trimethyl thiophosphorodithioate, an. Followin. the detailed demon.tration.of the theoretical method, we fin. that in.this system, the skin.effects an. topological phase tran.ition. in.uced by n.n.eciprocal couplin.s display the apparen. parity effect, followin. the in.rease of the layer n.mber of this SSH structure. On.the on. han., the skin.effect is determin.d by the parity of the layer n.mber of this SSH system, as well as the parity of the ban. in.ex of the bulk states. On.the other han., for the topological edge modes, such an.in.erestin. parity effect can.also be observed clearly. n.xt, when.the parameter disorders are taken.in.o accoun., the zero-en.rgy edge modes in.the odd-layer structures ten. to be more robust, whereas the other edge modes are easy to be destroyed. In.view of these results, it can.be ascertain.d that the fin.in.s in.this work promote to un.erstan. the in.luen.es of n.n.eciprocal couplin.s on.the skin.effects an. topological properties in.the multilayer SSH lattices.
