INTRODUCTION Gender dysphoria(GD),or gender identity disorder,is defined as persistent distress stemming from the incongruence between one's assigned sex at birth and gender identity.'GD has traditionally been introduced as a rare condition predominant in assigned males at birth(AMABs).2 however,recent studies have shown an upward trend in assigned females at birth(AFABs)with a dramatic reversal of the AMAB:AFAB ratio-.5-The actual AMAB:AFAB ratio varies by age group and study population.4-Questions have been raised concerning the increasing number of youth who seek professional care for GD,especially adolescent AFABs.

Objective:To evaluate the antiniicrobial polenlial of different extracts of the endophytic fungus Phoma *** the tentative identification of their active ***:The extract and compounds were screened for antimicrobial activity using the Agar Well Diffusion *** compounds were purified using column chromatography and tlieir structures were assigned using～1h and～(13)C NMR spectra,DEPT,2D COSY,hMQC and hMBC ***:The ethyl acetate fraction of Phoma *** good antifungal,antibacterial,and algicidal *** new dihydrofuran derivative,named phomafuranol(1),together with tliree known compounds,phomalacton(2),(3R)-5-hydroxymellein(3)and emodin(4)were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of Phoma *** studies indicated that phomalacton(2)displayed strong antibacterial,good antifungal and antialgal ***(3R)-5-hydroxymellein(3)and emodin(4)showed good antifungal,antibacterial and algicidal ***:Antimicrobial activities of the ethyl acetate fraction of the endophytic fungus Phoma *** isolated compounds clearly demonstrate that Phoma *** its active compounds represent a great potential for the food,cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries.

A new metabolite,named seimatoric acid（1）,representing a new oxobutanoic acid derivative has been isolated from Seimatosporium sp., in addition to four known compounds viz.,2-hydroxymethyl-4β,5α,6β-trihydroxycyclohex-2-enone（2）,（-）-phyllostine（3）,（＋）-epiepoxydon（4） and（＋）-epoxydon monoacetate（5）.Similarly one new benzoic acid derivative,named colletonoic acid（6） was isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of Colletotrichum *** structures of the new compounds were elucidated by detailed ^1 h NMR,^13C NMR,COSY,*** spectroscopic analysis,and *** acid（1）was also isolated from another taxonomical unidentified fungal strain 4295 in *** structures of the known compounds were elucidated by their spectral data comparison to literature *** studies showed that colletonoic acid（6） showed good antibacterial,antifungal,and antialgal activities.

We report an improved measurement of the neutrino mixing angle θ13 from the Daya Bay Reactor Neutrino Experiment. We exclude a zero value for sin22θ13 with a significance of 7.7 standard deviations. Electron antineutrinos from six reactors of 2.9 GWm th were detected in six antineutrino detectors deployed in two near （flux-weighted baselines of 470 m and 576 m） and one far （1648 m） underground experimental halls. Using 139 days of data, 28909 （205308） electron antineutrino candidates were detected at the far hall （near halls）. The ratio of the observed to the expected number of antineutrinos assuming no oscillations at the far hall is 0.944± 0.007（stat.） ± 0.003（syst.）. An analysis of the relative rates in six detectors finds sin22θ13=0.089± 0.010（stat.）±0.005（syst.） in a three-neutrino framework.
