In the.pre.ious re.e.rch work, “Improving Accuracy and Computational Burde. of Bundle.Adjustme.t Algorithm using GPUs,” the.authors de.onstrate. first the.Bundle.Adjustme.t algorithmic pe.formance.improve.e.t by re.ucing the.me.n square.e.ror using an additional radial distorting parame.e. and e.plicitly compute. analytical de.ivative. and re.ucing the.computational burde. of the.Bundle.Adjustme.t algorithm using GPUs. The.naïve.imple.e.tation of the.CUDA code. a spe.dup of 10× for the.large.t datase. of 13,678 came.as, 4,455,747 points, and 28,975,571 proje.tions was achie.e.. In this pape., we.pre.e.t the.optimization of the.Bundle.Adjustme.t algorithm CUDA code.on GPUs to achie.e.highe. spe.dup.
