Molecular phylogenies using 1–4 gene regions and information on ecology,morphology and pigment chemistry were used in a partial revision of the agaric family *** phylogenetically supported genera we recognize here in the Hygrophoraceae based on these and previous analyses are:Acantholichen,Ampulloclitocybe,Arrhenia,cantharellula,cantharocybe,chromosera,chrysomphalina,cora,corella,cuphophyllus,cyphellostereum,Dictyonema,Eonema,Gliophorus,Haasiella,Humidicutis,Hygroaster,Hygrocybe,Hygrophorus,Lichenomphalia,Neohygrocybe,Porpolomopsis and Pseudoarmillariella.A new genus that is sister to chromosera is described as *** were made at the ranks of subfamily,tribe,genus,subgenus,section and *** present three new subfamilies,eight tribes(five new),eight subgenera(one new,one new combination and one ***.),26 sections(five new and three new combinations and two ***.)and 14 subsections(two new,two ***.).Species of chromosera,Gliophorus,Humidicutis,and Neohygrocybe are often treated within the genus Hygrocybe;we therefore provide valid names in both classification *** used a minimalist approach in transferring genera and creating new names and ***,we retain in the Hygrophoraceae the basal cuphophylloid grade comprising the genera cuphophyllus,Ampulloclitocybe andcantharocybe,despite weak phylogenetic *** include Aeruginospora and Semiomphalina in Hygrophoraceae based on morphology though molecular data are *** lower hygrophoroid clade is basal to Hygrophoraceae s.s.,comprising the genera Aphroditeola,Macrotyphula,Phyllotopsis,Pleurocybella,Sarcomyxa,Tricholomopsis and Typhula.

The Tribbles(TRIB) family of pseudokinase proteins has been shown to play key roles in cell cycle, metabolic diseases, chronic inflammatory disease, and cancer development. A better understanding of the mechanisms of TRIB pseudokinases could provide new insights for disease development and help promote TRIB proteins as novel therapeutic targets for drug discovery. At the 2 nd International Symposium on Tribbles and Diseases held on May 7–9, 2018 in Beijing, china, a group of leading Tribbles scientists reported their findings and ongoing studies about the effects of the different TRIB proteins in the areas of immunity, metabolism, fundamental cell biology and cancer. Here, we summarize important and insightful overviews from 4 keynote lectures, 13 plenary lectures and 8 short talks that took place during this meeting. These findings may offer new insights for the understanding of the roles of TRIB pseudokinases in the development of various diseases.

Mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)在成体脑细胞高度表达并参与了多种细胞功能活动的调节。近年来,本实验室的实验结果表明五型代谢型谷氨酸受体(mGluR5)可以激活纹状体培养神经元内MAPK的主要亚型ERK,ERK的激活经由两条独立的胞内信号通路介导,传统的IP3/ca2+通路介导了一部分的ERK激活,而mGluR5的c-端结合蛋白Homer则以ca2+-非依赖方式介导了主要的ERK激活。经两条通路激活的ERK可以协同刺激转录因子Elk-1和cREB,从而促进Elk-1和cREB敏感基因的表达。MAPK的分子生物学研究可以帮助我们了解谷氨酸受体信号转导、诱发性基因转录与表达以及神经元或突触的可塑性变化的分子机制。

Background Ni-kshay Poshan Yojana(NPY)is a direct benefit transfer scheme of the Government of India introduced in 2018 to support the additional nutritional requirements of persons with TB(PwTB).Our recent nationwide evaluation of implementation and utilization of NPY using programmatic data of PwTB from nine randomly selected Indian states,reported a 70%coverage and high median delay in benefit *** undertook a qualitative study between January and July 2023,to understand the detailed implementation process of NPY and explore the enablers and barriers to effective implementation and utilization of the NPY *** We followed a grounded theory approach to inductively develop theoretical explanations for social phenomena through data generated from multiple *** conducted 36 in-depth interviews of national,district and field-level staff of the National Tuberculosis Elimination Programme(NTEP)and NPY beneficiaries from 30 districts across nine states of India,selected using theoretical *** analytical framework developed through inductive coding of a set of six interviews,guided the coding of the subsequent *** and themes emerged through constant comparison and the data collection continued until theoretical *** Stakeholders perceived NPY as a beneficial *** political commitment from the state administration,mainstreaming of NTEP work with the district public healthcare delivery system,availability of good geographic and internet connectivity and state-specific grievance redressal mechanisms and innovations were identified as enablers of ***,the complex,multi-level benefit approval process,difficulties in accessing banking services,perceived inadequacy of benefits and overworked human resources in the NTEP were identified as barriers to implementation and *** The optimal utilization of NPY is enabled by strong political commitment and challenged by its length

cerebral Localization of chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia Simulating Progressive Multifocal Leukoencephalopathy: The Lessons from a case

Background: central neurological involvement is the most frequent extra hematological manifestation of chronic lymphocytic leukemia;it is multifactorial and rarely due to a cerebral localization of the disease. We report a case of cerebral localization of chronic lymphoid leukemia whose clinical and radiological aspects were very suggestive of progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy. case Presentation: A 65-year-old patient who was HIV-negative (human immunodeficiency virus), had consulted for bilateral axillary, cervical and inguinal lymphadenopathy associated with major asthenia and hyper lymphocytosis (lymphocyte count was 11 giga/l). chronic lymphocyticleukemia with TP53 mutation was diagnosed and treatment with Ibrutinib 420 mg/day was initiated. After 2 months of treatment, the evolution was marked by the onset of neurological disorders whose clinical-radiological presentation and temporal evolution had led to the diagnosis of progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy. In the absence of virological evidence in the cerebrospinal fluid analysis, a stereotactic biopsy of the brain lesions had been performed, making it possible to formally rule out this infectious hypothesis and to demonstrate cerebral invasion by tumour cells. Immuno-chemotherapy combining Rituximab-cyclophosphamide-Doxorubicin-Vincristine-Prednisone-Ibrutinib (RcHOP-Ibrutinib) with intrathecal chemotherapy resulted in a very good clinical-radiological response. conclusion: The appearance of neurological manifestations in the context of chronic lymphocytic leukemia must systematically lead to a search for a cerebral localization of the disease. In the absence of virological evidence in the cerebrospinal fluid, any suspicion of progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy in this context should lead to the histological study of brain lesions.
