美国精神病专家估计,自闭症发病率为1‰,而联合国发布的发病率为1/150。男性高于女性,不过女性的病状比男性严重。儿童自闭症发病率呈上升趋势,每千名7～16岁儿童中发病人数为3.6～7.1。由于没有有效的治疗方法 ,所以关键在于早发现、早干预,并通过行为干预和教育训练,提高患儿在日程生活中自理、认知、社会交往和社会使用能力。作为健康守门人的全科医生,可以最早发现疑似病例,按照murtagh教授的建议,全科医生可以尽早地把患儿转给儿科专家、儿童心理专家、生长发育专家进行综合评估,并帮助家长掌握必要的知识,从而帮助患儿改善病状,回归社会。

Case history A 2-year-old girl was brought to the hospital for evaluation of a harsh cough and difficulty *** developed a cold with a runny nose 3 days ago and has been feeling *** mother said she was awake most of the previous night with a barking cough and noisy *** physical examination revealed an oth-erwise healthy child with persistent inspiratory stridor and lower rib retractions at *** vital signs included a pulse of 130/min,a respiratory rate of 40/min,a BP of 90/60 mmHg,and an axillary temperature of 37.3℃.Auscultation revealed an inspiratory stridor transmitted through the lung *** was no cyanosis and no other abnormal physical signs.
