Phase change materials(PCMs)are a kind of highly efficient thermal storage materials which have a bright application prospect in many fields such as energy conservation in buildings,waste heat recovery,battery thermal management and so *** inorganic hydrated salt PCMs have received increasing attention from researchers due to their advantages of being inexpensive and ***,inorganic hydrated salt PCMs are still limited by the aspects of inappropriate phase change temperature,liquid phase leakage,large supercooling and severe phase separation in the application *** this work,sodium acetate trihydrate was selected as the basic inorganic PCM,and a novel shape-stabilized composite phase change material(CPCM)with good thermal properties was prepared by adding various functional *** first,the sodium acetate trihydrate-acetamide binary mixture was prepared and the melting point was adjusted using *** the binary mixture was incorporated into expanded graphite to synthesize a novel shape-stabilized *** thermophysical properties of the resultant shape-stabilized CPCM were systematically *** microscopic morphology and chemical structure of the obtained shape-stabilized CPCM were characterized and *** experiment results pointed out that acetamide could effectively lower the melting point of sodium acetate *** obtained shape-stabilized CPCM modified with additional 18%(mass fraction)acetamide and 12%(mass fraction)expanded graphite exhibited good shape stability and thermophysical characteristics:a low supercooling degree of 1.75℃and an appropriate melting temperature of 40.77℃were obtained;the latent heat of 151.64 kJ/kg and thermal conductivity of 1.411 w/(m·K)were also ***,after 50accelerated melting-freezing cycles,the obtained shape-stabilized CPCM represented good thermal reliability.

用密度梯度离心分离鲤头肾中的巨噬细胞和嗜中性粒细胞。用RPMI细胞培养液对分离的细胞进行原代培养,在细胞培养液中加入不同浓度的黄芪水提取液来研究黄芪对鲤头肾中免疫细胞非特异性免疫应答的影响。黄芪水提取液单独使用时能刺激鲤头肾中巨噬细胞的增殖,但不能刺激巨噬细胞的氮暴发活性。用黄芪和脂多糖(LPS)混合刺激巨噬细胞和中性粒细胞时,黄芪水提取液能显著提高脂多糖刺激所产生的一氧化氮的产量。研究结果表明,黄芪不仅能刺激巨噬细胞数量的增加,而且能协同脂多糖增强头肾中免疫细胞的功能,从而对机体的非特异性免疫起调节作用。

The form-stable paraffin/high-density polyethylene/expanded graphite/epoxy resin composite phase change materials(CPCMs),exhibiting suitable thermal properties,including low melting temperature,high conductivity and high phase change enthalpy,was developed in this ***,paraffin(PA)was utilized as a core ***-density polyethylene(HDPE)was utilized for the shape stabilization and preventing the PCMs *** graphite(EG)was used to increase its thermal conductivity and act also in the porous supporting *** resin(ER)was used to provide flexible encapsulated scaffold morphology and keep a highly tight network structure of the ***,the physical architecture,the chemical architecture and thermal behavior properties of specimens were investigated by using the spectroscopy and calorimetry *** scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and fourier transform infrared spectrometer FTIR tests have shown good uniformity structure and good compatibility of *** addition,the thermal conductivity tests revealed that the thermal conductivity of PA,initially 0.31 w/(m·K)improved up to 1.9 times by adding the 6 wt%mass fraction of EG in composite ***,the differential scanning calorimeter(DSC)measurements indicated that PA melting enthalpy,initially 231 J/g decreased up to 125 J/g with the increase of the amount of HDPE which was due to the limitation caused by the atomic network constructed by the base *** thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA)and leakage-proof revealed the enhancement of the degradation of PA with the raise of amount of the HDPE into the ***,the proposed form-stable CPCMs are a great candidate for the thermal regulation and thermal energy storage employment.

Purpose: The present study evaluated the effects of regular participation in small-sided team handball training on body composition, osteogenic response, physical performance, and cardiovascular risk factors, as well as well-being and motivation, in young untrained ***: Twenty-eight untrained 20- to 30-year-old women were randomized to a handball training group(HG; n = 14, height 170 ± 5 cm, weight 73 ± 11 kg, VO_(2peak) 37.7 ± 4.1 mL/min/kg) that trained 1.7 ± 0.3 times per week over 12 weeks(70 min 4 v 4 handball sessions) or an inactive control group(CG; n = 14, 169 ± 5 cm, 71 ± 12 kg, 38.1 ± 3.7 mL/min/kg). Physiological and psychological and motivational training adaptations were assessed pre-and post-intervention by dual-energy X-ray Absorptiometry(DXA) scans, blood sampling, physical tests, and ***: The average heart rate(HR) over all training sessions was equal to 85% ± 6% HR_(max). Between-group intervention effects were observed in favor of HG for muscle mass(2.1%, p = 0.024), proximal femur bone mineral density(0.8%, p = 0.041), Yo-Yo IE1 intermittent endurance test level 1(IE1) performance(35%, p were observed in any of the measured physiological variables after the training period. Compared to CG, HG had an increase in intrinsic motivation(p well-being subscale "energy"(p = 0.010).Conclusion: Participation in regular recreational team handball training organized as small-sided games has marked beneficial effects on physical performance, musculoskeletal fitness, well-being, and motivation in untrained young women.

Background： The aim of this study was to optimize the fungal treatment of lignocellulosic biomass by stimulating the colonization. wheat straw and wood chips were treated with Ceriporiopsis subvermispora and Lentinula edodes with various amounts of colonized millet grains（0.5, 1.5 or 3.0 % per g of wet weight of substrate） added to the substrates. Also, wheat straw and wood chips were chopped to either 0.5 or 2 *** of the fungal treatment after 0, 2, 4, 6, or 8 wk of incubation was determined by changes in chemical composition, in vitro gas production（IVGP） as a measure for rumen degradability, and ergosterol content as a measure of fungal ***： Incomplete colonization was observed for C. subvermispora treated wheat straw and L. edodes treated wood chips. The different particle sizes and amounts of inoculum tested, had no significant effects on the chemical composition and the IVGP of C. subvermispora treated wood chips. Particle size did influence *** treatment of wheat straw. The L. edodes treatment of 2 cm wheat straw resulted in a more selective delignification and a higher IVGP than the smaller particles. Addition of 1.5 % or 3 % L. edodes inoculum to wheat straw resulted in more selective delignification and a higher IVGP than addition of 0.5 % ***： Particle size and amount of inoculum did not have an effect on C. subvermispora treatment of wood chips. At least 1.5 % L. edodes colonized millet grains should be added to 2 cm wheat straw to result in an increased IVGP and acid detergent lignin（ADL） degradation.
