Electron magnetic resonance (EMR) spectroscopy, X-ray-f.uorescent microscopy (Xf.) and thermal analysis (TGA/DTA) are used to characterize the carbon nano-phase obtained in the reaction between f.ne-dispersed aluminum and dichloroethane in the liquid paraf.in medium and its modif.ed with Mn(II), f.(III), Ni(II), Cu(II) chlorides f.rms were studied.. It was shown that the solid nano-structured f.nctionalized carbon systems containing metals possess specif.c magnetic and thermal properties. Key parameters of.the process, inf.uencing on the size and structure of.the f.rmed carbon nano-phase were determined. Results and regularities established in this work create presumably the certain basis f.r optimization of.physical and chemical properties of.similar systems

Inf.uence of.antibiotic-regimens on intensive-care unit-mortality and liver-cirrhosis as risk f.ctor

AIM: To assess the rate of.inf.ction, appropriateness of.antimicrobial-therapy and mortality on intensive care unit(ICU). Special f.cus was drawn on patients with liver ***: The study was approved by the local ethical committee. All patients admitted to the Internal Medicine-ICU between April 1, 2007 and December 31, 2009 were included. Data were extracted retrospectively f.om all patients using patient charts and electronic documentations on inf.ction, microbiological laboratory reports, diagnosis and therapy. Due to the large hepatology department and liver transplantation center, special interest was on the subgroup of.patients with liver cirrhosis. The primary statistical-endpoint was the evaluation of.the inf.uence of.appropriate versusinappropriate antimicrobial-therapy on ***: Charts of.1979 patients were available. The overall inf.ction-rate was 53%. Multiresistantbacteria were present in 23% of.patients with inf.ction and were associated with increased mortality(p f.ction had signif.cantly increased in-hospital-mortality(34% vs 17%, p f.patients with inf.ction received inappropriate initial antimicrobial-therapy, no inf.uence on mortality was observed. Independent risk-f.ctors f.r in-hospital-mortality were the presence of.septicshock, prior chemotherapy f.r malignoma and inf.ction with pseudomonas spp. Inf.ction and mortality-rate among 175 patients with liver-cirrhosis was signif.cantly higher than in patients without liver-cirrhosis. Inf.ction increased mortality 2.24-f.ld in patients with cirrhosis. patients with liver cirrhosis were at an increased risk to receive inappropriate initial antimicrobial ***: The results of.the present study report the successf.l implementation of.early-goal-directed therapy. 三维模塑互连器件（3D—MID）技术是指在注塑成型的塑料壳体的表面上，制作具有电气功能的三维立体电路及互联器件的技术。激光直接成型（LDS）技术是制造3D—MID的一种新型、经济的工艺技术。采用LDS技术制造3D—MID的工艺流程主要分为三步：①注塑成型，采用可激光活化的改性塑料为原料，用普通的注塑成型技术注射出塑料本体；②激光活化，采用聚焦激光束照射到塑料表面需要制作导电图形的部位，活化、粗糙图形部位的表面；③金属镀覆，用化学方法将导电金属沉积到被激光活化的图形表面，从而实现在三维塑料上制造导电图形，形成互连器件。

Ultraf.st supercontinuum generation in gas-f.lled waveguides is an enabling technology f.r many intriguing applications ranging f.om attosecond metrology towards biophotonics,with the amount of.spectral broadening crucially depending on the pulse dispersion of.the propagating *** this study,we show that structural resonances in a gas-f.lled antiresonant hollow core optical f.ber provide an additional degree of.f.eedom in dispersion engineering,which enables the generation of.more than three octaves of.broadband light that ranges f.om deep UV wavelengths to near *** observation relies on the introduction of.a geometric-induced resonance in the spectral vicinity of.the ultraf.st pump laser,outperf.rming gas dispersion and yielding a unique dispersion prof.le independent of.core size,which is highly relevant f.r scaling input *** a krypton-f.lled f.ber,we observe spectral broadening f.om 200 nm to 1.7μm at an output energy of.B 23μJ within a single optical mode across the entire spectral *** show that the f.equency generation results f.om an accelerated f.ssion process of.solitonlike wavef.rms in a non-adiabatic dispersion regime associated with the emission of.multiple phase-matched Cherenkov radiations on both sides of.the *** ef.ect,along with the dispersion tuning and scaling capabilities of.the f.ber geometry,enables coherent ultra-broadband and high-energy sources,which range f.om the UV to the mid‐inf.ared spectral range.
