Most modern technologies,such as social media,smart cities,and the internet of things(Iot),rely on big *** big data is used in the real-world applications,two data challenges such as class overlap and class imbalance *** dealing with large datasets,most traditional classiﬁers are stuck in the local optimum *** a result,it’s necessary to look into new methods for dealing with large data *** solutions have been proposed for overcoming this *** rapid growth of the available data threatens to limit the usefulness of many traditional *** such as oversampling and undersampling have shown great promises in addressing the issues of class *** all of these techniques,Synthetic Minority Oversampling techniquE(SMOtE)has produced the best results by generating synthetic samples for the minority class in creating a balanced *** issue is that their practical applicability is restricted to problems involving tens of thousands or lower instances of *** this paper,we have proposed a parallel mode method using SMOtE and Mapreduce strategy,this distributes the operation of the algorithm among a group of computational nodes for addressing the aforementioned *** proposed solution has been divided into three ***ﬁrst stage involves the process of splitting the data into different blocks using a mapping function,followed by a pre-processing step for each mapping block that employs a hybrid SMOtE algo-rithm for solving the class imbalanced *** each map block,a decision tree model would be ***,the decision tree blocks would be com-bined for creating a classiﬁcation *** have used numerous datasets with up to 4 million instances in our experiments for testing the proposed scheme’s *** a result,the Hybrid SMOtE appears to have good scalability within the framework proposed,and it also cuts down the processing time.

Continued biomedical advances and increased demands on quality health care have led to a new era of personalized medicine--a concept of medicine that uses specific infor- mation to an individual to help diagnose disease, plan treatment, assess treatment efficacy, and/or predict progno- sis. this concept has evolved from the idea of ＂pa- tient-centered care＂, which intends to shift the focus of health care from diseases to patients （Abujudeh et al., 2016）. Medical imaging is essential in the practice of mod- em medicine, and its role in personalized medicine has nev- er been greater. In particular, magnetic resonance （Mr） imaging--a versatile and growing medical imaging modal- ity--is at the forefront leading the transformation from tra- ditional practice to personalized medicine. Acute mesenteric ischemia (AMI) is a highly-lethal surgical emergency. Several pathophysiologic events (arterial obstruction, venous thrombosis and diffuse vasospasm) lead to a sudden decrease in mesenteric blood flow. Ischemia/reperfusion syndrome of the intestine is responsible for systemic abnormalities, leading to multi-organ failure and death. Early diagnosis is difficult because the clinical presentation is subtle, and the biological and radiological diagnostic tools lack sensitivity and specificity. therapeutic options vary from conservative resuscitation, medical treatment, endovascular techniques and surgical resection and revascularization. A high index of suspicion is required for diagnosis, and prompt treatment is the only hope of reducing the mortality rate. Studies are in progress to provide more accurate diagnostic tools for early diagnosis. AMI can complicate the post-operative course of patients following cardio-pulmonary bypass (CPB). Several factors contribute to the systemic hypo-perfusion state, which is the most frequent pathophysiologic event. In this particular setting, the clinical presentation of AMI can be misleading, while the laboratory and radiological diagnostic tests often produce inconclusive results. the management strategies are controversial, but early treatment is critical for saving lives. Based on the experience of our team, we consider prompt exploratory laparotomy, irrespective of the results of the diagnostic tests, isthe only way to provide objective assessment and adequate treatment, leading to dramatic reduction in the mortality rate.

For next-generation flexible spin devices,it is crucial to discover and study novel high tc two-dimensional(2D)magnetic materials considering their atomic-level thickness and flexural mechanical ***,we investigated physical properties of a recently rediscovered ferromagnetic 2D material,Fe5Gete2,which has near-room temperature tc,such as stability of monolayer,and electronic and magnetic properties as well as their changes under strain using DFt *** found that monolayer formation energy of Fe5Gete2 lies inside the energy range of other 2D materials,and thus successful synthesis of the monolayer is *** structures and density of states(DOS)calculations reveal that monolayer Fe5Gete2 is metallic and of Stoner-type ***,we checked the strain effect on its magnetic *** ferromagnetic(FM)coupling is quite robust under biaxial strain and enhanced significantly with the increase of Fe magnetic moment from 1.65μBto 2.66μBwhile the strain increases from zero to+15%.Such a tunable magnetism of Fe5Gete2 could provide an extra advantage for flexible magnetic device applications.

this study situates Sino-Indian economic interaction under the interdependence *** mapping conflict behavior in this dyad against the trends in the economic interdependence,we find a discernible shift away from escalation(high-level conflict)towards bargaining(diplomatic contestation).this paper argues that interdependence has only recently emerged in the India-China dyad and that lingering strategic distrust,national security consideration,and protectionist tendency have prevented the deepening of economic *** findings challenge the direction of interdependence in this dyad normally gleaned from nominal trade *** paper also highlights key issue-areas that inhibit strategic coupling in the bilateral economic interaction.

the paper presents a stochastic and economic analysis for petroleum development under uncertain market and technical environments. Mean-reversion with jumps for price forecasting is used to consider market uncertainty, while various scenarios for the reservoir properties and cost are employed to consider technical uncertainty. Monte Carlo simulation is carried out to obtain the feasible range of net present values and internal rates of return. the influence of stochastic parameters is examined through correlation coefficients. the stochastic approach yields more reliable evaluation and effectively investigates the characteristics of development. the integration of uncertainties and contractual terms results in an irregular tendency in the future cash flow and reveals that a larger reserve does not guarantee a greater profit. the reserve and the well rate affect the economic values whereas the parameters for price prediction don＇t. the research confirms the necessity of qualifying uncertainties for realistic decision-making at the initial stage of development.
