Genome-wid. association mapping stud.es(GWAS)based.on Big d.ta are a potential approach to improve marker-assisted.selection in plant *** number of available phenotypic and.genomic d.ta sets in which med.um-sized.populations of several hund.ed.ind.vid.als have been stud.ed.is rapid.y *** these d.ta and.using them in GWAS could.increase both the power of QTL d.scovery and.the accuracy of estimation of und.rlying genetic effects,but is hind.red.by d.ta heterogeneity and.lack of *** this stud.,we used.genomic and.phenotypic d.ta sets,focusing on Central European winter wheat populations evaluated.for head.ng *** explored.strategies for integrating these d.ta and.subsequently the resulting potential for *** interoperability between d.ta sets was greatly aid.d.by some overlapping genotypes and.a linear relationship between the d.fferent phenotyping protocols,resulting in high quality integrated.phenotypic *** this context,genomic pred.ction proved.to be a suitable tool to stud. relevance of interactions between genotypes and.experimental series,which was low in our *** to expectations,fewer associations between markers and.traits were found.in the larger combined.d.ta than in the ind.vid.al experimental ***,the pred.ctive power based.on the marker-trait associations of the integrated.d.ta set was higher across d.ta ***,the results show that the integration of med.um-sized.to Big d.ta is an approach to increase the power to d.tect QTL in *** results encourage further efforts to stand.rd.ze and.share d.ta in the plant breed.ng community.

Using the chemical co-precipitation approach,a series of nitrogen(N) and.erbium(Er) co-d.ped.ZnO nanoparticles(NPs) was effectively synthesized.to enhance the photocatalytic and.antibacterial *** characterization techniques,includ.ng X-ray d.ffraction(XRd.,X-ray photoelectron spectro scopy(XPS),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),UV-vis,and.photoluminescence(PL) spectroscopy,were carried.out to valid.te the evaluated.photocatalytic and.antibacterial *** analysis confirms the pure wurtzite ZnO phase without the presence of any second.ry *** analysis confirms the succe ssful incorporation of nitrogen and.erbium into the ZnO *** optical band.ap of ZnO calculated.from UV-vis spectroscopy shows a red.hift after Er-N co-d.ping,with the lowest band.ap of 3.215 eV calculated.for Zn_(0.97)Er_(0.03)N_(0.01)O_(0.99) *** images d.monstrate the formation of nanorod. after N-Er co-d.ping,followed.by grad.ally increase d.rod.d.ameter and.length after N-Er ***,the photocatalytic activities of ZnO samples we re measured.by their ability to facilitate the photod.grad.tion of Rhod.mine B und.r UV *** with 1 mol% N d.ping exhibits 88% photod.grad.tion of RhB und.r UV light within 360 min,and.the photod.grad.tion and.antibacterial activity are greatly improved.with Er *** fact,3 mol% Er-1 mol% N d.ped.ZnO NPs d.monstrate the highest photocatalytic activity,with approximately 96% d.grad.tion after 360 min,as well as superior antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus(Gram-positive bacteria) and.Pseud.monas aeruginosa(Gram-negative bacteria) with the highest zone of inhibition(ZOI) of 16 nm,d.e to nanorod.formation,increased.reactive oxygen species(ROS),and.d.creased.electron-hole recombination,as valid.ted.by SEM,XPS,and.PL spectroscopy.

Ocean prod.ctivity is the found.tion of marine food.web,which continuously removes atmospheric carbon d.oxid. and.supports life at sea and.on ***-temporal variability of net primary prod.ctivity(NPP),sea surface temperature(SST),sea surface salinity(SSS),mixed.layer d.pth(MLd.,and.euphotic zone d.pth(EZd. in the northern B ay of Bengal(BoB) d.ring three monsoon seasons were examined.in this stud. based.on remote sensing d.ta for the period.2005 to *** compare the NPP d.stribution between the coastal zones and.open BoB,the stud. area was d.vid.d.into five zones(Z1-Z5).Results suggest that most prod.ctive zones Z2 and.Zl are located.at the head.bay area and.are d.rectly influenced.by freshwater d.scharge together with riverine sed.ment and.nutrient *** Z1-Z5,the NPP ranges from 5 315.38 mg/(m^(2)·d. to 346.7 mg/(m^(2)·d.(carbon,since then the same).The highest monthly average NPP of 5 315.38 mg/(m^(2)·d. in February and.5 039.36 mg/(m^(2)·d. in June were observed.from Z2,while the lowest monthly average of 346.72 mg/(m^(2)·d. was observed.in March from Z4,which is an oceanic *** values vary from 6-154 m for the stud. area,and.it has an inverse correlation with NPP *** is d.eper d.ring the summer season and.shallower d.ring the wintertime,with a correspond.ng increase in *** the year,monthly SST shows slight fluctuation for the entire stud. area,and.statistical analysis shows a significant correlation among NPP,and.EZd.overall positive between NPP and.MLd.whereas no significant correlation among SSS,and.SST for the northern ***-term trend. in SST and.prod.ctivity were significantly po sitive in head.bay zones but negatively prod.ctive in the open *** find.ngs in this stud. on the d.stribution of NPP,SST,SSS,MLd.and.EZd.and.their seasonal variability in five d.fferent zones of BoB can be used.to further improve the management of marine resources and.overall environmental cond.tion in response to clim
