An extension of Shrödinger’s quantization on the space (x, p), w.ere the Hamiltonian approach is needed, is made on the space (x, v. w.ere the Hamiltonian approach is not needed at all. The purpose of this paper is to giv. a possible extension of the actual formulation of the Quantum Mechanics, and this is achiev.d through a function K(x, v. t) w.ich takes the place of the Hamiltonian on the Shrödinger’s equation and has units of energy. This approach allow. us to include the quantization of classical v.locity depending problems (dissipativ.) and position depending mass v.riation problems. Some examples are giv.n.

Nanoparticles of catalytically important transition metals, such as Pd, Pt, Rh, and Ru hav. been prepared by the w.ll-know. ＂digestiv. ripening＂（DR） and ＂modified digestiv. ripening＂（mDR） methods. In the traditional DR process, a polydisperse colloidal dispersion is refluxed in the presence of a surface-activ. molecule, such as alkanethiol. The mDR method inv.lv.d a small modification in the procedure, w.erein refluxing w.s performed w.th an alkanethiol and a tetra-alkylammonium bromide surfactant. This minor modification led to a dramatic change in the final particle size distributions, giv.ng access to nano- particles in the 〈3 nm size regime; this w.s not possible w.th the traditional DR process. Bromide ions, w.ich are present during refluxing, prov.d to be an important ingredient in the modification process. These bromide ions are rev.aled to act as etchants, resulting in ultra-small nanoparticles. All transition metal nanoparticles inv.stigated displayed catalytic activ.ty in the reduction reaction of p-nitro phenol. Pd nanoparticles, synthesized by a modified digestiv. ripening method, exhibited the best catalytic activ.ty among the systems inv.stigated.

The heat transfer through a concav. permeable fin is analyzed by the local thermal non-equilibrium(lTne) model. The gov.rning dimensional temperature equations for the solid and fluid phases of the porous extended surface are modeled, and then are nondimensionalized by suitable dimensionless terms. Further, the obtained nondimensional equations are solv.d by the clique polynomial method(CPM). The effects of sev.ral dimensionless parameters on the fin's thermal profiles are show. by graphical illustrations. Additionally, the current study implements deep neural structures to solv. physics-gov.rned coupled equations, and the best-suited hyperparameters are attained by comparison w.th v.rious netw.rk combinations. The results of the CPM and physicsinformed neural netw.rk(PINN) exhibit good agreement, signifying that both methods effectiv.ly solv. the thermal modeling problem.
