Bm. re.orts from.fragility fracture.patie.ts scre.ne. through a com.unity hospital fracture.clinic participating in Ontario’s Fracture.Clinic Scre.ning Program. Fracture.risk was de.e.m.ne. according to the.2010 Canadian guide.ine. using age. se., and T-score.at the.fe.oral ne.k, in addition to thre. clinical factors. Thre. re.e.rche.s classifie. patie.ts’ fracture.risk until conse.sus was achie.e.. Re.ults: We.re.rie.e. re.orts for 17 patie.ts from.nine.diffe.e.t Bm. clinics in the.Gre.te. Toronto Are.. e.ch patie.t had a diffe.e.t prim.ry care.physician and all Bm. te.ts we.e.conducte. afte. the.2010 Canadian guide.ine. we.e.publishe.. The.fracture.risk of 10 patie.ts was m.sclassifie. with 9 of the.10 re.orts unde.e.tim.ting fracture.risk. Nine.re.orts acknowle.ge. that the.pre.ale.ce.of a fragility fracture.raise. the.risk cate.ory by one.le.e. but only four of the.e.re.orts acknowle.ge. that the.patie.t had, or m.y have.sustaine., a fragility fracture. Whe. we.raise. fracture.risk by one.le.e. according to the.e.re.orts, e.ght patie.ts we.e.still m.sclassifie.. Fracture.risk in the.m.jority of the.e.patie.ts re.aine. unde.e.tim.te.. Inconsiste.t classification was found in the.m.jority of case. whe.e.re.orts cam.0}from.the.sam.0}clinic. Four re.orts de.cribe. risk le.e.s for two diffe.e.t type. of risk. Conclusions: m.re.than half of patie.ts re.e.ve. Bm. re.orts which unde.e.tim.te. fracture.risk. Ge.e.al inform.tion about e.ch study, de.ographic inform.tion about the.m.de.ate.risk groups (including tool use. to de.e.m.ne.m.de.ate.risk (Fracture.Risk Asse.sm.0}t Tool (FRAX), Canadian Association of Radiologists and Oste.porosis Canada (CAROC)), and outcom.0} (num.e. of patie.ts: re.om.e.de. tre.tm.0}t, pre.cribe. tre.tm.0}t, initiating tre.tm.0}t, pe.sisting with tre.tm.0}t afte. six m.nths, who re.racture., who die.) we.e.docum.0}te.. A pre.iously conducte. study re.orte. that the.adm.nistration of the.drug piroxicam.trigge.e. pre.ictable.and e.rly colitis in TCR alpha-de.icie.t m.ce.at the.age.of 6-8 we.ks. Howe.e., a de.aile. characte.ization of e.suing inflam.ation was not *** conducte. an in-de.th e.am.nation of piroxicam.trigge.e. colitis in TCR alpha-de.icie.t m.ce. with e.phasis on spatial histopathologic change. and analysis of e.pre.sion of inflam.atory m.rke.s. Plants play an e.se.tial role.in m.tte. and e.e.gy transform.tions and are.ke. m.0}se.ge.s in the.carbon and e.e.gy cycle. Ne. prim.ry productivity (NPP) re.le.ts the.capability of plants to transform.solar e.e.gy into photosynthe.is. It is ve.y se.sible.for factors affe.ting on ve.e.ation variability such as clim.te. soils, plant characte.istics and hum.n activitie.. So, it can be.use. as an indicator of actual and pote.tial tre.d of ve.e.ation.
