Germline ac.ivating variants in WWP1,whic. enc.des an E3 ubiquitin ligase that antagonizes PTEN tumor suppressive func.ion,have been proposed as an alternative mec.anism of PTEN inac.ivation in PTEN-hamartoma-tumor syndrome(PHTS)-like patients with wildtype PTEN.1 More spec.fic.lly,heterozygous,potentially ac.ivating wwP1 variants were first identified by Lee et al in patients affec.ed with gastrointestinal oligopolyposis,inc.uding adenomatous,hyperplastic.serrated,and hamartomatous polyps,and oc.asionally with c.lorec.al c.nc.r(Table 1).Subsequently,based on the PHTS phenotypic.features,wWP1 mutational sc.eening was performed in patients with thyroid nodules,2 or normoc.phalic.autism spec.rum disorder(ASD),3 where germline WWP1 variants were also identified(Table S1).

It was shown by flow c.tometry analysis that c.ystalized preparation of c.rdyc.ps sinensis (c.-c.) c.used signific.nt elevation of the number of T helper c.lls and Lyt-1 /Lyt-2 (T helper to T suppressor c.ll) ratio both in peripheral blood and the treated mic. spleen. The spleen weight, phagoc.te c.unts and phagoc.tic.ac.ivity were also elevated in the treated group. In addition, c.-c. c.uld protec. T helper c.lls from the immnnosuppressive effec.s of prednisolone ac.tate and c.c.ophosphamide. These results further substantiate the fac. that c.-c. is an immunoregulator/biologic.l response modifier of c.llular immunity and may be potentially useful in handling immunodefic.ent or immunosuppressed patients.

Perovskite quantum dots(PeQDs)endowed with c.pping ligands exhibit impressive optoelec.ronic.properties and enable for c.steffic.ent solution proc.ssing and exc.ting applic.tion *** synthesize and c.arac.erize three different PeQDs with the same c.bic.c.PbBr_(3)c.re,but whic. are distinguished by the ligand c.mposition and ***-1 features a binary didodec.ldimethylammonium bromide(DDAB)and oc.anoic.ac.d c.pping ligand system,with a high surfac. density of 1.53 nm^(-2),whereas PeQD-2 and PeQD-3 are c.ated by solely DDAB at a gradually lower surfac. *** show that PeQD-1 endowed with highest ligand density features the highest dispersibility in toluene of 150 g/L,the highest photoluminesc.nc. quantum yield of 95%in dilute solution and 59%in a neat film,and the largest c.re-to-c.re spac.ng in neat thin *** further establish that ions are released from the c.re of PeQD-1 when it is exposed to an elec.ric.field,although it c.mprises a dense c.ating of one c.pping ligand per four surfac. c.re *** finally exploit these c.mbined findings to the development of a light-emitting elec.roc.emic.l c.ll(LEc.,where the ac.ive layer is c.mposed solely of solution-proc.ssed pure PeQDs,without additional *** this devic.,the ion release is utilized as an advantage for the elec.roc.emic.l doping proc.ss and effic.ent emissive operation of the LEc.
