Drought priming is a promising approach to improve tolerance to further drought in *** root apex plays important roles in drought however,its contribution to drought priming remains *** provide mechanistic insights into this process,the transcriptomes and proteomes at three different zones along the root axis under drought stress were *** assessment of root growth indicated that priming augmented roots growth in response to drought and also the levels of protective proline and glycine *** across the proximal to the distal zones of the root apex indicated increases the transcription of genes involved in primary and secondary ***,genes related to translation,transcription,folding,sorting and degradation,replication and repair were increased in the apex compared to the proximal zone.A single drought episode suppressed their expression but prior drought priming served to maintain expression with recurrent drought *** differentially primed responses genes were mainly involved in the pathways related to plant hormone signaling,stress defense and cell wall *** prediction of regulatory hubs using Cytoscape implicated signaling components such as the ABA receptor PYL4 as influencing antioxidant status and the cell *** our integrative transcriptomic-proteomic assessments we present a model for drought priming protected plant hormone signaling transduction pathways to drive the cell cycle and cell wall loosening to confer beneficial effects on roots to counter the effects of *** model provides a theoretical basis for improvement of drought tolerance in wheat,via an increased understanding of drought priming induced drought tolerance.

The extraction of bioactive compounds has become one of the most interesting areas of modern *** therapeutic reasons,it´s important to obtain antimicrobial agents from natural *** objective of the present study was to determine the inhibitory effect of ethanolic extract of basil(Ocimum basilicum *** Rubin)subjected to different concentrations of potassium(K^(+))on the activity of three bacterial strains that are pathogens in *** was evaluated by inhibition surface and these results were compared to two antibiotics:gentamicin(ge)and Ciprofloxacin(CPF)for their efficacy against each bacterial *** variables presented significant difference(p≤0.05).According to the results,basil extract evaluated showed positive antibacterial activity against the three strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Listeria monocytogenes and Staphylococcus aureus on Mueller Hinton *** was observed highest inhibition areas of different diameters(15.3 mm,21.3 mm and 21.6 mm respectively)when the extract used was obtained from the plants with the highest concentration of potassium(13 mmol L-1).These values were even superior to the highest values showed on the treatments with the antibiotic gentamicin.

作为人工智能计算机视觉领域一项重要的任务,3D人体姿态估计受到了广泛的关注,并成功地应用在人机交互、电影游戏制作等领域。然而,3D人体姿态估计仍然面临着很大的挑战,主要是人体遮挡问题和数据集视角冗余问题,这些问题严重影响了3D人体姿态估计结果精度与速度的提升。本文提出了一种基于多特征提取的3D人体姿态估计方法。首先通过采集多个相机视角下的图片数据,将所采图片数据放入2D人体关节点检测网络模型中,得到人体2D关节点。接着将采集到的人体数据输入到关节点置信度计算网络模型,得到视角图片中各个关节点的权重值。随后将2D人体关节点热图通过一个热图权重计算网络计算出热图权重,将各个视角下的权重特征计算融合得到加权后的2D人体关节点热图。最后将所得加权后的2D人体关节点热图和视角图片中各个关节点的权重值输入到三角化算法中,映射得到空间中的3D人体关节点。本文的关键思想是设计一个关节点置信度计算网络从输入图像中学习每个关节的置信度权重,同时提取了反映热图特征质量的权重矩阵,以提高遮挡视图中热图的特征质量。此外,使用感知哈希算法对Occlusion-Person数据集进行去视角实验,在保证结果准确性的同时提高了模型推理速度。本文方法是端到端可微的,可以显著地提高算法效率和鲁棒性。本文在Human3.6M和Occlusion-Person两个公共数据集上使用平均关节位置误差(Mean Per joint Position Error,MPJPE)指标对该方法进行评估,分别取得27.3 mm和9.7 mm的结果。实验结果表明,该算法与最先进的方法相比,性能有了显著提升。

Intensive agricultural and industrial activities are often considered major sources of water ***,riparian vegetation(RV)is increasingly being promoted as a solution to balance the potentially adverse effects that agriculture may have on water ***,existing RV is often overlook in recent modelling efforts,failing to capture the current amount of ecosystem services ***,we used the Soil and Water Assessment Tool ecohydrological model to simulate the influence of ground-true RV on i)nutrient(nitrate and total phosphorus)and sediment exports from agricultural areas and ii)its effect for in-stream *** results are further compared against a set of hypothetical scenarios of different RV widths and different *** results point to a great rele-vance of existing RV in controlling in-stream concentration of sediments and nutrients where pressure from agriculture is highest,preventing them to surpass limits set in the EU Water Framework *** the other hand,in areas with industry discharges,the role of RV is limited and model results suggest that restoring RV would have limited *** illustrate how existing RV may already provide strong but not acknowledged water quality regulation services,how these services can differ substantially between nearby streams,and that effective strategies to improve water quality using RV must acknowledge existing patterns of vegetation,land use and contamination sources.

Introduction: 68Ga-PSMA-11 is considered the gold standard in detection of micro and oligometastases in advanced prostate cancer, being used for therapeutic planning, as well as, potentially, for evaluating response to treatment. The development of ready-to-use lyophilized kit of PSMA-11 adds quality and safety to the routine use of this radiopharmaceutical and represents a pharmacotechnical challenge as it must preserve the integrity and specificity of the ligand. Methods: PSMA-11 kit formulation was proposed, considering radiolabeling parameters and the preservation of the peptide during the lyophilization process, using mannitol as an excipient. Critical temperature characterization studies were carried out using DSC equipment and the freeze-drying process was developed. The direct radiolabeling conditions were evaluated and standardized using 68ge/68Ga generator eluate from two different manufacturers (ITG and Eckert & Ziegler). The radiochemical purity was evaluated by TLC and HPLC. Biological evaluation was carried out with lyophilized PSMA-11 to demonstrate the integrity of the peptide and preservation of biological activity after the lyophilization process. Results: Based on critical temperature characterization studies, the freeze-drying cycle was designed to reach a freezing temperature of around −40˚C and primary drying at 2˚C. Using 20 mg of mannitol, an intact and elegant lyophilized cake was obtained. PSMA-11 lyophilized kit was directly labeled with 68Ga eluate from 68ge/68Ga GMP generators (ITG and Eckert & Ziegler) resulting in % RP > 95% at pH 4.0 to 4.5. The results obtained from in vitro and in vivo biological competition studies confirmed the preservation of PSMA-11 affinity for the receptor after lyophilization. Conclusion: A lyophilized formulation (Kit) of PSMA-11 was successfully obtained, which preserved the integrity and biological activity of the peptide and guaranteed radiolabeling efficiency.

Gaseous molecules, such as hydrogen sulfide(H_2S)and nitric oxide(NO), are crucial players in cellular and(patho)physiological processes in biological systems. The biological functions of these gaseous molecules, which were first discovered and identified as gasotransmitters in animals, have received unprecedented attention from plant scientists in recent decades. Researchers have arrived at the consensus that H_2S is synthesized endogenously and serves as a signaling molecule throughout the plant life ***, the mechanisms of H_2S action in redox biology is still largely unexplored. This review highlights what we currently know about the characteristics and biosynthesis of H_2S in plants. Additionally,we summarize the role of H_2S in plant resistance to abiotic stress. Moreover, we propose and discuss possible redox-dependent mechanisms by which H_2S regulates plant physiology.
