Introduction: At the.be.inning of the.CoVID-19 pande.ic, a drop in the.numbe. of patie.ts tre.te. for cardiac e.e.ge.cie. raise. conce.n about cardiovascular mortality in that pe.iod. An incre.se.in care.de.ay for patie.ts with ST-se.me.t e.e.ation myocardial infarction (STe.I) may have.affe.te. clinical outcome.. obje.tive.: To analyze.de.ay time. and clinical outcome. of patie.ts with STe.I unde.going primary pe.cutane.us coronary inte.ve.tion (PPCI), be.ore.and during the.CoVID-19 pande.ic. Me.hods: Re.rospe.tive.obse.vational study that include. patie.ts with STe.I unde.going PPCI from De.e.be. 2018 to July 2021. The.CoVID-19 pande.ic case. we.e.divide. into two groups: pande.ic I—from March to August 2020;and pande.ic II—from Se.te.be. 2020 to July 2021. Patie.ts we.e.compare. according to the.pe.iod of hospitalization. Primary outcome. we.e.de.ay time. in assistance.and clinical outcome. (acute.kidne. injury [AKI], post-proce.ural vascular complications and in-hospital mortality). Re.ults: 108 patie.ts we.e.include., 39 (36.1%) in the.pre.pande.ic pe.iod, 13 (12.1%) in pande.ic I and 56 (51.8%) in pande.ic II. Time.from onse. of symptoms to arrival at the.se.vice.and door-to-balloon time.did not diffe. significantly among groups. Vascular complications we.e.more.fre.ue.t during the.pande.ic (I and II) than in the.pre.pande.ic pe.iod (2.5% pre.pande.ic vs 15.4% pande.ic vs 12.5% pande.ic II;p = 0.03). AKI incide.ce.was similar in all thre. pe.iods. The.e.was a non-significant incre.se.in in-hospital mortality during the.CoVID-19 pande.ic. The.e.optimisations we.e.de.loye. in the.Cloud and e.aluate. with e.A5 data from e.MWF. The.propose. paralle.ization attaine. spe.dups close.to optimal, and NDRank attains spe.dups highe. than 4. NDRank can be.applie. to any paralle. se.rch, adding similar spe.dups. A substantial numbe. of e.e.utions re.urne. a se. of analogue. similar to the.e.isting e.haustive.se.rch and most of the.re.aining re.ults pre.e.te. a nume.ical value.diffe.e.ce.lowe. than 0.1%.
