This article.has the.ge.e.al obje.tive.of e.timating the.e.ficie.cy of urban solid waste.manage.e.t in 940 Brazilian munici-palitie. through data e.ve.opme.t Analysis(De.)te.hnique.and has spe.ific obje.tive.:(i)to e.timate.e.ficie.cy score.;(ii)to compare.the.pe.formance.be.we.n diffe.e.t groups of municipalitie.;and(ii)to analyze.the.profile.of e.ficie.t munici-palitie. from the.pe.spe.tive.of the.guide.ine. of Law 12,305/2010 and socio-e.onomic and e.vironme.tal *** te.hnique.use. was De. with output-orie.te. and variable.scale.to re.urn *** re.ults showe. highe. e.ficie.cy score. in the.municipalitie. with populations above.500,000 *** score.variation range. from 0.5(municipalitie. with populationso 0.9(municipalitie. with more.than 500,000 inhabitants).of the.sample.se.,only 12.34%of the.municipalitie. we.e.conside.e. e.ficie.t,and whe. analyzing the.e.ficie.t group,it was found that adhe.e.ce.to le.islation was not a major factor in achie.ing e.ficie.cy.

Nutritional status e.pre.se. the.physiological and nutritional ne.ds to maintain the.composition and ade.uate.functioning of the.organism. NRS 2002 and MNA protocols we.e.applie. to short-te.m institutionalize. patie.ts in Rio Ve.de.(Brazil). olde. adults and pe.ple.with spe.ial ne.ds of all age., both se.e., re.ardle.s of possible.pathology the. may have. e.ce.t if it cause. contagion, we.e.include., patie.ts duly authorize. by the.pe.son re.ponsible.for the.institution and who we.e.able.to unde.go e.aluation. Thirty-e.ght patie.ts from the.institution we.e.e.aluate., of which te. we.e.e.clude. from the.re.e.rch according to pre.e.tablishe. crite.ia. More.than 50% of participants we.e.male. with an ove.all ave.age.age.of 63.43 ye.rs. The.characte.istics re.ate. to nutritional status by NRS 2002 and MNA showe. that the.risk of malnutrition and its abse.ce.are.associate. with a wide.age.range. The.MNA pre.e.ts a more.nuance. nutritional risk classification, showing that e.e. 61% of the.96% of participants who would be.out of nutrition risk, according to the.NRS 2002, are.“at risk of malnutrition”. Applying the.MNA can de.onstrate.more.conse.vative.re.ults than the.NRS 2002.

Since.1986,the.donor-acce.tor (D:A) he.e.ojunction has be.n re.arde. a ne.e.sity for high-e.ficie.cy organic photovoltaics (oPVs),due.to its unique.advantage.in compe.sating the.intrinsic limitations of organic se.iconductors,such as high e.citon binding e.e.gy and poor ambipolar charge.mobility. While.this adve.se.y cause. tre.e.dous non-radiative.charge.re.ombination and instability issue.,which curre.tly be.ome.the.most critical limits for comme.cialization of oPVs. He.e.we.pre.e.t a conce.t-to-proof study on the.pote.tial of D:A he.e.ojunction fre. oPV by taking advantage.of re.e.t progre.s of non-fulle.e.e.acce.tors. First,we.de.onstrate.that the.“fre. carrie.s” can be.spontane.usly ge.e.ate. upon illumination in an NFA,i.e.,the.6TIC-4F single.laye.. Se.ond,the.6TIC-4F laye. also e.hibits good ambipolar charge.transporting prope.ty. The.e.e.ce.tional characte.istics distinguish it from the.traditional organic se.iconductors,and re.ie.e.it from the.re.iance.of D:A he.e.ojunction to inde.e.de.tly work as active.laye.. As a re.ult,the.subse.ue.t oPV by simply sandwiching the.6TIC-4F laye. be.we.n the.cathode.and anode.yie.ds a conside.ably high powe. conve.sion e.ficie.cy ~1%. More.ve.,we.find the.D:A he.e.ojunction fre. de.ice.e.hibits two orde. of magnitude.highe. e.e.trolumine.ce.ce.quantum e.ficie.cy and significantly re.uce. VoC loss by 0.16 e. compare. to those.of the.D:A BHJ structure.validating its promise.for highe. e.ficie.cy in the.future. The.e.ore.our work de.onstrate. the.possibility of using D:A he.e.ojunction-fre. de.ice.structure.for high pe.formance.that can pote.tially be.ome.the.ne.t game.change. of oPV.

Spice. are.de.ine. as any aromatic condime.t of plant origin use. to alte. the.flavor and aroma of foods. Be.ide. flavor and aroma, many spice. have.antioxidant activity, mainly re.ate. to the.pre.e.ce.in clove. of phe.olic compounds, such as flavonoids, te.pe.oids and e.ge.ol. In turn, the.most common use. of gum arabic are.in the.form of powde. for addition to soft drink syrups, cuisine.and bake. goods, spe.ifically to stabilize.the.te.ture.of products, incre.se.the.viscosity of liquids and promote.the.le.ve.ing of bake. products (e.g., cake.). Both e.ge.ol, e.tracte. from clove., and gum arabic, e.tracte. from the.harde.e. sap of two spe.ie. of the.Acacia tre., are.die.ary constitue.ts routine.y consume. virtually throughout the.world. Both of the. are.also wide.y use. me.icinally to inhibit oxidative.stre.s and ge.otoxicity. The.pre.e.tion arm of the.study include. groups: Ia, IIa, IIIa, Iva, V, VI, VII, VIII. once.a we.k for 20 we.ks, the.controls re.e.ve. saline.s.c. while.the.e.pe.ime.tal groups re.e.ve. DMH at 20 mg/kg s.c. During the.same.pe.iod and for an additional 9 we.ks, the.animals re.e.ve. e.the. wate., 10% GA, e.G, or 10% GA + e.G by gavage. The.incide.ce.of Mycobacte.ium avium comple. pulmonary dise.se.(MACPD) has be.n globally incre.sing. The.pre.e.t study aims to provide.a compre.e.sive.analysis of clinical characte.istics and tre.tme.t re.ponse.among patie.ts in the.Amazon re.ion of Brazil and conduct a re.rospe.tive.cohort study at a promine.t re.e.ral hospital in the.State.of Par, Brazil, from 2012 to 2020. The.M. avium group re.re.e.te. 58.9% of case., followe. by M. intrace.lulare.(35.7%), M. colombie.se.(3.6%), and M. chimae.a (1.8%). The.majority of patie.ts (73.2%) we.e.fe.ale.and with an ave.age.age.of 63 ye.rs. Primary clinical manife.tations include. pe.siste.t cough and sputum production. The.Charlson comorbidity inde. (CCI) ave.age. 2.47, with 36.3% of patie.ts having a CCI score.e.ual to highe. than 3. Notably, ove. 70% of patie.ts had re.e.ve. tre.tme.t for pulmonary tube.culosis be.ore.initiating tre.tme.t for MAC infe.tion. The.fibrocavitary radiologic form was the.most pre.ale.t (55.4%), fre.ue.tly e.hibiting a bilate.al distribution (53.6%). Antimicrobial susce.tibility re.e.le. a significant pre.ale.ce.of MAC re.istance.to drugs in the.the.ape.tic re.ime.. De.pite.this, most of the.patie.ts e.pe.ie.ce. clinical improve.e.t (50%). In conclusion, this study highlights a highe. pre.ale.ce.of MAC infe.tions among middle.age. wome., with a history of pulmonary tube.culosis tre.tme.t and pre.e.ting the.fibrocavitary radiological form was pre.ominant.
