The aim of the study is to assess the factors that influence the sustainability of agricultural development. The study was carried out in the municipality of Bobonaro for about four months, from July to october 2021. Slovin’s method was used to determine the sample size, with a desired percentage of 10% of the total population. Thus, 154 producers were interviewed as respondents and key persons in the area of agriculture. The variables interviewed are the main factors of agricultural productivity and the factors that affect sustainable agricultural development. The results of the descriptive statistical analysis of the data showed that about 94.87% of the respondents’ productive area is in operation, with an average of 1.84 ha per respondent and the abandoned area around 0.11 ha per respondent. The average value of rice production is 2.38 ton per ha and corn 1.07 ton per ha. About 87% of producers raised the main types of animals such as cattle, pigs, goats with an average density of 2 to 5 animals per establishment. About 61% of producers have access to the market at a normal price for agricultural products. The factors that hinder less successful agricultural development, such as: those of nature with the greatest impact are climate changes, which influence changes in cultivation sessions and in the characteristics of productive soils, availability of water for irrigation and animal feed. on the socioeconomic side, it includes the willingness or interest of young people who want to work as farmers, less investment and the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. It is concluded that natural and socioeconomic impacts can reduce agricultural productivity, so that this will be a major challenge for the development of the agricultural sector in the future.

再生高强铝合金由于力学性能差,在结构材料方面的应用有限。喷射成形重熔后再热挤压是一种有前途的用于7系铝合金的再加工方法。对7050铝合金切屑进行喷射成形、热挤压、旋锻和热处理,以恢复其力学性能。制备直径2.7mm的再生铝合金线材,研究其显微组织、拉伸性能和疲劳强度。采用XRD、SEM、EBSD、TEM和DSC等手段对二次相和析出相进行表征。对比锻态和热处理(固溶和时效处理)态合金线材的力学性能,发现两种合金线材的力学性能均优于AA7050航空规范。材料在旋锻过程中发生大量的塑性变形,从而导致急剧的晶粒细化,可观察到细小的微观和亚微观Al晶粒、粗大和细小的金属间化合物析出相。随后的固溶处理导致形成均匀的再结晶和等轴晶(9μm)显微组织。在120℃时效处理后,形成纳米级GP(I)区和η′析出相,合金表现出更高的抗拉强度(586 MPa)和疲劳强度(198 MPa)。

Growth Stratification Applied to Prognosis of Diametric Structure in Araucaria Forest

The forest management, in broad terms, covers a set of information and activities related to the growth and production of plantations or from heterogeneous forests. If on one hand forest plantation presents homogeneous dendrometric characteristics, on the other hand in heterogeneous forests such a configuration does not exist, which requires the application of essential mathematical estimates for the forest management planning, for example, the prognosis of diametric structure. In this respect, refinements can be tested in traditionally used mathematical models, aiming at more accurate results. These facts substantiate the following hypotheses: the stratification of the diameter increments can provide estimates with greater accuracy and more precise results for the prognosis. With the stratification of diameter increment made it possible to get better results for the prognosis for a 4-year period, allowing the forest manager to better work with estimators either for diameter classes as well as for the forest to be managed. Using the data structure of trees (DBH ≥ 9.5 cm) of the National Forest of Sao Francisco de Paula, RS, Brazil, the diameter increment of species was stratified into four statistically different strata. Using data sampled between the years of 2000 to 2004, it was carried out prognosis for the year 2008, using the stratified and not stratified data. The estimates were compared with the observed values by the Kolmogorov-Smirnov (K-S) test, which attested goodness of fit only for the estimates from the stratified values. The prognosis estimated by means of stratified values also showed more accurate results, because the stratified variance was reduced nine times when compared with that obtained with the prognosis made without stratified data and to determine the Quotient of De Liocourt. Thus, the diameter growth stratification indicated to be effective to generate more accurate prognosis.

Morbid obesity is regarded as a disease due to excess body weight, causing a silence of life as a whole and entailing the most varied disabilities for the person, such as: physical, social, psychological, affective, etc. It represents cases of “public health”, thereby involving competent bodies in the development of solutions that encompass various medical specialties and other health fields, in addition to influencing the mind of these people, causing depression that, due to metabolic involvement, can evolve to the death of the individual. The participation of multidisciplinary health focuses on weight loss, freely and spontaneously, or on the indication of bariatric surgery. We know how difficult it is to lose weight. In order to achieve successful procedures, we recommend the “obese Workshop” or pre- and post-surgical follow-ups close to the patients, with a view to avoiding recurrences or the “accordion effect” (very common), which can interfere with the Body Mass Index (BMI). Everyone, males and females, complained of tiredness and the impossibility of any physical exercise, even the lightest and simplest to be performed, in addition to the fact that they cannot attend gyms and are unable to open a simple door handle.

AIM To establish a permanent piwi like RNA-mediated genesilencing 1(PIWIL1) gene knockout in AGP01 gastric cancer cell line using CRISPR-Cas9 system and analyze phenotypic modifications as well as gene expression *** CRISPR-Cas9 system used was purchased from Dharmacon GE Life Sciences(Lafayette, Co, United States) and permanent knockout was performed according to manufacturer's recommendations. Woundhealing assay was performed to investigate the effect of PIWIL1 knockout on migration capability of cells and Boyden chamber invasion assay was performed to investigate the effect on invasion capability. For the gene expression analysis, a one-color microarray-based gene expression analysis kit(Agilent Technologies, Santa Clara, CA, United States) was used according to the protocol provided by the manufacturer. RESULTS PIWIL1 gene knockout caused a significant decrease in AGP01 migration capacity as well as a significant decrease in cell invasiveness. Moreover, functional analysis based on grouping of all differentially expressed m RNAs identified a total of 35 genes(5 up-regulated and 30 down-regulated) encoding proteins involved in cellular invasion and migration. According to current literature, 9 of these 35 genes(DoCK2, ZNF503, PDE4 D, ABL1, ABL2, LPAR1, SMAD2, WASF3 and DACH1) are possibly related to the mechanisms used by PIWIL1 to promote carcinogenic effects related to migration and invasion, since their functions are consistent with the changes observed(being up-or down-regulated after knockout). CoNCLUSIoN Taken together, these data reinforce the idea that PIWIL1 plays a crucial role in the signaling pathway of gastric cancer, regulating several genes involved in migration and invasion processes; therefore, its use as a therapeutic target may generate promising results in the treatment of gastric cancer.
