MUS Model:A Deep Learning-Based Architecture for IoT Intrusion Detection

AIM:To identify the chemical components of the total glycosides(TG) of Jinkuishenqi pills and their metabolites ***:An HPLC-ESI-MS method was developed for analysis of the metabolites of TG in rat plasma,after the rat was administered with the ***:A total of 18 compounds were detected in urine after oral administration of TG,nine of which are metabolites and the others are the original form of the compounds contained in Jinkuishenqi *** them,the metabolites are gallic acid,dehydromorroniaglycone,2-hydroxyacetophenone-4-0-glucuronic acid esters,paeonimetabolin I,Mlog-2,Mlog-1,2-hydroxy-4-methoxy acetophenone-5-O-sulfate,2,4-dihydroxyacetophenone and one unknown compound,respectively.A total of 20 compounds were detected in the feces after oral administration of TG,eight of which are metabolites and the others are the original form of the compounds contained in Jinkuishenqi *** them,the metabolites are gallic acid,swerosimetabolin A,paeonimetabolin I,Mlog-2,Mmor-2,Mlog-1 and two unknown ***:Using HPLC-ESI-MS,it was possible to screen and analyze the multiple compounds and metabolites of TG in vivo of *** identification and structure elucidation of these metabolites provided essential data for further pharmacological and mechanism of effectiveness of TG.

In the face of the effective popularity of the Internet of Things(IoT),but the frequent occurrence of cybersecurity incidents,various cybersecurity protection means have been proposed and *** them,Intrusion Detection System(IDS)has been proven to be stable and ***,traditional intrusion detection methods have shortcomings such as lowdetection accuracy and inability to effectively identifymalicious *** address the above problems,this paper fully considers the superiority of deep learning models in processing highdimensional data,and reasonable data type conversion methods can extract deep features and detect classification using advanced computer vision techniques to improve classification *** TransformField(MTF)method is used to convert 1Dnetwork traffic data into 2D images,and then the converted 2D images are filtered by UnsharpMasking to enhance the image details by sharpening;to further improve the accuracy of data classification and detection,unlike using the existing high-performance baseline image classification models,a soft-voting integrated model,which integrates three deep learning models,MobileNet,VGGNet and ResNet,to finally obtain an effective IoT intrusion detection architecture:the MUS *** types of experiments are conducted on the publicly available intrusion detection dataset CICIDS2018 and the IoT network traffic dataset N_BaIoT,and the results demonstrate that the accuracy of attack traffic detection is greatly improved,which is not only applicable to the IoT intrusion detection environment,but also to different types of attacks and different network environments,which confirms the effectiveness of the work done.

The rare earth doped TiO（2） was prepared and characterized with Nd,Ho and Y as the doping agents,which have obvious absorption in visible light *** particle size of the glomeration was about 200-400 ***2 sensor performed a significant change in resistance when exposed to methanol *** comparison,the Nd,Ho and Yb doped TiO2 sensors exhibited a response of 2.22,4.05 and 3.78,and lowered response and recovery times of 91,56 and 67 s,*** Ho doped TiO2 showed the best methanolsensing properties,which exhibited high selectivity and response to methanol compared with the other tested *** concentration of 0-10 ppm,the sensor exhibited excellent stability for detecting methanol at various concentrations.

For the non-conservative difference schemes of nonlinear evolution equations with aperiodic boundary conditions, taken one-dimensional nonlinear advection equation as an example, a new method for judging the computational stability is given. It is proved to be practical and effective through several numerical examples. The stability criteria obtained by this method are really the necessary conditions of computational stability.

有机农业采纳会促进农户增收吗?——基于新疆枣农的实证分析

有机农业采纳能否促进农户增收,是促进有机农业推广和推动中国农业绿色发展的关键。文中基于新疆地区451份枣农的实地调查数据,采用内生转换回归模型实证检验有机农业采纳对农户的增收效应及其作用机制,并进一步采用分组回归探究了有机农业采纳对农户增收效应的异质性。结果表明:1)有机农业采纳能够显著增加枣农的收入,已采纳有机农业枣农若放弃采纳,其收入下降48.65%;未采纳有机农业枣农若采纳,其收入提高53.57%。2)有机农业采纳对枣农的增收效应存在明显的异质性,采纳有机农业对于来自国家有机产品示范创建区、参与契约农业、文化程度较高和种植规模较大枣农的增收效应更明显。为此,可通过有机红枣产业发展促进农户增收,考虑采纳有机农业对不同枣农增收效应的异质性,政府可鼓励枣农通过土地流转等方式扩大有机红枣种植规模,提高枣农契约农业参与率,加大有机产品认证示范区的创建力度,改善有机农业采纳对枣农的增收效应。

Disturbances in the microbiota-gut-brain axis may contribute to the development of Alzheimer's disease. Magnesium-L-threonate has recently been found to have protective effects on learning and memory in aged and Alzheimer's disease model mice. However, the effects of magnesium-L-threonate on the gut microbiota in Alzheimer's disease remain unknown. Previously, we reported that magnesium-L-threonate treatment improved cognition and reduced oxidative stress and inflammation in a double-transgenic line of Alzheimer's disease model mice expressing the amyloid-β precursor protein and mutant human presenilin 1(APP/PS1). Here, we performed 16S r RNA amplicon sequencing and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry to analyze changes in the microbiome and serum metabolome following magnesium-Lthreonate exposure in a similar mouse model. Magnesium-L-threonate modulated the abundance of three genera in the gut microbiota, decreasing Allobaculum and increasing Bifidobacterium and Turicibacter. We also found that differential metabolites in the magnesiumL-threonate-regulated serum were enriched in various pathways associated with neurodegenerative diseases. The western blotting detection on intestinal tight junction proteins(zona occludens 1, occludin, and claudin-5) showed that magnesium-L-threonate repaired the intestinal barrier dysfunction of APP/PS1 mice. These findings suggest that magnesium-L-threonate may reduce the clinical manifestations of Alzheimer's disease through the microbiota-gut-brain axis in model mice, providing an experimental basis for the clinical treatment of Alzheimer's disease.

The effects of alloying elements P and Cu on the sintering process and mechanical properties of short cast iron fiber compact have been studied. The experimental results show that the sintering can be enhanced obviously by addition of phosphorus. The radial crush strength of sintered compacts increases with P content up to 0.15%, but when P content is over 0.15%, eutectics formed at the interfaces of fibers cause the decrease in strength and quasi-cleavage fracture of the sintered compact. Addition of Cu could not only reduce the volume shrinkage effectively, but also increase the strength and hardness of the sintered compact.

目的了解佳木斯市优势血清型肠炎沙门菌的耐药状况及进化关系,为临床治疗提供科学依据。方法对来自食品和腹泻患者的沙门菌进行血清学分型,采用微量肉汤稀释法对分离的肠炎沙门菌进行16种抗生素药敏试验,脉冲场凝胶电泳分析菌株之间的进化关系。结果在108株沙门菌中,检出肠炎沙门菌55株(50.93%);49株肠炎沙门菌有耐药性,耐药率为89.09%,其中33株菌(67.35%)为多重耐药,对抗生素萘啶酸和氨苄西林的耐药率较高,分别为81.82%和60.00%;55株肠炎沙门菌同源性为37%~100%。结论佳木斯地区肠炎沙门菌多重耐药率高,菌株之间亲缘关系和耐药性存在密切关联性,来自食品和腹泻患者的肠炎沙门菌有交叉感染现象,依据本地区肠炎沙门菌耐药特征,制定有针对性诊疗方案和预防控制措施,对保障公共卫生健康发展具有重要意义。

Efficient polymer supported synthesis of multi-substituted pyrimidine-4-one derivatives was described. Target products were produced from fluorenylmethoxycarbonyl（Fmoc） protected β-amino acid loaded on hydro- xymethyl resin through deprotection, N-alkylation, guanidine formation, and cleavage of 2,2,4,6,7-pentamethyl dihy-drobenzofuran-sulfonyl（Pbf） by trifluoracetic acid（TFA） followed with cyclization. The procedure has the advantages of easy operation, mild reaction conditions, and forming multiple substituents.
