超声振动在矿山煤岩致裂中的研究进展与展望

为了推动超声振动致裂煤岩体技术的发展,提高矿山煤层气增产及硬岩掘进的效率,回顾了超声波技术的发展历程,综述了超声振动在致裂煤岩体方面的应用现状与研究进展,明确了超声振动在煤岩致裂领域存在的关键阻碍性技术难题及发展趋势。(1)总结了传统技术在矿山煤层气增产和硬岩掘进领域存在的技术问题,介绍了超声波技术的独特优势及应用领域,阐述了超声波发生器和超声波换能器的发展阶段及相应性能;(2)归结了超声振动煤层气促解增渗装置及流程,分析了超声振动煤层气促解增产现状,阐明了超声空化效应、机械振动效应、热效应作用下煤层气降压、加速、位能及动能增加进而促进其解吸增渗的机制;(3)归纳了超声振动破岩装置及流程,阐述了超声振动破碎硬岩的进展,揭示了超声振动产生的机械振动效应与热效应作用下疲劳损伤、微裂纹亚临界扩展、矿物颗粒不均匀热膨胀或矿物相变、岩石物理力学特性劣化导致硬岩破碎的内在机理;(4)针对超声波发生器、换能器及超声振动在矿山致裂煤岩体中的局限度,对未来超声振动致裂煤岩体在现场高效应用的研究重点提出了4点建议:高性能防爆型超声波发生器和换能器的研发,超声振动促解增渗机理的深入分析及管线技术框架设计,多功能及多场耦合室内超声振动致裂煤岩体设备研制与试验,井下抗干扰超声振动设备的研发应用。

The Chinese Meridian Project(CMP)is a major national science and technology infrastructure constructed in two *** first phase of the CMP has been operating for more than a solar *** 2022 to 2023,utilizing the monitoring data collected by the CMP,scientists made major breakthroughs in fields of ionosphere,middle and upper atmosphere,and coupling between *** construction of the second phase of the CMP is nearly finished,and the project is expected to operate as a whole in 2025 after national acceptance of the second *** whole project was built in an architecture of so-called“One Chain,Three Networks and Four Focuses”.It is promising to make a three-dimensional observation of the whole solar-terrestrial *** science community is looking forward to the great contribution of the CMP to space weather and space physics research.

目的:探索鹿茸多肽通过基质细胞衍生因子(SDF-1α)/趋化因子受体(CXCR4)轴对磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶(PI3K)/蛋白激酶B(AKT)通路促进下肢动脉硬化性闭塞症(PAD)大鼠血管新生的作用机制。方法:采用结扎并离断大鼠股动脉及分支造成肢体缺血、给予高脂饲料喂养制作大鼠下肢动脉硬化闭塞症模型。将100只雄性Sprague Dawley(SD)大鼠随机分为10组,分别为空白组、模型组、假手术组,鹿茸多肽低剂量组、鹿茸多中剂量肽组、鹿茸多肽高剂量组、抑制剂LY294002组、鹿茸多肽低剂量+抑制剂LY294002组、鹿茸多肽中剂量+抑制剂LY294002组、鹿茸多肽高剂量+抑制剂LY294002组。将空白组、模型组及假手术组灌胃等容量蒸馏水。鹿茸多肽低、中、高剂量组+抑制剂LY294002组先行腹腔注射再灌胃,于造模完第1天开始给药,每日1次,28 d后处死。采用流式细胞术检测给药后外周血、骨髓中造血干细胞(CD 34+细胞)比例;免疫荧光法检测给药后患侧腓肠肌SDF-1α、PI3K的阳性细胞数比例。结果:造血干细胞(CD 34+细胞)比例模型组均显著高于空白组(P<0.05);其中鹿茸多肽低剂量组较鹿茸多肽低剂量+抑制剂LY294002组阳性细胞比例升高,鹿茸多肽中剂量组较鹿茸多肽中剂量+抑制剂LY294002组阳性细胞比例升高,鹿茸多肽高剂量组较鹿茸多肽高剂量+抑制剂LY294002组阳性细胞比例升高(P<0.05);给药组SDF-1α、PI3K的阳性细胞数高于模型组及抑制组(P<0.05),鹿茸多肽中剂量组高于鹿茸多肽低剂量组(P<0.05),鹿茸多肽高剂量组高于鹿茸多肽高剂量组+LY294002组(P<0.05)。结论:鹿茸多肽通过SDF-1α/CXCR4轴影响PI3K/AKT信号通路促进了内皮祖细胞的增殖及分化、PAD血管新生。

黄河鲤对饲料蛋白质需求量研究

黄河鲤(Cyprinus carpio haematopterus)是中国黄河流域长期自然形成的特有重要淡水经济鱼类,其对饲料蛋白的需求量较其他鲤低。为从生长性状、免疫、代谢等方面探究黄河鲤对不同饲料蛋白水平的适应和利用能力,对初始体质量为(360.22±1.02)g的黄河鲤投喂蛋白质质量分数分别为22.63%(D1)、25.32%(D2)、28.15%(D3)、31.43%(D4)、34.18%(D5)的实验饲料。结果表明:D3组生长性状的体质量增长率、特定生长率和蛋白质效率极显著高于其他组(p<0.01),而饵料系数显著低于其他组(p<0.05)。D3组的生长基因GH、IGF-1和蛋白合成基因TOR、4EBP2的相对表达量显著高于D1、D4和D5组(p<0.05)。D3组血清生化中的谷草转氨酶和谷丙转氨酶含量显著低于D1和D5组,但碱性磷酸酶含量显著高于这两组(p<0.05)。D3组免疫酶活中的α-淀粉酶、脂肪酶、胰蛋白酶、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶活性及还原性谷胱甘肽含量显著高于D1和D5组(p<0.05),而丙二醛含量极显著低于其他组(p<0.01)。D5组氨代谢基因Rhag、Rhbg和Rhcg1的相对表达量显著高于其他组(p<0.05)。拟合回归分析表明,黄河鲤的最佳饲料蛋白需求量约为28.57%~29.04%。

Effect of Low pH on Forming Process of Desulfurization Gypsum Composite Boards Strengthened by Melamine-formaldehyde Resin

In accordance with the regulations GB11567-2017 "Requirements for the Side and Rear Lower Protection of Vehicles and Trailers" and the lightweight requirements of the frame,the development indicators are defined,and the rear protection layout plan is confirmed through benchmarking analysis. Based on OptiStruct,the topology optimization design of aluminum profile beam and casting installation bracket is carried out to determine the conceptual model,and the detailed structure model of beam,installation bracket and transition bracket is determined according to the bending section coefficient and weight index. Based on the ABAQUS elastoplastic analysis method,the static simulation analysis of the detailed structure of the rear protection is carried out. At the same time,the bench test verification is completed. The results meet the requirements of the regulations,which proves the correctness of the optimization design and analysis method of the rear protection structure.

Through exploring the effects of low pH on the composite system of desulfurization gypsum(DG)enhanced by melamine-formaldehyde resin(MF),it is found that the inducing of sulfate-ion,in contrast to chloride and oxalate ions,favors the longitudinal growth of the crystalline form of the hydration product,which was relatively simple and had the highest length to width(L/D)*** the same time,MF can also improve L/D ratio of gypsum hydration products,which favors the formation of hydrated ***,in a composite system composed of hemihydrate gypsum,MF,and glass fibers,when dilute sulfuric acid was used to regulate pH=3-4,the tight binding formed among the components of the composite system compared to pH=*** hydration product of gypsum adheres tightly to glass fiber surface and produces a good cross-linking and binding effect with *** flexural strength,compressive strength,elastic modulus,and water absorption of the desulphurized gypsum composite board is 22.7 MPa,39.8 MPa,5608 MPa,and 1.8%,respectively.
