Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is highly prevalent among older men, impacting on their quality of life, sexual function, and genitourinary health, and has become an important global burden of disease. Transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate (TUPKP) is one of the foremost surgical procedures for the treatment of BPH. It has become well established in clinical practice with good efficacy and safety. In 2018, we issued the guideline “2018 Standard Edition”. However much new direct evidence has now emerged and this may change some of previous recommendations. The time is ripe to develop new evidence-based guidelines, so we formed a working group of clinical experts and methodologists. The steering group members posed 31 questions relevant to the management of TUPKP for BPH covering the following areas: questions relevant to the perioperative period (preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative) of TUPKP in the treatment of BPH, postoperative complications and the level of surgeons’ surgical skill. We searched the literature for direct evidence on the management of TUPKP for BPH, and assessed its certainty generated recommendations using the grade criteria by the European Association of Urology. Recommendations were either strong or weak, or in the form of an ungraded consensus-based statement. Finally, we issued 36 statements. Among them, 23 carried strong recommendations, and 13 carried weak recommendations for the stated procedure. They covered questions relevant to the aforementioned three areas. The preoperative period for TUPKP in the treatment of BPH included indications and contraindications for TUPKP, precautions for preoperative preparation in patients with renal impairment and urinary tract infection due to urinary retention, and preoperative prophylactic use of antibiotics. 【目的】了解西藏多地区土壤可培养细菌的多样性。【方法】采用梯度稀释涂布分离法分离土壤细菌,根据形态特征、生理生化试验去除冗余,对细菌进行16S r DNA序列系统发育分析,鉴定其种属,研究其亲缘关系及多样性。【结果】经形态特征、生理生化试验以及16S r DNA序列测定,38株细菌菌株归属于四个类群,厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)、放线菌门(Actinobacteria),拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes),变形菌门(Proteobacteria),12个科,13个属,包含链霉菌属(Streptomyces)11株,芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)10株,节杆菌属(Arthrobacter)3株、类香味菌属(Myroides)3株、葡萄球菌属(Staphylococcus)1株、新鞘氨醇菌属(Novosphingobium)1株、红球菌属(Rhodococcus)2株、诺卡氏菌属(Nocardia)1株、拟无枝菌酸菌属(Amycolatopsis)2株、氨基杆菌属(Aminobacter)1株、原小单孢菌属(Promicromonospora)1株、威廉姆斯氏菌属(Williamsia)1株,分支杆菌属(Mycobacterium)1株。【结论】西藏地区土壤中细菌多样性丰富,优势菌为链霉菌属和芽孢杆菌属。根据多样性指数分析,同一地区,3000~4000 m海拔的土壤细菌多样性低于4000~5000m海拔地区,3000~4000 m海拔地区土壤细菌分布较均匀。林芝地区土壤细菌多样性丰富,山南地区土壤细菌多样性最少。

Non-muscle invasive bladder cancer(NMIBC)is a major type of bladder cancer with a high incidence worldwide,resulting in a great disease *** and surveillance are the most important part of NIMBC *** 2018,we issued“Treatment and surveillance for non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer in China:an evidencebased clinical practice guideline”.Since then,various studies on the treatment and surveillance of NMIBC have been *** is a need to incorporate these materials and also to take into account the relatively limited medical resources in primary medical institutions in *** a version of guideline which takes these two issues into account to promote the management of NMIBC is therefore *** formed a working group of clinical experts and *** questionnaire investigation of clinicians including primary medical institutions,24 clinically concerned issues,involving transurethral resection of bladder tumor(TURBT),intravesical chemotherapy and intravesical immunotherapy of NMIBC,and follow-up and surveillance of the NMIBC patients,were determined for this *** and recommendations on the management of NMIBC in databases,guideline development professional societies and monographs were referred to,and the European Association of Urology was used to assess the certainty of generated ***,we issued 29 statements,among which 22 were strong recommendations,and 7 were weak *** recommendations cover the topics of TURBT,postoperative chemotherapy after TURBT,Bacillus Calmette–Guérin(BCG)immunotherapy after TURBT,combination treatment of BCG and chemotherapy after TURBT,treatment of carcinoma in situ,radical cystectomy,treatment of NMIBC recurrence,and follow-up and *** hope these recommendations can help promote the treatment and surveillance of NMIBC in China,especially for the primary medical institutions.

采用液液萃取法对冬凌草乙醇提取物进行分离,得到石油醚相、氯仿相、乙酸乙酯相和正丁醇相4个不同极性部位。采用超氧阴离子、羟基与DPPH自由基清除实验和还原力实验评价了冬凌草不同极性萃取部位的抗氧化能力,结果表明:乙酸乙酯萃取部位清除3种自由基的能力显著高于石油醚、氯仿和正丁醇萃取部位(P乙酸乙酯部位>正丁醇部位>石油醚部位>氯仿部位。GC-MS分析显示,乙酸乙酯萃取部位的主要抗氧化活性成分为多酚类化合物。研究为冬凌草资源的开发提供一定的理论参考。

Tough Biopolymer IPN Hydrogel Fibers by Bienzymatic Crosslinking Approach

In this report, bienzymatic crosslinking approach was applied to prepare biopolymer hydrogel fibers composed of gelatin and chitosan with an interpenetrating polymer network （IPN） structure. The IPN biopolymer hydrogel fibers were prepared by wet spinning while microbial transglutaminase （mTG） catalyzed the formation of one network of gelatin and horseradish peroxidase （HRP） in the presence of H202 induced another network of chitosan grafted with phloretic acid （chitosan-PA） intertwining with the former. The mechanical performances of the hydrogel fibers were measured by an electronic single fiber strength tester. It was found that the mechanical properties of the gelatin/chitosan IPN hydrogel fibers had a significant improvement with the increase of the concentration of gelatin and chitosan, and the IPN fiber has the highest tension of 38.6 cN and elongation of 387.2%. Accelerated degradation in the presence of papin indicated that the gelatin/chitosan-PA IPN hydrogel fibers own controllable degradability. In addition, biological evaluation indicated the IPN hydrogel fibers can support cell adhesion and proliferation. Moreover, hand weaving trail showed the knittablity of the IPN hydrogel fibers. Therefore, the gelatin/chitosan IPN hydrogel fibers prepared by bienzymatic crosslinking approach possess excellent biocompatibility and mechanical strength, which may be desirable candidates for engineering tissue scaffolds.

Formation and evolution behavior of inclusions in Al-killed resulfurized free-cutting steel with magnesium treatment

To reveal the formation and evolution behavior of inclusions during magnesium treatment and resulfurization in Al-killed free-cutting steel, both laboratory experiments and thermodynamic calculations were carried out. The extracted samples were polished and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and energy-dispersive spectroscopy. The results indicated that MgO formed immediately and then transferred to MgO·Al2O3 with the homogenization of [Mg] in steel in the case of low magnesium addition (w[Mg] < 0.0020%). However, MgO would keep stable in the case of high magnesium addition (w[Mg] ≥ 0.0020%). In the process of resulfurization, the addition of sulfur forced the transformation of MgO to MgO·Al2O3 accompanied with the formation of MgS if the mass fraction of [S] in steel was in the range 0.15%-0.70%. MgS precipi-tated as a solid solution containing a quantity of MnS, and the composition of the sulfide solution was calculated to be (Mg0.85Mn0.15)S when the mass fraction of [Mn] was 1.2%. The formation mechanisms of inclusions after magnesium and sulfur additions were discussed comprehensively, and proper models for the evolution of inclusions were set up.

Mathematical Model and Its Hybrid Dynamic Mechanism in Intelligent Control of Ironmaking

A hybrid dynamic model was proposed, which considered both the hydrokinetic and the chaotic properties of the blast furnace ironmaking process; and great emphasis was put on its mechanism. The new model took the high complexity of the blast furnace as well as the effects of main parameters of the model into account, and the predicted results were in very good agreement with actual data.

Dyes wastewater treatment by reduction-oxidation process in an electrochemical reactor packed with natural manganese mineral

A novel technology which combined electrochemical process catalyzed by manganese mineral with electro-assisted coagulation process was proposed in this study. The mineralization of organic pollutant from simulated dye wastewater containing an azo dye Acid Red B（ARB） was experimentally investigated using this method. It was found that the manganese mineral could catalyze the electrochemical process dramatically. The TOC removal percentage of electrochemical treatment catalyzed by manganese mineral was 43.6% while the TOC removal percentage of the process using the manganese mineral alone and using the electrolysis alone were 9.3% and 20.8%, respectively. Moreover, it was found that combined electroxidation with electro-assisted coagulation process could more effectively eliminate ARB. After a period of 180 min electrooxidation and 300 min electroreduction, almost 66.9% of TOC was removed, and the dissolved Mn^2＋. could be effectivly removed. The effects of the order of oxidation and reduction, the proper ratio electrooxidation/reduction time, and current density on the removal efficiency were investigated in detail. In addition, a proposed mechanism of manganese-mineral-catalyzed electrooxidation-reduction process was discussed in this paper.

土壤盐渍化严重制约农业生产发展,通过提高植物耐盐性进行盐碱地综合利用,对于保障粮食安全,提升农业生产效率具有重要意义。脂质转移蛋白是一类在高等植物中广泛存在的小分子蛋白质,能够参与植株生长、信号转导以及多种生物和非生物胁迫过程。前期本课题组克隆到一个谷子中编码脂质转移蛋白的基因SiLTP1,本研究通过构建其原核表达载体和植物双元过表达载体,获得了该基因的原核表达蛋白及同源转化过表达阳性植株,经进一步筛选获得4个纯合株系。体外耐盐性试验显示, SiLTP1的原核表达蛋白具有一定耐盐性;转基因植株苗期耐盐生理指标测定显示,SiLTP1过表达植株在遭受盐胁迫时,植株体内MDA积累减少,抗氧化酶含量升高,可积累更少的过氧化氢,从而降低胁迫对植株的氧化损伤,显示基因过表达植株具有更好的耐盐性。本研究结果初步揭示, SiLTP1可正向调控谷子的耐盐性,其在谷子耐盐抗逆方面具有潜在功能,为耐盐谷子品种改良及新品种培育提供了理论基础和候选基因资源。
