Recently,aqueous rechargeable batteries have played an essential role in developing renewable energy due to the merits of low cost,high security,and high energy *** various aqueous-based batteries,aqueous magnesium ion batteries(AMIBs)have rich reserves and high theoretical specific capacity(3833 mAh cm3).However,for future industrialization,AMIBs still face many scientific issues to be solved,such as the slow diffusion of magnesium ions in the material structure,the desolvation penalty at electrode-electrolyte interfaces,the cost of water-in-salt electrolyte,the low voltage of traditional aqueous electrolyte,*** yet a comprehensive summary of the components of AMIBs is lacking in the research *** review mainly introduces the exploration and development of AMIB systems and related *** conduct an in-depth study of the cathode materials appropriate for magnesium ion batteries from their crystal structures,focusing primarily on layered structures,spinel structures,tunnel structures,and three-dimensional framework *** also investigate the anode materials,ranging from inorganic materials to organic materials,as well as the electrolyte materials(from the traditional electrolyte to water-in-salt electrolyte).Finally,some perspectives on ensuing optimization design for future research efforts in the AMIBs field are summarized.

The polargraphic behavior of Bi(Ⅲ)-NOTP complex has been investigated inaqueous solution. It was found that under the conditions of pH 3.0 and of 0.02 mol/L NH_4Cl, theBi(Ⅲ)-NOTP system gives a sensitive second order derivative wave at -0.340 V(vs SCE), which isproved to be an adsorptive complex wave. The composition of the complex is Bi(Ⅲ):NOTP. Furthermore,the peak current is linear to the concentration of Bi(Ⅲ) in the range from 3.0x10^(-8) to5.0x10^(-6) mol/L. Artificial and practical samples have been detected with high sensitivity andreceptivity.

Preparation and photocatalytic activity of PANI/TiO_2 composite film

A PANI/TiO2 composite film deposited on the glass surface was successfully prepared using sol-gel dip-coating technique and chemical oxidation method. The film was characterized using XRD, AFM, and UV. The result showed that the TiO2 film consists of both cuboid-shaped and anatase-phased TiO2 nanoparticles. The average grain size of TiO2 in the film was approximately 20 nm. After coating with PANI, the particle was changed into irregular spherical-shaped and the size was increased up to approximately 35 nm in diameter. UV-Vis spectroscopy analysis indicated that the coating of TiO2 with PANI would result in an enhancement of photocatalytic efficiency and an extension of the photoresponse of TiO2. The band gap of the PANI/TiO2 film was 3.18 eV. The photocatalytic property of the film was evaluated by the degradation of rhodamine-B. It was found that 67.1% and 83.2% of rhodamine-B could be degraded under sunlight and UV irradiation within 120 min using the PANI/TiO2 composite t-tim as photocatalyst.

A spatiotemporal deep learning method for excavation-induced wall deflections

Data-driven approaches such as neural networks are increasingly used for deep excavations due to the growing amount of available monitoring data in practical ***,most neural network models only use the data from a single monitoring point and neglect the spatial relationships between multiple monitoring ***,most models lack flexibility in providing predictions for multiple days after monitoring *** study proposes a sequence-to-sequence(seq2seq)two-dimensional(2D)convolutional long short-term memory neural network(S2SCL2D)for predicting the spatiotemporal wall deflections induced by deep *** model utilizes the data from all monitoring points on the entire wall and extracts spatiotemporal features from data by combining the 2D convolutional layers and long short-term memory(LSTM)*** S2SCL2D model achieves a long-term prediction of wall deflections through a recursive seq2seq *** excavation depth,which has a significant impact on wall deflections,is also considered using a feature fusion *** excavation project in Hangzhou,China,is used to illustrate the proposed *** results demonstrate that the S2SCL2D model has superior prediction accuracy and robustness than that of the LSTM and S2SCL1D(one-dimensional)*** prediction model demonstrates a strong generalizability when applied to an adjacent *** on the long-term prediction results,practitioners can plan and allocate resources in advance to address the potential engineering issues.

Centrifuge modeling of a large-scale surcharge on adjacent foundation

This study investigates the ground and structural response of adjacent raft foundations induced by largescale surcharge by ore in soft soil areas through a 130g centrifuge modeling test with an innovative layered loading *** prototype of the test is a coastal iron ore yard with a natural foundation of deep soft ***,it is necessary to adopt some measures to reduce the influence of the large-scale surcharge on the adjacent raft foundation,such as installing stone columns for foundation *** an acceleration of 130 g,the model conducts similar simulations of iron ore,stone columns,and raft foundation *** tested soil mass has dimensions of 900 mm×700 mm×300 mm(lengthwidthdepth),which is remodeled from the soil extracted from the drilling *** test conditions are consistent with the actual engineering conditions and the effects of four-level loading conditions on the composite foundation of stone columns,unreinforced zone,and raft foundations are *** automatic layer-by-layer loading device was innovatively developed to simulate the loading process of actual engineering more *** composite foundation of stone columns had a large settlement after the loading,forming an obvious settlement trough and causing the surface of the unreinforced zone to *** 12 m surcharge loading causes a horizontal displacement of 13.19 cm and a vertical settlement of 1.37 m in the raft *** stone columns located on both sides of the unreinforced zone suffered significant shear damage at the sand-mud *** to the reinforcement effect of stone columns,the sand layer below the top of the stone columns moves ***,the horizontal earth pressure in the raft foundation zone increases *** stone columns will form new drainage channels and accelerate the dissipation of excess pore pressure.

Interpreting random fields through the U-Net architecture for failure mechanism and deformation predictions of geosystems

The representation of spatial variation of soil properties in the form of random fields permits advanced probabilistic assessment of slope *** many studies,the safety margin of the system is typically characterized by the term“probability of failure(Pfailure)”.As the intensity and spatial distribution of soil properties vary in different random field realizations,the failure mechanism and deformation field of a slope can vary as *** only can the location of the failure surfaces vary,but the mode of failure also *** information is equally valuable to engineering *** this paper,two slope examples that are modified from a real case study are *** first example pertains to the stability analysis of a multi-layer-slope while the second example deals with the serviceability analysis of a multi-layer c-φ*** addition,due to the large number of simulations needed to reveal the full picture of the failure mechanism,Convolutional Neural Networks(CNNs)that adopt a U-Net architecture is proposed to offer a soft computing strategy to facilitate the *** spatial distribution of the failure surfaces,the statistics of the sliding volume,and the statistics of the deformation field are *** results also show that the proposed deep-learning model is effective in predicting the failure mechanism and deformation field of slopes in spatially variable soils;therefore encouraging probabilistic study of slopes in practical scenarios.

针对目前全喂入联合收获机收获羊草种子过程中存在损失率大、含杂率高的问题,根据清选作业流程,结合羊草种子自身物理特性,搭建羊草种子风筛清选装置,并对清选部件、喂料装置、接料装置进行设计优化。进行风筛清选装置室内性能试验研究,通过单因素试验,得出清选性能随各因素变化的规律,利用响应面试验建立各因素与含杂率和损失率的关系,并对各因素及其交互作用进行分析。最后得出较优工作参数组合为:振动筛转速275 r/min,风机转速985 r/min,喂入量0.087 kg/s,在此参数组合下试验的含杂率为27.3%,损失率为3.3%,风筛清选装置满足设计要求,可为研发羊草等禾本科牧草种子全喂入联合收获机提供参考。

为了明确硫化氢(H_(2)S)在煤中吸附扩散的微观动力学机理,揭示不同温度、压力对煤吸附H_(2)S分子吸附扩散特性的影响机制,基于巨正则蒙特卡罗(GCMC)、分子动力学(MD)和密度泛函理论(DFT)方法,利用Material Studio软件研究了温度在273.15~313.15 K、压力1~1 000 kPa时H_(2)S在气肥煤大分子模型中的吸附扩散特征。结果表明:温度由273.15 K升至313.15 K时,H_(2)S的饱和吸附量由38.34 mL/g降至31.85 mL/g,降低了16.93%,当压力为1 kPa时,温度对吸附量的影响最为敏感。温度为293.15 K时,压力由1 kPa升至1 000 kPa时,最可几相互作用能由-39.391 kJ/mol升至-34.301 kJ/mol,随着压力的增加,最可几相互作用能先快速增加,后缓慢增加。在吸附H_(2)S过程中,H_(2)S的等量吸附热在36.63~41.43 kJ/mol内,为物理吸附,等量吸附热随着吸附量的增加呈现出负指数变化;H_(2)S的吉布斯自由能ΔG为-3.57~-24.57 kJ/mol,吸附熵ΔS为-0.126~-0.194 8 kJ/(mol·K),随吸附量升高ΔG和ΔS的绝对值线性降低,H_(2)S的吸附自发性和系统的混沌程度均降低。H_(2)S与气肥煤的相互作用能为-492.47~-3 390.95 kJ/mol,以范德华能为主,占总能量的58.67%,以静电能为辅,占41.33%,随着吸附量的增加,相互作用能绝对值增加,吸附量与相互作用能的变化具有一致性。H_(2)S与羧基的相互作用最强,羟基次之,H_(2)S在—OH、—COOH、—C=O周围存在双层吸附。温度由273.15 K升至313.15 K,H_(2)S分子的扩散系数由1.066×10^(-10)m^(2)/s升至2.025×10^(-10)m^(2)/s,温度升高会导致原本闭合的孔吼孔道打开,增加裂隙的连通性,温度升高,增加H_(2)S分子平均自由程,使得H_(2)S扩散能力增强,H_(2)S扩散活化能为11.206 kJ/mol。H_(2)S相对体积分数分布呈现多峰结构,H_(2)S在气肥煤大分子模型中呈层状结构分布。H_(2)S的极限吸附热为42.898 kJ/mol,H_(2)S与煤体上—OH、—COOH、—C=O活性基团产生氢键作用,H_(2)S在吸附初期存在微弱的化学吸附。

Strategies to improve T cell therapy efficacy in solid tumors such as hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)are urgently *** common cytokine receptorγchain(γc)family cytokines such as IL-2,IL-7,IL-15 and IL-21 play fundamental roles in T cell development,differentiation and effector *** study aims to determine the combination effects of IL-21 in T cell therapy against HCC and investigate optimized strategies to utilize the effect of IL-21 signal in T cell *** antitumor function of AFP-specific T cell receptor-engineered T cells(TCR-T)was augmented by exogenous IL-21 in vitro and in ***-21 enhanced proliferation capacity,promoted memory differentiation,downregulated PD-1 expression and alleviated apoptosis in TCR-T after activation.A novel engineered IL-21 receptor was established,and TCR-T armed with the novel engineered IL-21 receptors(IL-21R-TCR-T)showed upregulated phosphorylated STAT3 expression without exogenous IL-21 ***-21R-TCR-T showed better proliferation upon activation and superior antitumor function in vitro and in ***-21R-TCR-T exhibited a less differentiated,exhausted and apoptotic phenotype than conventional TCR-T upon repetitive tumor antigen *** novel IL-21 receptor in our study programs powerful TCR-T and can avoid side effects induced by IL-21 systemic *** novel IL-21 receptor creates new opportunities for next-generation TCR-T against HCC.
