The proliferation of Internet of Things(IoT)systems has resulted in the generation of substantial data,presenting new challenges in reliable storage and trustworthy *** distributed storage systems are hindered by centralized management and lack traceability,while blockchain systems are limited by low capacity and high *** address these challenges,the present study investigates the reliable storage and trustworthy sharing of IoT data,and presents a novel system architecture that integrates on-chain and off-chain data manage *** architecture,integrating blockchain and distributed storage technologies,provides high-capacity,high-performance,traceable,and verifiable data storage and *** on-chain system,built on Hyperledger Fabric,manages metadata,verification data,and permission information of the raw *** off-chain system,implemented using IPFS Cluster,ensures the reliable storage and efficient access to massive files.A collaborative storage server is designed to integrate on-chain and off-chain operation interfaces,facilitating comprehensive data *** provide a unified access interface for user-friendly system *** testing validates the system’s reliability and stable *** proposed approach significantly enhances storage capacity compared to standalone blockchain *** reliability tests consistently yield positive *** average upload and download throughputs of roughly 20 and 30 MB/s,respectively,the system’s throughput surpasses the blockchain system by a factor of 4 to 18.

Thickening of electrodes is crucial for maximizing the proportion of active components and thus improving the energy density of practical energy storage ***,trade-offs between electrode thickness and electrochemical performance persist because of the considerably increased ion transport resistance of thick ***,we propose accelerating ion transport through thick and dense electrodes by establishing an immobile polyanionic backbone within the electrode pores;and as a proof of concept,gel polyacrylic electrolytes as such a backbone are in situ synthesized for *** charge and discharge,protons rapidly hop among RCOO-sites for oriented transport,fundamentally reducing the effects of electrode tortuosity and polarization resulting from concentration ***,nearly constant ion transport resistance per unit thickness is achieved,even in the case of a 900-μm-thick dense electrode,leading to unprecedented areal capacitances of 14.85 F cm-2at 1 mA cm-2and 4.26 F cm-2at 100 mA *** study provides an efficient method for accelerating ion transport through thick and dense electrodes,indicating a significant solution for achieving high energy density in energy storage devices,including but not limited to supercapacitors.

A zeolite Mazzite (MAZ) analogue with high silica content has been synthesized from a Na2O-Al2O3-SiO2-morpholine-H2O system. The crystal morphology of this MAZ analogue was found to consist of spherical agglomerates of diameter up to 17 μm. It has been unequivocally demonstrated that zeolite Mordenite (MOR) or amorphous material was produced instead in the absence of either morpholine or Na+. Associated phases indicate that the MAZ may be a “intermediate phase” between the crystallization fields of zeolites Analcime (ANA) and MOR. Thus, the zeolite MAZ analogue is seemingly derived from the cooperative structure-directing effect of the organic molecule morpholine and the inorganic cation Na+. The results of CHN elemental analyses as well as of thermogravimetric (TG) analyses confirmed that morpholine had been incorporated into the zeolitic structure.

Metabolic reprogramming: a new option for the treatment of spinal cord injury

Aiming at the response delay problem in the liquid crystal optical phased array(LCOPA) system,this paper proposes a time-lagged liquid crystal optical phased array beam deflection control method based on Smith prediction compensation to compensate for the hysteresis that exists in the system,improve the oscillations and overshoots brought about by data transmission and processing hysteresis,and eliminate the adverse effects of hysteresis,so as to realize the fast,accurate and stable deflection of the light beam by the liquid crystal optical phased array. According to the time lag fractional order model of liquid crystal optical phased array system,the Smith predictor compensator and fractional order control system are designed,the Smith predictor is used to compensate for the delay of the system,the fractional order PID controller is used to finely adjust the response of the system,and the sparrow search algorithm is proposed to be utilized for the tuning of the controller parameters. The time-lagged system was evaluated using step response,beam deflection tracking,and robustness tests. The simulation results indicate that the liquid crystal optical phased array beam deflection system,equipped with a Smith predictor and a fractional-order controller,demonstrates rapid responsiveness,precise control,effective tracking capabilities,and strong robustness.

Spinal cord injuries impose a notably economic burden on society,mainly because of the severe after-effects they *** the ongoing development of various therapies for spinal cord injuries,their effectiveness remains ***,a deeper understanding of metabolism has opened up a new therapeutic opportunity in the form of metabolic *** this review,we explore the metabolic changes that occur during spinal cord injuries,their consequences,and the therapeutic tools available for metabolic *** spinal cord metabolism is characterized by independent cellular metabolism and intercellular metabolic ***,spinal cord injury results in metabolic disorders that include disturbances in glucose metabolism,lipid metabolism,and mitochondrial *** metabolic disturbances lead to corresponding pathological changes,including the failure of axonal regeneration,the accumulation of scarring,and the activation of *** rescue spinal cord injury at the metabolic level,potential metabolic reprogramming approaches have emerged,including replenishing metabolic substrates,reconstituting metabolic couplings,and targeting mitochondrial therapies to alter cell *** available evidence suggests that metabolic reprogramming holds great promise as a next-generation approach for the treatment of spinal cord *** further advance the metabolic treatment of the spinal cord injury,future efforts should focus on a deeper understanding of neurometabolism,the development of more advanced metabolomics technologies,and the design of highly effective metabolic interventions.

目的探讨分泌磷蛋白1(SPP1)在胰腺导管腺癌中的表达与预后的关系及其作用机制。方法应用高通量基因表达数据库(GEO)、基因表达谱动态分析(GEPIA)数据库,挖掘分析胰腺导管腺癌中SPP1的表达情况,并应用Kaplan-Meier Plotter数据库进行生存分析,通过DAVID及STRING在线分析SPP1可能参与调控的信号通路,构建蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用网络。采用免疫组化方法检测56例胰腺导管腺癌和39例正常胰腺导管组织中SPP1的表达情况。采用Kaplan-Meier法进行生存分析。结果GEPIA及GEO数据库中与正常对照组织比较,胰腺导管腺癌中SPP1呈现高表达(P<0.01)。免疫组化结果显示SPP1在胰腺导管腺癌中的阳性表达率显著高于正常胰腺导管组织(P<0.01),并且与胰腺导管腺癌的分化程度相关(P<0.05),组织分化程度越低,SPP1阳性表达率越高(r=0.338,P<0.05)。Kaplan-Meier Plotter及GEPIA数据库生存分析结果显示,与SPP1低表达患者比较,SPP1高表达胰腺癌患者的总生存时间显著减少(P<0.05)。Kaplan-Meier法分析结果证实SPP1阳性表达率高的患者预后较差(P<0.01)。DAVID在线富集分析显示,SPP1表达与细胞黏附、细胞外基质相互作用等信号通路相关。结论胰腺导管腺癌中SPP1呈现高表达,且SPP1高表达患者预后欠佳,其作用机制可能是SPP1参与了细胞黏附、细胞外基质相互作用等信号通路,进而促进了肿瘤的增殖、侵袭和转移。

本文首先在理论上提出了带有灾难冲击风险的长期风险模型,得到了股权溢价的解析表达式。根据解析表达式,股权溢价由四部分构成:短期风险溢价、长期风险溢价、波动性溢价和灾难风险溢价,且灾难风险溢价通过灾难风险的各阶矩(矩生成函数)对股权溢价起作用。其次,对模型进行了校准并通过数值模拟与实际数据进行了比较,发现本文的模型可以较好地解释股权溢价之谜。研究发现引入灾难风险的长期风险模型无论在价格股利比例预测消费增长率和股利增长率方面,还是在价格股利比例预测消费波动性和超额回报率波动性方面都与现实较为吻合。此外,模型还能较好地解释我国股票市场过度投机、波动率较大等典型特征。
