Developmental defects of enamel are common due to genetic and environmental factors before and after ***42,a Rho family small GTPase,regulates prenatal tooth development in ***,its role in postnatal tooth development,especially enamel formation,remains ***,we investigated Cdc42 functions in mouse enamel development and tooth repair after ***42 showed highly dynamic temporospatial patterns in the developing incisors,with robust expression in ameloblast and odontoblast ***,epithelium-specific Cdc42 deletion resulted in enamel defects in *** differentiation was inhibited,and hypomineralization of enamel was observed upon epithelial Cdc42 *** analysis showed that abnormal mitochondrial components,phosphotransferase activity,and ion channel regulator activity occurred in the Cdc42 mutant dental *** oxygen species accumulation was detected in the mutant mice,suggesting that abnormal oxidative stress occurred after Cdc42 ***,Cdc42 mutant mice showed delayed tooth repair and generated less calcified *** dysfunction and abnormal oxygen consumption were evidenced by reduced Apool and Timm8a1 expression,increased Atp5j2 levels,and reactive oxygen species overproduction in the mutant repair ***-specific Cdc42 deletion attenuated ERK1/2 signaling in the labial cervical *** Sox2 expression in the mutant labial cervical loop after clipping might lead to delayed tooth *** findings suggested that mitochondrial dysfunction,up-regulated oxidative stress,and abnormal ion channel activity may be among multiple factors responsible for the observed enamel defects in Cdc42 mutant ***,Cdc42 exerts multidimensional and pivotal roles in enamel development and is particularly required for ameloblast differentiation and enamel matrix formation.

目的探究组合式外固定架治疗高危老年肱骨近端骨折术后患者凝血功能与年龄的相关性。方法回顾性分析2020年1月至2021年12月于河北省中医院骨伤科行组合式外固定架固定手术治疗的70例高危老年肱骨近端骨折患者的临床资料,其中男25例,女45例;60~69岁组22例,70~79岁组28例,80~89岁组18例,90~99岁组2例。比较4组患者术前1 d,术后1、3、7、14 d凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、D-二聚体各指标变化情况。结果4组患者术前1 d,术后1、3、7、14 d PT、APTT、TT、FIB、D-D差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后70例患者均未出现上肢深静脉血栓。组合式外固定架固定术治疗高危老年肱骨近端骨折手术前后患者凝血四项、D-二聚体指标变化与年龄的相关性较小。结论组合式外固定架固定术治疗高危老年肱骨近端骨折术后患者凝血功能不受年龄影响而改变,深静脉血栓的发生率低。

拉市海国际重要湿地是我国重要的候鸟越冬栖息地之一,针对其整体环境整治问题,地方政府和管理部门做了大量工作,取得了较好成效,但还存在退化沼泽湿地急需修复、退养鱼塘急需生态修复、入湖河道急需治理等问题,基于此,提出退化沼泽湿地、退塘还湿、入湖河段生态修复以及破碎化湖滨带治理、外来物种防控等生态修复方案。通过湿地生态修复,湿地整体生态环境得到改善,候鸟栖息地、食源地得到修复,湿地植被和生物多样性明显增加,湿地景观得到优化,湿地生态服务功能有所提高。

Event-triggered H_(∞) consensus control for input-constrained multi-agent systems via reinforcement learning

This article presents an event-triggered H_(∞) consensus control scheme using reinforcement learning (RL) for nonlinear second-order multi-agent systems (MASs) with control constraints. First, considering control constraints, the constrained H_(∞) consensus problem is transformed into a multi-player zero-sum game with non-quadratic performance functions. Then, an event-triggered control method is presented to conserve communication resources and a new triggering condition is developed for each agent to make the triggering threshold independent of the disturbance attenuation level. To derive the optimal controller that can minimize the cost function in the case of worst disturbance, a constrained Hamilton–Jacobi–Bellman (HJB) equation is defined. Since it is difficult to solve analytically due to its strongly non-linearity, reinforcement learning (RL) is implemented to obtain the optimal controller. In specific, the optimal performance function and the worst-case disturbance are approximated by a time-triggered critic network;meanwhile, the optimal controller is approximated by event-triggered actor network. After that, Lyapunov analysis is utilized to prove the uniformly ultimately bounded (UUB) stability of the system and that the network weight errors are UUB. Finally, a simulation example is utilized to demonstrate the effectiveness of the control strategy provided.

Distribution patterns of clonal plants in the subnival belt of the Hengduan Mountains,SW China

Clonal reproduction(i.e.,production of potentially independent offspring by vegetative growth)is thought to provide plants with reproductive ***,studying the evolution of clonal reproduction in local floras is crucial for our understanding of the adaptive mechanisms plants deploy in stressful environments such as alpine *** this study,we characterized clonal plant species in the subnival belt of the Hengduan Mountains(a global biodiversity hotspot with extreme environmental conditions in southwest China),in order to determine the effects of sex system,growth form,and elevational distribution on *** compiled clonality data of angiosperm species belonging to 41 families in the subnival belt of the Hengduan Mountains using published *** the 793 species recorded in the region,47.92%(380 species)are clonal *** sex system and growth form had significant effects on the occurrence of clonal reproduction:unisexual species(79.79%)were more likely to be clonal than bisexual species(43.63%),and herbaceous species(51.04%)were more likely to be clonal than woody species(16.67%).Compared with non-alpine-endemic species(44.60%),alpine-endemic species(58.33%)showed a significantly higher proportion of clonal *** logistic regression analysis showed a positive association between incidence of clonality and elevational range,indicating that species distributed at high elevations are more likely to be ***,the elevational gradients in clonality were contingent on sex system or growth *** study reveals that plants in the subnival belt of the Hengduan Mountains might optimize their probability of reproduction through clonal reproduction,a finding that adds to our growing understanding of plant's adaptations to harsh alpine environments.

Biological scaffolds have been widely employed in wound healing applications,while their practical efficiency is compromised by insufficient oxygen delivery to the 3-dimensional constructs and inadequate nutrient supply for the long-term healing ***,we present an innovative living Chinese herbal scaffold to provide a sustainable oxygen and nutrient supply for promoting wound *** a facile microfluidic bioprinting strategy,a traditional Chinese herbal medicine(Panax notoginseng saponins[PNS])and a living autotrophic microorganism(microalgae Chlorella pyrenoidosa[MA])were successfully encapsulated into the *** encapsulated PNS could be gradually released from the scaffolds,which promoted cell adhesion,proliferation,migration,and tube formation in *** addition,benefiting from the photosynthetic oxygenation of the alive MA,the obtained scaffolds would produce sustainable oxygen under light illumination,exerting a protective effect against hypoxia-induced cell *** on these features,we have demonstrated through in vivo experiments that these living Chinese herbal scaffolds could efficiently alleviate local hypoxia,enhance angiogenesis,and thereby accelerate wound closure in diabetic mice,indicating their great potential in wound healing and other tissue repair applications.

To deepen the understanding in the effect of potassium lactate on the sensory quality and safety of Rugao ham,sensory attributes,physicochemical parameters,total volatile basic nitrogen(TVBN),microorganism community and biogenic amines of Rugao ham manufactured with different potassium lactate levels(0%,0.5%,1%,2%)were investigated;the relationship between microbial community and the formation of TVBN and biogenic amines was further *** the increase of potassium lactate from 0%to 2%,the increased sensory scores and the decreased total aerobic bacterial count and TVBN were observed;the abundance of Staphylococcus increased,while the content of Halomonas *** effect size(LEf Se)and correlations analysis showed that Staphylococcus equorum and Lactobacillus fermentum could be the key species to improve sensory scores and decrease biogenic amines and *** pathway analysis further showed that amino acids metabolism and nitrogen metabolism were mainly involved in decreasing TVBN and biogenic amines in the treatment of 2%potassium lactate.

Evolution of microstructure and texture of AZ80 magnesium alloy under hot torsion with constant decreasing temperature rate

Hot torsion tests for AZ80 magnesium alloy were carried out in the temperature range of 380℃-260℃,with a constant decreasing temperature rate of 10℃/s in order to weaken the basal texture and refine the *** results indicated that the average grain sizes were refined forming gradient structure with increasing specimen radial position from center(12.2-5.4μm),and that the initial basal texture intensity of the extruded magnesium alloy was weakened from 46.2 to ***,the extension twins(ETs)could be disintegrated from the twins forming separated twins with smaller ***,ETs with the same twin variant intersecting with each other could be coalesced forming grains with similar orientation,while ETs with different twin variants were separated by twins boundaries contributing to grain ***,in addition to the conventional continuous dynamic recrystallized(CDRX)grains with 30˚orientation rotated around C-axis of the parent grains,CDRXed grains with 30˚rotation around a-axis and random rotation axis were also ***,the CDRX evolution induced twins were also elaborated,exhibiting the complex competition between CDRX and *** torsion deformation with constant decreasing temperatures rate is an effective way of grain refinement and texture modification.

The effects of deformation parameters and cooling rates on the aging behavior of AZ80+0.4%Ce

The extruded AZ80+0.4%Ce magnesium alloy was twisted in the temperature range of 300-380℃by using a Gleeble 3500 thermal simulation test machine with a torsion *** deformed cylindrical specimens were cooled at a cooling rate of 10℃/s or 0.1℃/s,respectively,and aged at 170℃.The microstructure analysis results showed that the grain size decreased with increasing specimen radial position from center(SRPC),and that the strong initial basal texture of the extruded magnesium alloy was *** continuous and discontinuous dynamic recrystallization mechanisms were involved in contributing to the grain refinement for all specimens *** a novel extension twinning induced dynamic recrystallization mechanism was proposed for specimen deformed at 300℃.For the specimens deformed at 300℃and 340℃followed by a slow cooling rate(0.1℃/s),precipitates of various shapes(β-Mg_(17)Al_(12)),with the dominant precipitates being on the grains boundaries,appeared on the surface *** specimen deformed at 380℃,lamellar precipitates(LPS)in the interiors of the grains were *** aging,the LPS still dominated for specimens twisted at 380℃;however,the LPS gradually decreased with decreasing deformation temperatures from 380℃to 300℃.Dynamically precipitatedβ,especially those decorating the grain boundaries,changed the competition pictures for the LPS and precipitates of other shapes after ***,LPS dominated the areas for the center section of the specimens after aging regardless of deformation *** temperature deformation with high SRPC followed by rapid cooling rate increased the micro hardness of the alloy after aging due to refined grain,reduced precipitates size,decreased lamellar spacing as well as strain hardening.
