目的旨在编制柬埔寨注册护士护理程序应用能力问卷.方法以护理程序理论为理论基础,结合焦点小组讨论、文献回顾法和专家咨询编制初始问卷.于2022年1-2月采用便利抽样法,对柬埔寨5个区域的不同级别医院260名护士进行网络调查,验证问卷的信度和效度.结果问卷内容效度指数为1.00,Cron-bach's α系数为0.963,5个维度的Cronbach's α系数范围0.963~0.964,重测信度为0.769.探索性因子分析提取出5个公因子,为护理评估、诊断、计划、实施及评价,共24个条目,累计方差贡献率为70.08%.结论问卷的信度和效度较好,有助于护士评估自己的护理程序应用能力,并为护理管理者制订相关政策提供依据.

In 2006, Sanwong and Sullivan described the maximal congruences on the semigroup N consisting of all non-negative integers under standard multiplication, and on the semigroup T（X） consisting of all total transformations of an infinite set X under composition. Here, we determine all maximal congruences on the semigroup Zn under multiplication modulo n. And, when Y lohtain in X, we do the same for the semigroup T（X, Y） consisting of all elements of T（X） whose range is contained in Y. We also characterise the minimal congruences on T（X. Y）.

Two new species of Curcuma, C. sattayasaii A. Chaveerach ＆ R. Sudmoon and C. zedoaroides A. Chaveerach ＆ T. Tanee with rhizomes traditionally used for many decades as cobra-bite antidotes are described and illustrated. Curcuma sattayasaii is similar to C. longa L., but differs in rhizome horizontally branching on ground; coma bracts pinkish-white or pinkish-pale green; corolla pale yellow with orange tip; labellum pale orange with an orange central band; anther crest very short, broadly ovate, wider than long. Curcuma zedoaroides is similar to C. zedoaria （Christm.） Roscoe, but differs in rhizome branching pattern; the protruding secondary rhizomes curved down; blades oblong to oblong-lanceolate; peduncle glabrous; fertile and coma bracts glabrous; corolla lobes pale yellow to white, lateral lobe ovate, dorsal lobe broadly ovate. The new taxa have been found in a village of Khon Kaen Province, Northeastern Thailand.

Objective:To know whether the effect of interferon-induced protein with tetratricopeptide repeats(IFIT)1 polymorphism influences the susceptibility of cerebral malaria ***:Case-control association study was performed among 314 Thai patients(110 with cerebral malaria and 204 with uncomplicated malaria)infected with Plasmodium *** for five tag-single nucleotide polymorphisms of IFIT1 was performed by endpoint ***:Genotype frequencies of all tag-SNPs(single nucleotide polymorphisms)showed no association with malaria ***,C allele of rs11203109 was associated with the protection from cerebral malaria(OR=0.62,95%CI=0.38-0.99,P=0.048).Two single nucleotide polymorphisms(rs5786868 and rs57941432)were in linkage disequilibrium with ***:This suggests that our associated single nucleotide polymorphism(rs11203109)might be a genetic marker of cerebral malaria progression in the Thai population.

Since there are differences in the content of the regulations in each country, so the correspondence on air conditioners in a specific country is different from others. Complying with these regulations, specification conversion as well as how to control cost increase has been discussed.

Objective:To investigate the prevalence of Candida *** the virulence factors of Candida albicans(***) isolated from external surfaces of blow flies collected from Mae Sot,Tak Province,***:The blow flies were collected by sterile sweep nets from three areas in Mae *** isolation was first performed on Sabouraud dextrose agar(SDA) supplemented with chloramphenicol and *** yeast isolates were then identified by using chromogenic agar,a yeast identification test kit,a germ tube formation test and a carbohydrate utilization *** β-hemolysis was determined on 7% sheep blood agar,while phospholipase activity was measured on SDA agar supplemented with 10% egg yolk *** susceptibility testing was determined by broth micro-dilution testing against ketoconazole and amphotericin ***:The prevalence rate of Candida *** the external surfaces of the blow flies was 78.1%.All *** isolated from the blow fly demonstrated b-hemolysin and potent phospholipase activities and 47.1% of *** were resistant to ketoconazole with MIC values 128 mg/m ***:The results indicate that blow flies could play an essential role in the transmission of potentially pathogenic and antifungal resistant *** into the *** investigation on other virulence factors and genetic relatedness among isolates from the blow flies,the environment and clinical specimens is required to confirm this role.

20世纪90年代以来，中国的外商直接投资获得了很大的成功，并成为吸引外商直接投资最多的发展中国家。中国成为对外直接投资最多的三大国之一。联合国贸易和发展大会(UNCTAD)的数据显示，2012年全球直接投资流入量下降18%，从2011年的1.65万亿美元下降到1.35万亿美元。2012年，全球对外直接投资流出量下降17%，从2011年的1.7万亿美元下降到1.4万亿美元。中国对外直接投资不断增长，2012年达到了840亿美元。外商直接投资在发展中国家的经济发展中扮演着重要的角色。它不仅可以提供资金支持，外国投资者也可以为发展中国家带来新的技术。因此，产业的发展、贸易的扩大以及长期的经济增长都是直接投资带来的好处。为了寻求这些利益，包括泰国在内的发展中国家都在寻求引进直接投资，不仅仅是来自东南亚国家联盟的投资(ASEAN)，也包括其他国家的投资。许多学者对中国引进外资和对外直接投资进行了研究，中国自改革开放政策和“走出去”战略实施以来，其对外直接投资扮演了重要角色。中泰两国在政治、贸易、社会和文化等方面有着长期的关系，由于很多中国人定居泰国，两国之间的社会文化关系更为突出。本文将研究中国在泰国的直接投资。本文的目的在于研究中国在泰国对外直接投资的现状、投资动机和不足，这对两国的经济都会产生影响。本文通过分析以往的文献，查找相关数据进行研究。通过研究，对中国和泰国的企业和政府提供相关建议。中泰两国都必须从内部影响和外部影响来了解对外直接投资中的不足。本文通过文献研究法、定量研究法和收集相关资料进行研究。论文包括如下7部分：第一章介绍了研究目的、研究重要性、论文结构和研究方法。第二章介绍了对外直接投资的相关理论，包括产业组织理论、产品生命周期理论、区位理论、折衷理论和社会文化因素。另外，该部分还介绍了泰国和其他国家的相关研究。第三章总体介绍中国的对外直接投资，分析中国对外直接投资的背景、对外直接投资的发展阶段以及对外直接投资的动机。同时，利用中国对外直接投资的数据和中国对东南亚国家联盟直接投资的数据进行分析。第四章介绍泰国吸引外资的情况，分析了泰国吸引外资的发展情况、结构、吸引外资的因素和政策以及自由贸易协定。第五章研究中国在泰国的直接投资，包括中国在泰国投资的总体情况、中国直接投资的优势、对泰国进行投资的动机和不足，并运用成功和不成功的企业案例进行分析。第六章对1979—2010年泰国的宏观经济数据进行计量分析，研究影响直接投资的因素。第七章为论文的结论和建议。总结了论文的内容并给中国和泰国企业提供建议。

Zinc and copper intakes and serum concentrations were determined at the 32th and 36th week of pregnancy in 96 healthy Thai women attending a prenatal clinic. Dietary data from 3-day food records revealed that the mean dietary zinc and copper intakes in Thai pregnant women were 6. 9 and 1. 7mg/d (equivalent to 34 and 69% of Thai RDA), respectively. Fifty-five percent of zinc intake was from animal origin, whereas 59% of copper intake was from plant *** infants of the 64 women who were in the study until delivery, were all *** (>96%) of the maternal serum zinc and copper concentrations were within normal ranges. Only one woman at 32th week had low serum zinc level (<6. 4μmol/L). There were no significant correlations between the maternal serum zinc or copper levels and pregnancy outcome (birth weight and birth length). In this study, although the zinc and copper intake in most Thai pregnant women (99 and 58%, respectively) were less than two-thirds of the Thai RDAs, they were not at risk of suffering from zinc and copper deficiencies as determined by serum zine and copper concentrations, abnormal parturition and abnormal pregnancy outcome.
