The rapid advancement of IT technology has enabled the quick discovery,sharing and collection of quality information,but has also increased cyberattacks at a fast pace at the same *** exists no means to block these cyberattacks completely,and all security policies need to consider the possibility of external ***,it is crucial to reduce external attacks through preventative *** general,since routers located in the upper part of a firewall can hardly be protected by security systems,they are exposed to numerous unblocked *** block unnecessary services and accept necessary ones while taking appropriate measures to reduce vulnerability,block unauthorized access,and generate relevant *** logs created through unauthorized access are caused by SSH brute-force attacks,and therefore IP data of the attack can be collected through the *** paper proposes a model to detect SSH brute-force attacks through their logs,collect their IP address,and control access from that IP *** this paper,we present a model that extracts and fragments the specific data required from the packets of collected routers in order to detect indiscriminate SSH input *** do so,the model multiplies a user’s access records in each packet by weights and adds them to the blacklist according to a final calculated result *** addition,the model can specify the internal IP of an attack attempt and defend against the first 29 destination IP addresses attempting the attack.

To increase the competition of the solar energy collection system, the size of the solar panel module during the manufacturing process is being increased continuously. As the size of the solar panel increases, the size of the robot to handle the panel increased also. The change in scale of the robot inevitably results ill the amplification of the adverse effect of tile flexure. The main source of the flexure in the large scale solar cell panel handling system is the long and thin fork fingers of the [land and the solar cell panel. In addition, tile belt-driven actuator system used by most of the large scale panel handling robot is another significant source of the vibration. In this paper, the flexible multi body dynamic model of a large scale solar cell panel handling robot, which is being designed and constructed with the help of Kyung Hee University, is developed. The belt-driven system in the robot is also modeled as flexible system and included ill the robot to represent the actual vibration characteristics of the actuator system. Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS)is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder characterized by the degeneration of motor neurons in the brain and spinal cord,leading to muscle weakness,paralysis,and ultimately death(Cleveland and Rothstein,2001).Frontotemporal lobar degeneration(FTLD)is a neurodegenerative disease affecting the frontal and temporal lobes of the brain,leading to changes in behavior,personality,and language(Van Langenhove et al.,2012).Both ALS and FTLD are classified as proteinopathies in which abnormal protein aggregation and accumulation in neurons contribute to the disease *** in sarcoma(FUS)is a DNA/RNA-binding protein involved in various cellular processes,including transcriptional regulation,RNA splicing,and DNA *** in the FUS gene have been linked to familial ALS,highlighting the importance of FUS in the disease pathogenesis(Vance et al.,2009).In ALS and FTLD,aberrant post-translational modifications(PTMs)of FUS,such as phosphorylation,acetylation,and methylation,have been implicated in the promotion of FUS aggregation and neurotoxicity(Choi et al.,2023).Therefore,understanding the regulatory mechanisms of FUS PTMs is crucial for developing targeted therapies against these diseases.

High-mobility group box 1 was first discovered in the calf thymus as a DNA-binding nuclear protein and has been widely studied in diverse fields,including neurology and ***-mobility group box 1 in the extracellular space functions as a pro-inflammatory damage-associated molecular pattern,which has been proven to play an important role in a wide variety of central nervous system disorders such as ischemic stroke,Alzheimer’s disease,frontotemporal dementia,Parkinson’s disease,multiple sclerosis,epilepsy,and traumatic brain *** drugs that inhibit high-mobility group box 1 as a damage-associated molecular pattern,such as glycyrrhizin,ethyl pyruvate,and neutralizing anti-high-mobility group box 1 antibodies,are commonly used to target high-mobility group box 1 activity in central nervous system *** it is commonly known for its detrimental inflammatory effect,high-mobility group box 1 has also been shown to have beneficial pro-regenerative roles in central nervous system *** this narrative review,we provide a brief summary of the history of high-mobility group box 1 research and its characterization as a damage-associated molecular pattern,its downstream receptors,and intracellular signaling pathways,how high-mobility group box 1 exerts the repair-favoring roles in general and in the central nervous system,and clues on how to differentiate the pro-regenerative from the pro-inflammatory *** targeting high-mobility group box 1 in the central nervous system may benefit from differentiating between the two functions rather than overall suppression of high-mobility group box 1.

With the rise of remote collaboration,the demand for advanced storage and collaboration tools has rapidly ***,traditional collaboration tools primarily rely on access control,leaving data stored on cloud servers vulnerable due to insufficient *** paper introduces a novel mechanism that encrypts data in‘bundle’units,designed to meet the dual requirements of efficiency and security for frequently updated collaborative *** bundle includes updated information,allowing only the updated portions to be reencrypted when changes *** encryption method proposed in this paper addresses the inefficiencies of traditional encryption modes,such as Cipher Block Chaining(CBC)and Counter(CTR),which require decrypting and re-encrypting the entire dataset whenever updates *** proposed method leverages update-specific information embedded within data bundles and metadata that maps the relationship between these bundles and the plaintext *** utilizing this information,the method accurately identifies the modified portions and applies algorithms to selectively re-encrypt only those *** approach significantly enhances the efficiency of data updates while maintaining high performance,particularly in large-scale data *** validate this approach,we conducted experiments measuring execution time as both the size of the modified data and the total dataset size *** show that the proposed method significantly outperforms CBC and CTR modes in execution speed,with greater performance gains as data size ***,our security evaluation confirms that this method provides robust protection against both passive and active attacks.

Irisin is a myokine that is generated by cleavage of the membrane protein fibronectin type Ⅲ domain-containing protein 5(FNDC5) in response to physical exercise. Studies reveal that irisin/FNDC5 has neuroprotective functions against Alzheimer's disease, the most common form of dementia in the elderly, by improving cognitive function and reducing amyloid-β and tau pathologies as well as neuroinflammation in cell culture or animal models of Alzheimer's disease. Although current and ongoing studies on irisin/FNDC5 show promising results, further mechanistic studies are required to clarify its potential as a meaningful therapeutic target for alleviating Alzheimer's disease. We recently found that irisin treatment reduces amyloid-β pathology by increasing the activity/levels of amyloid-β-degrading enzyme neprilysin secreted from astrocytes. Herein, we present an overview of irisin/FNDC5's protective roles and mechanisms against Alzheimer's disease.

Mechanically durable transparent electrodes are essential for achieving long-term stability in flexible optoelectronic ***,they are crucial for applications in the fields of energy,display,healthcare,and soft *** meshes represent a promising alternative to traditional,brittle,metal oxide conductors due to their high electrical conductivity,optical transparency,and enhanced mechanical *** this paper,we present a simple method for fabricating an ultra-transparent conducting metal oxide mesh electrode using selfcracking-assisted *** this method,we produced an electrode with ultra-transparency(97.39%),high conductance(Rs=21.24Ωsq^(−1)),elevated work function(5.16 eV),and good mechanical *** also evaluated the effectiveness of the fabricated electrodes by integrating them into organic photovoltaics,organic light-emitting diodes,and flexible transparent memristor devices for neuromorphic computing,resulting in exceptional device *** addition,the unique porous structure of the vanadium-doped indium zinc oxide mesh electrodes provided excellent flexibility,rendering them a promising option for application in flexible optoelectronics.
