4536例不孕不育女性染色体核型分析

目的通过对不孕不育女性患者进行外周血染色体核型分析,探讨染色体异常与女性不孕不育的关系。方法选取2021年5月至2022年12月中国人民解放军陆军第七十三集团军医院收治的4536例女性不孕不育患者作为研究对象,采集患者静脉血进行外周血淋巴细胞培养,制片后进行G显带核型分析。结果4536例女性不孕不育患者标本中,共检出异常染色体核型211例,其中包括常染色体异常28例,性染色体异常6例,染色体多态性177例。结论染色体异常与女性不孕不育密切相关,对育龄期女性进行染色体核型分析有利于诊断病因,指导优生优育。

硫氧镁(MOS)水泥是一种由MgO-MgSO_(4)-H_(2)O三元体系组成的气硬性胶凝材料,在防火门芯板和外墙保温板等领域应用。但传统MOS水泥由于未经改性处理,限制了其更广泛的应用。本文以MgO粉体、硫酸镁为主体原料、矿物偏高岭土和固废粉煤灰为活性掺合料制备MOS水泥,研究柠檬酸、丙二酸、磷酸三钠等改性剂对MOS水泥的物相组成、力学性能及显微结构的影响。结果表明,当使用0.5%的柠檬酸和0.2%的丙二酸时,所制备MOS水泥的5Mg(OH)_(2)·MgSO_(4)·7H_(2)O(5·1·7相)凝结相特征变得显著,试样结构紧实,28d力学性能表现最佳,耐压强度和抗折强度分别达到100.14MPa和28.61MPa。

基于深度卷积神经网络的目标检测器需要大量标注样本展开训练,针对训练样本数量不足导致目标检测器泛化能力较差的问题,基于元特征调制提出一种特征加权与融合的小样本遥感目标检测方法。首先,在元特征提取网络中嵌入瓶颈结构式特征学习模块C3,增加网络深度和感受野;其次,利用路径聚合网络(PAN)进行元特征融合,有效提升了网络对多尺度遥感目标的感知能力;最后,使用轻量级卷积神经网络学习原型向量以加权元特征,在轻量化模型的同时,利用模型已有知识快速微调模型,以适应对新类目标的检测。实验结果显示,在NWPU VHR-10和DIOR数据集上,该方法相比于FSODM方法,在新类对象上的平均检测精度分别提高了29.40%和11.78%。可视化结果表明,该方法在小样本遥感目标检测上效果更优。

Dictionary learning is still a challenging problem in signal and image processing. In this paper, we propose an efficient block-structured incoherent dictionary learning algorithm for sparse representations of image signals. The constrained minimization of dictionary learning is achieved by iteratively alternating between sparse coding and dictionary update. Without relying on any prior knowledge of the group structure for the input data, we develop a two-stage clustering method that identifies the underlying block structure of the dictionary under certain restricted constraints. The two-stage clustering method mainly consists of affinity propagation and agglomerative hierarchical clustering. To meet the conditions of both the upper bound and the lower bound of the mutual coherence of dictionary atoms, we introduce a regularization term for the objective function to adjust the block coherence of the overcomplete dictionary. The experiments on synthetic data and real images demonstrate that the proposed dictionary learning algorithm has lower representation error, higher visual quality and better reconstructed results than most of the state-of-the-art methods.

A super-resolution enhancement algorithm was proposed based on the combination of fractional calculus and Projection onto Convex Sets(POCS)for unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)*** representative problems of UAV images including motion blur,fisheye effect distortion,overexposed,and so on can be improved by the proposed *** fractional calculus operator is used to enhance the high-resolution and low-resolution reference frames for *** affine transformation parameters between low-resolution images and reference frame are calculated by Scale Invariant Feature Transform(SIFT)for *** point spread function of POCS is simulated by a fractional integral filter instead of Gaussian filter for more clarity of texture and *** objective indices and subjective effect are compared between the proposed and other *** experimental results indicate that the proposed method outperforms other algorithms in most cases,especially in the structure and detail clarity of the reconstructed images.

The lifting scheme is a custom design construclion of Biorthogonal wavelets, a fast and efficient method to realize wavelet transform,which provides a wider range of application and efficiently reduces the computing time with its particular frame. This paper aims at introducing the second generation wavelets, begins with traditional Mallat algorithms, illustrates the lifting scheme and brings out the detail steps in the construction of Biorthogonal wavelets. Because of isolating the degrees of freedom remaining the biorthogonality relations, we can fully control over the lifting operators to design the wavelet for a particular application, such as increasing the number of the vanishing moments.

The simulation of hydrogen purification in a mixture gas of hydrogen/carbon dioxide (H2/CO2) by metal hydride system was *** lumped parameter model was developed and *** validated model was implemented on the software Matlab/Simulink to simulate the present *** simulation results demonstrate that the purification efficiency depends on the external pressure and the venting *** increase in the external pressure and enough venting time makes it possible to effectively remove the impurities from the tank during the venting process and allows to desorb pure *** impurities are partially removed from the tank for low external pressure and venting time during the venting process and the desorbed hydrogen is *** parameters such as the overall heat transfer coefficient,solid material mass,supply pressure,and the ambient temperature influence the purification system in terms of the hydrogen recovery *** increase in the overall heat transfer coefficient,solid material mass,and supply pressure improves the hydrogen recovery rate while a decrease in the ambient temperature enhances the recovery rate.

This paper proposes a novel method of lane detection,which adopts VGG16 as the basis of convolutional neural network to extract lane line features by cavity convolution,wherein the lane lines are divided into dotted lines and solid *** the field of experience through hollow convolution,the full connection layer of the network is discarded,the last largest pooling layer of the VGG16 network is removed,and the processing of the last three convolution layers is replaced by hole *** the same time,CNN adopts the encoder and decoder structure mode,and uses the index function of the maximum pooling layer in the decoder part to upsample the encoder in a counter-pooling manner,realizing semantic *** combined with the instance segmentation,and finally through the fitting to achieve the detection of the lane *** addition,the currently disclosed lane line data sets are relatively small,and there is no distinction between lane solid lines and dashed *** this end,our work made a lane line data set for the lane virtual and real identification,and based on the proposed algorithm effective verification of the data set achieved by the increased *** final test shows that the proposed method has a good balance between lane detection speed and accuracy,which has good robustness.

The ultimate goal of image denoising from video is to improve the given image,which can reduce noise interference to ensure image *** denoising technology,image quality can have effectively optimized,signal-to-noise ratio can have increased,and the original mage information can have better *** an important preprocessing method,people have made extensive research on image denoising *** denoising needs to take into account the various level of ***,the estimation of noise parameters is particularly *** paper presents a noise estimation method based on variance stability transformation,which estimates the parameters of variance stability transformation by minimizing the noise distribution peak,and improves the parameter accuracy of mixed peak estimation by comparing and analyzing the changes of *** experimental results show that the new algorithm of noise estimation has achieved good effects,which are making the field of video denoising more extensive.
