Lignocellulose shows significantly potential in sustainable conversion to high-quality fuel and valueadded chemicals with the demands for realizing the rapid cycle of carbon resources and helping to reach carbon neutrality in nature.Selective tailoring of α-O-4,β-O-4,etc.linkages in lignin has always been viewed as "death blow" for its depolymerization.Herein,novel sodium lignosulfonate(SL) modified Fe_(3)O_(4)/TiO_(2)(SL-Fe_(3)O_(4)/TiO_(2)) spherical particles have been developed and used as catalysts for selectively photocatalytic oxidative cleavage of organosolv lignin.As expected,80% selective conversion of lignin in C2-C4 esters has been achieved,while C-O bonds in lignin model compounds can be effectively cleaved.Other than normal hydroxyl radical-mediated photocatalytic depolymerization of lignin over TiO_(2)-based materials,in this contribution,mechanism studies indicate that photogenerated holes and superoxide anion radicals are main active species,which trigger the cleavage of α/β-O-4 bond,and the isotopelabeling study confirms the crucial factor of C_β-H dehydrogenation in cleavage of β-O-4 bonds.

Effect of ball milling time on the microstructure and compressive properties of the Fe–Mn–Al porous steel

In the present work,Fe–Mn–Al–C powder mixtures were manufactured by elemental powders with different ball milling time,and the porous high-Mn and high-Al steel was fabricated by powder sintering.The results indicated that the powder size significantly decreased,and the morphology of the Fe powder tended to be increasingly flat as the milling time increased.However,the prolonged milling duration had limited impact on the phase transition of the powder mixture.The main phases of all the samples sintered at 640℃ were α-Fe,α-Mn and Al,and a small amount of Fe2Al5 and Al8Mn5.When the sintering temperature increased to 1200℃,the phase composition was mainly comprised of γ-Fe and α-Fe.The weight loss fraction of the sintered sample decreased with milling time,i.e.,8.3wt% after 20 h milling compared to15.3wt% for 10 h.The Mn depletion region(MDR) for the 10,15,and 20 h milled samples was about 780,600,and 370 μm,respectively.The total porosity of samples sintered at 640℃ decreased from ~46.6vol% for the 10 h milled powder to ~44.2vol% for 20 h milled powder.After sintering at 1200℃,the total porosity of sintered samples prepared by 10 and 20 h milled powder was ~58.3vol% and ~51.3vol%,respectively.The compressive strength and ductility of the 1200℃ sintered porous steel increased as the milling time increased.

BACKGROUND:Biliary leakage after removal of a T-tube has significant morbidity and mortality. Its etiology is multifactorial. The treatment and outcome of this complication vary. In the present study we evaluated the procedures and efficacy of combined use of choledochoscope and duodenoscope in the treatment of bile peritonitis after T-tube removal.;METHODS:The procedures and results of 11 cases of biliary leakage after removal of T-tube who had been treated from January 1998 to June 2004 by combined use of choledochoscope and duodenoscope were analyzed retrospectively.;RESULTS:After the treatment, 9 patients were cured, and 2 were reoperated on and cured.;CONCLUSIONS:Biliary leakage after removal of T-tube can be cured successfully by combined use of choledochoscope and duodenoscope. Importantly, the method is simple, effective and safe, and mostly reoperation can be avoided.

对某堆存铜渣开展了工艺矿物学及选矿试验研究,并确定了回收其中铜金属的选矿工艺流程及参数。在原矿含铜0.81%条件下,以Z-200为捕收剂、2#油为起泡剂,磨矿细度为-0.038 mm粒级占85%,采用快速浮选产出高品位铜精矿,再经一粗两扫两精优先浮选得到低品位铜精矿产品,可获得铜品位26.40%的高品位精矿和铜品位3.58%的低品位精矿,总铜精矿铜品位13.03%、铜回收率76.47%。该回收工艺已成功应用于工程化生产实践,实现了堆存铜渣中铜金属的回收利用。

高滑镁岩低品位镍矿的矿物特性及选矿试验研究

某镍矿石含镍0.65%,矿石类型以滑镁岩、蛇纹岩及菱镁岩为主,其中滑镁岩、蛇纹岩分别占矿石总量55%、25%,矿石中主要的金属矿物有磁黄铁矿、黄铁矿、磁铁矿、镍黄铁矿等,镍主要以镍黄铁矿的形式存在,约占总镍的85.67%,还有约13.08%的镍赋存于蛇纹石等硅酸盐矿物中,这部分镍难以回收;主要脉石矿物以滑石、蛇纹石、透闪石、绿泥石及菱镁矿等硅镁酸盐矿物为主,占矿物总量的70%以上,属于高硅高镁低品位难选镍矿石。矿石中矿物嵌布特征复杂,镍黄铁矿晶形为不规则他形粒状或条状,多嵌于磁黄铁矿边部,或与磁黄铁矿呈结状共生,嵌布粒度细,以0.010~0.070mm粒级居多,选别时需要考虑细磨才有助于镍矿物单体解离。采用乙基黄药与戊基黄药(1∶1)组合为捕收剂、六偏磷酸钠与CMC组合为脉石抑制剂、硫酸铜为活化剂、MIBC为起泡剂,闭路试验获得了镍精矿品位6.46%、精矿含MgO5.46%、镍回收率79.02%的较好技术指标。矿石中的脉石矿物滑石含量高、可浮性好,严重影响镍精矿质量,采用预先浮选脱泥去除大部分滑石,粗砂再通过六偏磷酸钠减弱或消除蛇纹石与滑石、绿泥石等矿物颗粒间的异相凝聚,最后采用CMC抑制易浮矿物,强化浮选的思路去处理高滑镁岩型低品位镍矿,提高了选别回收率,达到了资源综合利用的目的。

Low-molecular-weight(LMW)compounds are ubiquitous in living organisms and play essential roles in biological processes.The direct analysis of LMW compounds in biological tissues by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry imaging(MALDI-MSI)could provide a more comprehensive understanding of their essential functions.Here,we evaluated 4-nitrocatechol(4-NC)as a novel positive-ion matrix for enhancing in situ detection and imaging of LMW compounds from the rat liver,brain,and germinating Chinese-yew seed by MALDI-MS.Our results showed that the 4-NC possessed remarkable features,including strong ultraviolet absorption,uniform matrix crystal,excellent chemical stability,and fewer matrix-related background peaks.The use of 4-NC led to the successful detection of 232,218,and193 LMW compounds from the three abovementioned tissue sections,respectively.Also,the use of 4-NC improved the imaging quality of LMW compounds in tissue sections through MALDI-MSI and has the potential as a matrix for MALDI tissue imaging of LMW compounds.
