At great depth ratio, two methodologies based on the representative strain were improved to extract mechanical properties of metallic engineering structural materials from P-h curve of an indentation response. The improved aspects include： the com- bination of great ratio h1/R=0.1 and h2/R=0.4 replaced h1/R=0.01 and h2/R=0.06 （Cao＇s method） and h1/R=0.1 and h2/R=0.3 （Ogasawara＇s method）; three types of metallic engineering structural materials with obviously different elastic modulus were dealt with to get their calculation parameters, respectively; a new parameter reflecting the effect of work-hardening exponent n was introduced to get the dimensionless function which is independent of n and a relationship between W/（h3σrS） and E^＊/（σrS） at great depth ratio. By using the results of finite element simulation, the efficiency and accuracy of the improved method have been proved, and it showed that the accuracv of the improved method is much better than the former method.

OBJECTIVE:To compare and observe the effects of three kinds of cephalic acupuncture therapies commonly used in the clinic on promoting nerve function rehabilitation in the brain microenvironment of rats with cerebral ***:A negative control group,positive control group,and three cephalic acupuncture groups based on the administration of three cephalic acupuncture therapies were *** experimental rats were selected from each group at 1,2,and 3 weeks after *** function after treatment was rated according to the Basso,Beattie,and Bresnahan *** matter fiber bundles were evaluated by head diffusion tensor *** expression levels of neuron-specific enolase,microtubule-associated protein 2,and myelin basic protein in the brain tissue extract were detected by Western blot analysis and the activities of ATPases were determined using a fixed phosphorus ***:The pathological changes in brain tissue were restored and motor function scores were increased in the mice in each cephalic acupuncture group,and the expression of neuronal growth-related proteins in the brain tissue extract was significantly ***,the activities of ATPases in the lesion area were significant enhanced(P<0.05).Diffusion tensor imaging revealed that the white matter fiber bundles of mice in each cephalic acupuncture group gradually increased and *** nervous system structure was significantly ***:All three acupuncture methods promoted the rehabilitation of nerve function damaged by cerebral *** effects are likely related to the improved expression of nerve growth-related proteins,enhancement of ATPase activities,and regulation of the brain microenvironment.

目的检测不同性别年龄段Beagle犬的血液学和血生化指标，解剖称量分析8～12月龄Beagle犬脏器重量、系数等基础数据，为实验用Beagle犬的应用与研究提供参考数据。方法采用HITACHI-7020自动生化分析仪和SWELAB—AC920EO血球自动分析仪，检测了3000多只次不同性别和年龄的健康Beagle犬的血液学和血生化数据；解剖128头Beagle犬，称量及计算正常Beagle犬各内脏器官重量及系数。结果和结论获得正常Beagle犬的血液学RBC、HCT、MCV、RDW、HGB、MCH、MCHC、PLT、WBC、LYM、MID、GRA等指标正常值及标准差，血生化ALT、AST、ALP、TP、ALB、BUN、CREA、GLU、TCHO、TBILI、TG等指标正常值及标准差；获得Beagle犬心脏、肝脏、脾脏、肺脏、左右肾、脑、肾上腺、胸腺、甲状腺、睾丸、前列腺、子宫、卵巢等内脏器官的重量和系数正常值及标准差。

高阳《草莽英雄》中王翠翘史料的来源与应用

台湾高阳 (1922～ 1992)历史小说作品质量均高，研究亦夥，唯独描写海盗徐海与妓女王翠翘的《草莽英雄》，竟乏人问津。事实上，高阳创作《草莽英雄》，既有其卓越的历史眼光，也有丰厚的文学素养，尤其对名妓王翠翘在嘉靖平倭所扮演的... 详细信息

台湾高阳 (1922～ 1992)历史小说作品质量均高，研究亦夥，唯独描写海盗徐海与妓女王翠翘的《草莽英雄》，竟乏人问津。事实上，高阳创作《草莽英雄》，既有其卓越的历史眼光，也有丰厚的文学素养，尤其对名妓王翠翘在嘉靖平倭所扮演的关键性角色，他参考了相关史料，以其生花妙笔，对王翠翘与徐海等人的故事，做了很深刻的描写。笔者勾稽了高阳笔下的王翠翘形象及其事迹 (身世、劝降、出家、投海 )，进而循线探索《草莽英雄》应用王翠翘史料的可能来源，发现高阳主要是参考明代民间徐海、王翠翘传说的早期记录：徐学谟《王翘儿》及其增改之作余怀《王翠翘传》，和戴士琳《李翠翘》这三篇文言短篇材料，赋予高度想像后，重新创造出一个崭新的王翠翘形象。希望这一结论，对于王翠翘故事演挛的了解，以及高阳历史小说真相的认识，均有裨益。
