Inflammation plays a crucial role in the regeneration of fish and avian ***,how inflammation regulates Müller glia(MG)reprogramming remains ***,we used single-cell RNA sequencing to investigate the cell heterogeneity and interactions of MG and immune cells in the regenerating zebrafish *** first showed that two types of quiescent MG(resting MG1 and MG2)reside in the uninjured *** retinal injury,resting MG1 transitioned into an activated state expressing known reprogramming genes,while resting MG2 gave rise to rod *** further showed that retinal microglia can be categorized into three subtypes(microglia-1,microglia-2,and proliferative)and pseudotime analysis demonstrated dynamic changes in microglial status following retinal *** of cell–cell interactions indicated extensive crosstalk between immune cells and MG,with many interactions shared among different immune cell ***,we showed that inflammation activated Jak1–Stat3 signaling in MG,promoting their transition from a resting to an activated *** study reveals the cell heterogeneity and crosstalk of immune cells and MG in zebrafish retinal repair,and may provide valuable insights into future mammalian retina regeneration.

Advances in gut microbiota-related treatment strategies for managing colorectal cancer in humans

Colorectal cancer(CRC) is a major contributor to global cancer-related mortality with increasing incidence rates in both developed and developing regions. Therefore, CRC presents a significant challenge to global health. The development of innovative tools for enhancing early CRC screening and diagnosis, along with novel treatments and therapies for improved management, remains an urgent necessity. CRC is intricately associated with the gut microbiota, which is integral to food digestion, nutrient generation, drug metabolism, metabolite production, immune enhancement, endocrine regulation, neurogenesis modulation, and the maintenance of physiologic and psychological equilibrium. Dysbiosis or imbalances in the gut microbiome have been implicated in various disorders, including CRC. Emerging evidence highlights the critical role of the gut microbiome in CRC pathogenesis and treatment, which presents potential opportunities for early detection and diagnosis. Despite substantial advances in understanding the relationship between the gut microbiota and CRC, significant challenges persist. Gaining a deeper and more detailed understanding of the interactions between the human microbiota and cancer is essential to fully realize the potential of the microbiota in cancer management. Unlike genetic factors, the gut microbiome is subject to modification, offering a promising avenue for the development of CRC treatments and drug discovery. This review provides an overview of the interactions between the human gut microbiome and CRC, while examining prospects for precision management of CRC.

To support ubiquitous communication and enhance other 6G applications,the Space-Air-Ground Integrated Network(SAGIN)has become a research ***,satellite-ground fusion technologies integrate network entities from space,aerial,and terrestrial ***,they face challenges such as spectrum scarcity and inefficient satellite *** paper explores the Channel-Aware Handover Management(CAHM)strategy in SAGIN for data ***,CAHM utilizes the data receiving capability of Low Earth Orbit(LEO)satellites,considering satellite-ground distance,free-space path loss,and channel ***,CAHM assesses LEO satellite data forwarding capability using signal-to-noise ratio,link duration and buffer queue ***,CAHM applies historical data on LEO satellite transmission successes and failures to effectively reduce overall interruption *** results show that CAHM outperforms baseline algorithms in terms of delivery ratio,latency,and interruption ratio.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Xiangshao Granules(XSG)on post-stroke depression(PSD)and explore the underlying *** Forty-three C57BL/6J mice were divided into 3 groups:sham(n=15),PSD+vehicle(n=14),and PSD+XSG(n=14)groups according to a random number *** PSD models were constructed using chronic unpredictable mild stress(CUMS)after middle cerebral artery occlusion(Mcao).The sham group only experienced the same surgical operation,but without MACO and CUMS *** XSG group received XSG(60 mg/kg per day)by gavage for 4 *** mice in the sham and vehicle groups were given the same volume of 0.9%saline at the same *** body weight and behavior tests including open field test,sucrose preference test,tail suspension test,and elevated plus-maze test,were used to validate the PSD mouse ***-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR),enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and immunofluorescence staining were used to evaluate the anti-inflammatory effects of *** potential molecular mechanisms were explored and verified through network pharmacology analysis,Nissl staining,Western blot,ELISA,and RT-qPCR,*** The body weight and behavior tests showed that Mcao combined with CUMS successfully established the PSD *** alleviated neuronal damage,reduced the expressions of pro-apoptotic proteins Caspase-3 and B-cell lymphoma-2(BCL-2)-associated X(BAX),and increased the expression of anti-apoptotic protein BCL-2 in PSD mice(P<0.05 or P<0.01).XSG inhibited microglial activation and the expressions of pro-inflammatory cytokines including tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin(IL)-1β,and IL-6 via the toll-like receptor 4/nuclear factor kappa-B signaling pathway in PSD mice(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Furthermore,XSG decreased the expression of indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase1(IDO1)and increased the concentration of 5-hydroxytryptamine in PSD mice(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion XSG could reverse

Intelligent Color Reasoning of IOT Based on P-laws

Aiming at the dynamics and uncertainties of natural colors affected by the natural environment,a color P-law generation model based on the natural environment is proposed to develop algorithms and to provide a theoretical basis for plant dynamic color simulation and color sensor data *** on the HSL(Hue,Saturation,Lightness)color solid,the proposed method uses the function P-set to provide a color P-law generation model and an algorithm of the Dynamic Colors System(DCS),establishing the DCS modeling theory of the natural environment and the color P-reasoning simulation based on the HSL color *** experimental results show that based on the color P-law,for the DCS of the natural environment,when the external factors change,the color of the plant changes,accordingly,verifying the effectiveness of the color P-law generation model and the algorithm of the *** the dynamic color intel-ligent simulation system,when external factors change,the dynamic change of plant color generally conforms to the basic laws of the natural *** enables the effective extraction of color data from the Internet of Things(IoT)-based color sensors and provides an effective way to significantly reduce the data transmission bandwidth of the IoT network.

Brassinosteroids alleviate wheat floret degeneration under low nitrogen stress by promoting the redistribution of sucrose from stems to spikes

The trade-off between yield and environmental effects caused by nitrogen fertilizer application is an important issue in wheat production. A reduction in fertile florets is one of the main reasons for the lower yields under low nitrogen application rates. Brassinosteroids(BRs) have been found to play a role in nitrogen-induced rice spikelet degeneration. However, whether BRs play a role in wheat floret development and the mechanisms involved are not clear. Therefore, a nitrogen gradient experiment and exogenous spraying experiment were conducted to investigate the role and mechanism of BRs in wheat floret development under low nitrogen stress. The results showed that as the nitrogen application decreased, the endogenous BRs content of the spikes decreased, photosynthesis weakened, and total carbon, soluble sugar and starch in the spikes decreased, leading to a reduction in the number of fertile florets. Under low nitrogen stress, exogenous spraying of 24-epibrassinolide promoted photosynthesis,and stimulated stem fructan hydrolysis and the utilization and storage of sucrose in spikes, which directed more carbohydrates to the spikes and increased the number of fertile florets. In conclusion, BRs mediate the effects of nitrogen fertilizer on wheat floret development, and under low nitrogen stress, foliar spraying of 24-epibrassinolide promotes the flow of carbohydrates from the stem to the spikes, alleviating wheat floret degeneration.

针对低空无人机避障路径跟随问题,设计了一种未知时变风扰下的无人机路径跟随方法。给出二维平面内的无人机运动学模型,完成避障路径跟随的数学建模;在未知时变风扰条件下采用矢量场方法设计了贝塞尔曲线期望路径的跟踪控制律,针对未知时变风扰下无人机地速无法测量的难点设计了地速估计器,分析了路径跟随的李雅普诺夫稳定性;在未知时变风扰条件下对贝塞尔曲线期望路径的跟踪进行了仿真验证。仿真实验证明:所设计的无人机路径跟随方法能够实现未知时变风扰条件下的路径稳定跟踪问题。

Soil nitrogen(N)is the main limiting nutrient for plant growth,which is sensitive to variations in the soil oxygen *** provide insights into plant N accumulation and yield under aerated and drip irrigation,a greenhouse tomato experiment was conducted with six treatments,including three fertilization types:inorganic fertilizer(NPK);organic fertilizer(OM);chemical(75%of applied N)+organic fertilizer(25%)(NPK+OM)under drip irrigation(DI)and aerated irrigation(AI)*** Al,total soil carbon mineralization(C_(min))was significantly higher(by 5.7-7.0%)than under DI irrigation.C_(min)in the fertilizer treatments followed the order NPK+OM>OM>NPK under both AI and *** mineralizable C(C_(0))and N(N_(0))was greater under AI than under *** N mineralization,gross nitrification,and NH_(4)^(+)immobilization rates were significantly higher under the AINPK treatment than the DINPK treatment by 2.58-3.27-,1.25-1.44-,and 1-1.26-fold,*** findings demonstrated that AI and the addition of organic fertilizer accelerated the turnover of soil organic matter and N transformation processes,thereby enhancing N ***,the combination of AI and organic fertilizer application was found to promote root growth(8.4-10.6%),increase the duration of the period of rapid N accumulation(ΔT),and increase the maximum N accumulation rate(V_(max)),subsequently encouraging aboveground dry matter ***,the AI treatment yield was significantly greater(by 6.3-12.4%)than under the DI ***,N partial factor productivity(NPFP)and N harvest index(NHI)were greater under AI than under DI,by 6.3 to 12.4%,and 4.6 to 8.1%,*** rankings of yield and NPFP remained consistent,with NPK+OM>OM>NPK under both AI and DI *** results highlighted the positive impacts of AI and organic fertilizer application on soil N availability,N uptake,and overall crop yield in *** optimal management measure was identifi

Deep learning neural network incorporating surface enhancement Raman scattering technique(SERS)is becoming as a powerful tool for the precise classifications and diagnosis of bacterial ***,the large amount of sample requirement and time-consuming sample collection severely hinder its *** herein propose a spectral concatenation strategy for residual neural network using nonspecific and specific SERS spectra for the training data augmentation,which is accessible to acquiring larger training dataset with same number of SERS spectra or same size of training dataset with fewer SERS spectra,compared with pure non-specific SERS *** this strategy,the training loss exhibit rapid convergence,and an average accuracy up to 100%in bacteria classifications was achieved with50 SERS spectra for each kind of bacterium;even reduced to 20 SERS spectra per kind of bacterium,classification accuracy is still>95%,demonstrating marked advantage over the results without spectra *** method can markedly improve the classification accuracy under fewer samples and reduce the data collection workload,and can evidently enhance the performance when used in different machine learning models with high generalization ***,this strategy is beneficial for rapid and accurate bacteria classifications with residual neural network.
